技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力电动车辆的传动系,更具体地,涉及包括两个电动机和发动机,并且还包括能够减少电动机容量的结构的传动系。
背景技术
混合动力电动车辆是环境友好型的车辆,其包括利用发动机和电动机作为动力源的多种动力传递装置。已经研发和应用了多种形式的动力传递装置,例如串联型、并联型以及结合了串联型和并联型的优势的动力分配型。
这些混合动力电动车辆的目的是提供具有高燃料效率和低成本的车辆。因此,对能够避免动力源效率减少、动力传递结构损耗和能量转换损耗(这些是可能减小燃料效率的因素)并且同时实现在高效工作点上运行的动力传递系统进行了研究。
在图1中示出常规的混合动力传递系统的示例(现有技术)。
如图1所示,动力传递系统包括发动机ENG、两个电动机MG1和MG2、以及它们之间的超速离合器(over drive clutch)和动力传递齿轮。
除了两个电动机中的第二电动机MG2直接连接到输出轴上的EV模式之外,还可以实现:发电模式,在其中发动机的驱动力通过简单齿轮输送到用于发电的第一电动机MG1;和发动机模式,在其中为了在高速行驶期间发动机工作在高效点,通过接合超速离合器(ODC)将发动机动力输送到输出轴。
然而,在一起使用发动机和电动机动力的HEV模式行驶期间,由于发动机的所有驱动力在发电机MG1的发电之后输出到第二电动机MG2,因此能量转换损耗发生两次,招致燃料效率减少。特别地,由于使用两个高容量电动机,可能显著地增加制造成本。
在图2中示出常规的混合动力传递系统的另一个示例(现有技术)。
如图2所示,动力传递系统包括发动机ENG、两个电动机MG1和MG2、以及它们之间的两个行星齿轮组。
除了两个电动机中的第二电动机MG2通过行星齿轮直接连接到输出轴的EV模式之外,还可以实现HEV模式,在其中发动机的驱动力通过行星齿轮分流,使驱动力的一部分分流到输出轴,使驱动力的另一部分分流到第一电动机MG1。
然而,在EV模式中,由于动力是通过一个行星齿轮和两对外接齿轮输出的,因此在传递效率方面是不利的。另外,在HEV模式中,一部分发动机动力通过行星齿轮分流,因此没有能量转换损耗。然而,由于使用了两个高容量电动机,因此存在会显著增加制造成本的限制。
因此,需要一种新型的动力传递系统,其能够通过减少能量转换损耗来提高燃料效率,并且能够通过减少动力传递系统中使用的零件的数目来减少制造成本。

发明内容
本发明提供混合动力电动车辆的传动系的结构,其使用仅一个电动机和发动机,就可以实现多种驱动模式,例如高效EV模式、发动机和电动机并联HEV模式和发动机连接模式,因此与使用两个电动机的常规传动系相比,可以增加效率和减少制造成本。
在一个方面中,本发明提供一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系,包括:发动机;双离合器,其同时连接到发动机的输出轴,并且包括第一离合器和第二离合器;第一同步装置和第二同步装置,它们分别安装在第一离合器的输出轴和第二离合器的输出轴上;发动机动力输出轴,其与第一同步装置或第二同步装置同步,以输出发动机动力;电动机,其连接到第一离合器的输出轴或第二离合器的输出轴;电动机输入离合器,其被安装为在第一离合器的输出轴和电动机之间交换动力,或者在第二离合器的输出轴和电动机之间交换动力;和电动机输出离合器,其被安装在电动机的输出轴上,以切断或连接电动机动力的输出。

在另一示例性实施例中,在第一离合器和电动机输入离合器是接合的状态下,可以实现电动机动力输送到发动机的发动机启动模式,或者可以实现发动机动力输送到电动机的N档充电模式。
在又一示例性实施例中,在仅电动机输出离合器是接合的状态下,可以实现电动机动力通过电动机的输出轴输出的再生制动模式或EV模式。
在又一示例性实施例中,在第一离合器或第二离合器是接合的,同时电动机输出离合器是接合的状态下,可以实现HEV(电动机辅助)模式,在该模式中,发动机动力通过第一同步装置或第二同步装置输出到发动机动力输出轴,同时电动机动力通过电动机的输出轴辅助地输出。
在再一示例性实施例中,在第一离合器或第二离合器是接合的,同时电动机输出离合器是接合的状态下,可以实现HEV(电动机充电)模式,在该模式中,发动机动力通过第一同步装置或第二同步装置输出到发动机动力输出轴,同时发动机的多余动力输入到电动机,用于进行发电。

