技术领域
本发明总体上涉及具有机电无级变速器(electromechanical variabletransmission,EVT)的混合动力车辆,并且,更具体地,涉及用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,该动力传动系统使用多个行星齿轮组使得在高速度低负载状态下能够在不变的齿轮位置。
背景技术
通常,混合动力车辆被分成两个类型:并联类型和动力分配类型。并联类型被分为电动机(motor)耦接至引擎的安装飞轮的电气设备(flywheel mounted electric device,FMED)子类型,和离合器耦接在引擎和电动机之间的安装变速器的电气设备(transmissionmounted electric device,TMED)类型。
在FMED类型中,因为电动机被直接连接至引擎,所以车辆不能以电动车辆(EV)模式驱动,并且不能采用插入式混合电动车辆(PHEV)模式,在该PHEV模式下车辆经由外部电源以充电。TMED子类型在以EV模式运行时会受到由速度变化所造成的功率损失,并且不可避免地采用电动油泵(EOP)。
在动力分配类型中,行星齿轮组被安装在引擎和电动机之间,并且行星齿轮用作变速器。在动力分配类型情况下,当以混合电动车辆(HEV)模式驱动时,在正常操作过程中存在用于控制引擎速度的电通路。电通路是一种因为当从旋转轮传送时动力从引擎被传送到发电机以为电动机充电而发生的功率损耗。当以HEV模式高速驱动时考虑到运转效率和燃料效率这个电通路是不利的。
同时,韩国未经审查的专利申请公开No.2007-0021445披露了一种具有驱动系统的混合动力车辆,其中,第一行星齿轮组和发电机被布置在从引擎接收旋转动力的第一输入轴上,电动机被布置在与第一输入轴平行的轴上,并且从第一行星齿轮组的输出减少并且通过差速器被传输到驱动轮。然而,这种混合动力车辆构造具有复杂的结构并且燃料效率差强人意。
因此,需要一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,该动力传动系统具有简单结构,支持EV和PHEV模式,允许引擎在最佳操作线(OOL)上的操作点处操作,提供负载平衡,并且允许引擎直接耦接至驱动单元,所有这些可在以高速操作的同时提供高燃料效率。
上述内容仅旨在帮助对本发明的背景技术的理解,而并非旨在意指本公开落在已为本领域中技术人员所知的现有技术的范围内。
发明内容
因此,本发明已经考虑到以上现有技术中出现的问题,并且本发明旨在提供一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,该动力传动系统具有简化结构,支持EV和PHEV模式,允许引擎在最佳操作线(OOL)上的点处被操作,提供负载平衡,并且允许引擎被直接耦接至驱动单元,所有这些可在以高速运行的同时提供高燃料效率。
为了达到以上目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,该动力传动系统包括:混合动力车辆的引擎;第一行星齿轮组,包括多个第一旋转元件,其中一个与引擎的输出轴耦合,其中一个被耦合至第一电动发电机,并且其中两个通过离合器直接耦合;以及第二行星齿轮组,包括多个第二旋转元件,其中一个与第一行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件中的一个固定耦合,其中一个与第二电动发电机耦合并且其中一个提供动力至驱动单元。
这里,第一行星齿轮组可包括第一太阳齿轮、第一齿圈和第一载体,第二行星齿轮组可包括第二太阳齿轮、第二载体和第二齿圈。第一行星齿轮组的第一太阳齿轮可与第一电动发电机直接耦合。此外,第一行星齿轮组的第一载体可与引擎的输出轴直接耦合,并且第一行星齿轮组的第一载体和第一齿圈可通过离合器连接并且相应地通过离合器选择性的耦合。此外,第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈可与第二行星齿轮组的第二载体固定地且直接地耦合。
同样,在本发明的一些示例性实施方式中,第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈可与第二行星齿轮组的第二齿圈固定耦合。
可选地,第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈可与第二行星齿轮组的第二载体固定耦合,并且第二行星齿轮组的第二载体可被连接至驱动单元。
另外可选地,第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈可与第二行星齿轮组的第二齿圈固定耦合,并且第二行星齿轮组的第二齿圈可被连接至驱动单元。
至于第二行星齿轮组,第二行星齿轮组的第二太阳齿轮可与第二电动发电机耦合。第二行星齿轮组的第二载体可被连接至驱动单元。第二行星齿轮组的第二载体可被连接且固定至制动器。第二行星齿轮组的第二齿圈可被连接至驱动单元。第二行星齿轮组的第二齿圈同样可被连接且固定至制动器。
因此,在高速度驱动过程中,第一行星齿轮组的离合器被耦接在高速齿轮位置,以便允许车辆以不变的齿轮位置运行。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于混合动力车辆的传动系统,该传动系统包括:混合动力车辆的引擎;第一行星齿轮组,包括第一太阳齿轮、第一载体和第一齿圈,其中第一太阳齿轮被连接至第一电动发电机,其中第一载体与引擎的输出轴耦合,并且其中第一齿圈和第一载体通过离合器连接使得离合器被耦接以允许车辆在高速度低负载驱动过程中使用变速齿轮位置作为不变的齿轮位置运行;并且第二行星齿轮组由第二太阳齿轮、第二载体和第二齿圈组成,其中第二太阳齿轮被连接至第二电动发电机,其中第二载体被连接至驱动单元并且与第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈固定耦合,并且其中第二齿圈被固定连接至制动器。
