Abstract

本发明公开了一种缩短终凝时间的混凝土材料及其制备方法和应用,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明的一种缩短终凝时间的混凝土材料,包括水泥、淀粉和砂,三组分重量份数为:水泥90份~100份,淀粉5份~10份,砂200~250份;其中:水泥和淀粉用水混合均匀后,用真空冷冻干燥工艺进行干燥后使用。本发明充分利用初凝期的可塑性,将其与淀粉混合并和水搅拌后,将水泥活性部分激发后,然后进行真空冷冻干燥工艺,而真空冷冻干燥的作用是保持该活性,冰晶升华干燥后,产生大量的细小空隙,形成灰白色蜂窝状薄脆块的结构,该结构由于水分含量小且膨松,为破碎至微米的细度打下良好的基础。