可以将双离合器连接到发动机10的输出轴11。
特别地,双离合器可以包括第一离合器12和第二离合器13,它们同时连接到发动机10的输出轴11。因此,可以通过第一离合器12或第二离合器13选择性地输出发动机动力。
在这种情况下,分别在第一离合器12的输出轴和第二离合器13的输出轴上安装有第一同步装置14和第二同步装置15,从而使发动机动力与发动机动力输出轴16同步,并且输送发动机动力。
优选地,发动机动力输出轴16被设置在第一同步装置14和第二同步装置15之间,并且发动机动力输出轴16的端部连接至第二输出齿轮17。

在这种情况下,连接到发动机动力输出轴16的端部的第二输出齿轮17和连接到电动机20的输出轴22的端部的第一输出齿轮24同时与最终输出齿轮25接合,最终输出齿轮25减速并最终输出发动机动力和/或电动机动力。
在下文中,将针对每个驱动模式进一步描述包括上述部件的混合动力电动车辆的传动系。为了帮助理解本发明,应该明白,电动机20以可交换动力的方式连接到第一离合器12的输出轴而不是第二离合器13的输出轴。
发动机启动/N档充电模式
图4示出根据本发明的实施例的在发动机启动/N-阶段充电模式期间,混合动力电动车辆的传动系的动力传递流。在图4中,圆圈指示离合器接合,虚线指示动力传递流状态。
第一离合器12和电动机输入离合器21是接合的,并且第二离合器13和电动机输出离合器23是未接合的。另外,第一同步装置14和第二同步装置15保持在解除同步的状态。
在这种状态中,当将电流施加到电动机20以进行操作时,电动机动力从电动机输入离合器21通过第一离合器12的输出轴和第一离合器12输送到发动机10,从而启动发动机10。
在发动机启动之后,当档位位于N档时,发动机10的动力从第一离合器12通过第一离合器12的输出轴和电动机输入离合器21输入到电动机20,从而允许电动机20作为发电机操作并且因此对电池充电。
EV模式/再生模式
图5示出根据本发明的实施例的在EV模式/再生模式期间,混合动力电动车辆的传动系的动力传递流。在图5中,圆圈指示离合器接合,虚线指示动力传递流状态。
仅电动机输出离合器23是接合的,用于输出发动机动力的第一离合器12和第二离合器13以及电动机输入离合器21是未接合的。
在这种状态下,当电流施加到电动机20以进行操作时,电动机动力通过电动机输出离合器23输出到输出轴22,并且接着通过连接到电动机20的输出轴22的第一输出齿轮24和最终输出齿轮25输出到驱动轮,从而单独通过电动机20实现EV驱动模式。
在这种情况下,在车辆的制动期间,实现了电动机20作为发电机操作的再生制动模式,从而对电池充电。
HEV模式(电动机辅助)
图6示出根据本发明的实施例的在HEV模式(电动机辅助)期间,混合动力电动车辆的传动系的动力传递流。在图6中,圆圈指示离合器接合,虚线指示动力传递流状态。
第一离合器12和电动机输出离合器23是接合的,第二离合器13和电动机输入离合器21是未接合的。另外,安装在第一离合器12的输出轴上的用于输出发动机动力的第一同步装置14操作,以便进行同步。
在这种状态下,当发动机动力通过第一离合器12和第一离合器12的输出轴输出时,第一同步装置14同步发动机动力并将发动机动力输送到发动机动力输出轴16,并且发动机动力通过安装在发动机动力输出轴16的端部的第二输出齿轮16输出到最终输出齿轮25。
同时,电动机动力通过电动机输出离合器23输出到电动机20的输出轴22,并接着通过连接到电动机20的输出轴22的第一输出齿轮24输出到最终输出齿轮25。
因此,可以容易地实现除了发动机动力之外电动机辅助动力也被输出到驱动轮的HEV驱动模式(电动机辅助)。
HEV模式(电动机充电)
图7示出根据本发明的实施例的在HEV模式(电动机充电)期间,混合动力电动车辆的传动系的动力传递流。在图7中,圆圈指示离合器接合,虚线指示动力传递流状态。
第一离合器12和电动机输出离合器23是接合的,第二离合器13和电动机输入离合器21是未接合的。另外,安装在第一离合器12的输出轴上的用于输出发动机动力的第一同步装置14操作,以便进行同步。
在这种状态下,当发动机动力通过第一离合器12和第一离合器12的输出轴输出时,第一同步装置14同步发动机动力并将发动机动力输送到发动机动力输出轴16,并且发动机动力通过安装在发动机动力输出轴16的端部的第二输出齿轮17输出到最终输出齿轮25。
在这种情况下,当从第二输出齿轮17输出到最终输出齿轮25的发动机动力通过最终减速齿轮比原理再次从最终输出齿轮25输送到第一输出齿轮24时,发动机动力经由电动机输出离合器23从第一输出齿轮24输入到电动机20。因此,电动机作为发电机操作,从而对电池充电。
因此,可以容易地实现将发动机的多余动力输入到发动机以便进行发电的HEV(电动机充电)模式。
仅发动机模式
图8示出根据本发明的实施例的在仅发动机模式期间,混合动力电动车辆的传动系的动力传递流。在图8中,圆圈指示离合器接合,虚线指示动力传递流状态。
第一离合器12和第二离合器13中的一个是接合的,电动机输入离合器21和电动机输出离合器23是未接合的。
在这种状态下,当发动机动力通过第一离合器12输送到第一同步装置14或通过第二离合器13输送到第二同步装置15时,实现了仅发动机模式,在其中发动机动力通过第一同步装置14或第二同步装置15的同步而被施加到发动机动力输出轴16,并接着通过第二输出齿轮17和最终输出齿轮25输出到驱动轮。
本发明提供下列效果。
首先,利用仅一个电动机和发动机,就可以高效地实现多种驱动模式,例如高效EV模式、发动机和电动机并联HEV模式和发动机连接模式。
其次,与利用两个电动机的常规的传动系相比,由于仅使用一个电动机,因此可以减少构造混合动力电动车辆的传动系的制造成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种混合动力电动车辆的传动系,包括:
发动机;
双离合器,其同时连接到发动机的输出轴,所述双离合器包括第一离合器和第二离合器;
第一同步装置和第二同步装置,它们分别安装在所述第一离合器的输出轴和所述第二离合器的输出轴上;
发动机动力输出轴,其与所述第一同步装置或所述第二同步装置同步,以输出发动机动力;
电动机,其连接到所述第一离合器的输出轴或所述第二离合器的输出轴;
电动机输入离合器,其被安装为在所述第一离合器的输出轴和所述电动机之间交换动力,或者在所述第二离合器的输出轴和所述电动机之间交换动力;和

2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,还包括:
第一输出齿轮,其连接到所述电动机的输出轴的端部;
第二输出齿轮,其连接到所述发动机动力输出轴;和
最终输出齿轮,其同时与所述第一输出齿轮和所述第二输出齿轮接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中在所述第一离合器和所述电动机输入离合器是接合的状态下,实现电动机动力输送到发动机的发动机启动模式,或者实现发动机动力输送到电动机的N档充电模式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中在仅所述电动机输出离合器是接合的状态下,实现电动机动力通过电动机的输出轴输出的再生制动模式和EV模式中的一个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中在所述第一离合器或所述第二离合器是接合的,同时所述电动机输出离合器是接合的状态下,实现HEV(电动机辅助)模式,在该模式中,发动机动力通过第一同步装置或第二同步装置输出到发动机动力输出轴,同时电动机动力通过电动机的输出轴辅助地输出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中在所述第一离合器或所述第二离合器是接合的,同时所述电动机输出离合器是接合的状态下,实现HEV(电动机充电)模式,在该模式中,发动机动力通过第一同步装置或第二同步装置输出到发动机动力输出轴,同时发动机的多余动力输入到电动机,用于进行发电。
7.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中在所述第一离合器或所述第二离合器是接合的状态下,实现仅发动机模式,在该模式中,发动机动力通过第一同步装置或第二同步装置输出到发动机动力输出轴。