根据本发明的又一方面,提供了一种用于混合动力车辆的传动系统,该传动系统包括:混合动力车辆的引擎;第一行星齿轮组由第一太阳齿轮、第一载体和第一齿圈组成,其中第一太阳齿轮被连接至第一电动发电机,其中第一载体与引擎的输出轴耦合,并且其中第一齿圈和第一载体通过离合器连接使得离合器被耦合以允许车辆在高速度低负载驱动过程中使用变速齿轮位置作为不变的齿轮位置运行;以及第二行星齿轮组由第二太阳齿轮、第二载体和第二齿圈组成,其中第二太阳齿轮被连接至第二电动发电机,其中第二载体被固定连接至制动器,并且其中第二齿圈与驱动单元耦合并且与第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈固定耦合。
有利地,根据具有上述结构的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,与常规的动力传动系统相比该动力传动系统提高了燃料效率。具体地,该动力传动系统利用多个行星齿轮组和离合器的改进的结构以允许车辆以EVT模式运行,在该模式下在低速或中等速度去除不必要的速度改变,并且在高速度下只使用不变的齿轮位置的超速档(OD),因此在诸如高超路或公路上高速度驱动过程中可获得提高燃料效率的效果。
此外,允许引擎和驱动单元使用离合器直接耦合,从而提高了在高速驱动情况下的燃料效率。引擎和电动机的驱动力被允许适当地使用,因此可以减少电动机的尺寸并且减少车辆的重量和生产成本。
因此,关于应用于常规混合动力车辆的两个类型中的FMED类型的缺点,即,由于在TMED类型的EV模式运行过程中由速度变化所导致的功率损失,不可能采用PHEV模式并且不可避免地采用EOP。现有TMED类型是在没有改变的情况下使用的以允许车辆以EV模式运行,另外可以应用PHEV模式,在该模式下车辆可以经由外部电源进行充电。驱动过程中由于引擎的有效使用,引擎可以在OOL上的操作点处被操作,并且还可实现负载平衡。因此,可以实现混合动力车辆,该混合动力车辆增加功率效率以提高燃料效率并且提供优良的驱动能力。

应当理解,本文所使用的术语“车辆(vehicle)”或者“车辆的(vehicular)”或者其他的类似术语包括广义的机动车辆,诸如包括运动型多用途车辆(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商用车辆的载客车辆,包括各种小船(boat)和船舶(ship)的水运工具(watercraft),航天器等,并且包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、插电混合动力车辆、氢动力车辆、燃料电池车辆和其他替代燃料车辆(例如、燃料来源于非石油能源)。如本文中所提及的,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多动力源的汽车,例如,汽油动力和电动力车辆。

本发明涉及混合动力车辆的EVT,尤其是动力分配类型混合动力车辆。根据本发明优选实施方式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统包括:混合动力车辆的引擎100;第一行星齿轮组400,由多个第一旋转元件组成,其中一个与引擎的输出轴110耦合,其中一个被耦合至第一电动发电机600,并且其中两个可通过离合器200直接耦合;以及第二行星齿轮组500,由多个第二旋转元件组成,其中一个与第一行星齿轮组400中的一个第一旋转元件固定耦合,其中一个与第二电动发电机700耦合并且其中一个被直接连接至驱动单元300。这个结构如图1所示。
这里,当车辆以混合电动车辆(HEV)模式运行时,引擎100用作驱动力供应源或者发电机。当引擎100被启动/停止时或者处于EVT模式时,第一电动发电机600用来将动力从引擎100传送至驱动单元300,并且起负载平衡装置的作用。当车辆以EV模式运行时,第二电动发电机700用作驱动力供应源,执行再生制动,并且以HEV模式运行。
此外,第一行星齿轮组400和第二行星齿轮组500可以是执行动力分配类型混合动力车辆的EVT功能的简单的行星齿轮组,允许引擎在最佳操作线(OOL)上的操作点被操作,并且起协助第一电动发电机和第二电动发电机600和700的电动机减速器的作用。离合器200直接耦接引擎100和驱动单元或者解耦驱动单元300和引擎100,以便实现不变的齿轮位置,并且当车辆以高速操作时离合器200用来提高效率。正常操作过程中制动器800处于工作状态,并且固定第二行星齿轮组500的第二旋转元件中的一个(例如,第二齿圈550)。
从图1中可以看出,第一电动发电机600和第二电动发电机700通过车辆的电池900彼此电连接。第一电动发电机600和第二电动发电机700对车辆的电池900充电或者由来自电池900的电流驱动。设置第一行星齿轮组400、离合器200和第二行星齿轮组500来代替常规的变速器。
第一行星齿轮组400和第二行星齿轮组500中的每个可具有至少三个旋转元件。在本发明中,旋转元件的数目是三个,但不限于三个。因此,根据本发明实施方式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的第一行星齿轮组400由第一太阳齿轮410、第一载体430和第一齿圈450组成,并且第二行星齿轮组500是由第二太阳齿轮510、第二载体530和第二齿圈550组成。
第一行星齿轮组400的第一太阳齿轮410与第一电动发电机600直接耦合,并且第一行星齿轮组400的第一载体与引擎100的输出轴110直接耦合。第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450与第二行星齿轮组500的第二载体530固定耦合。
具体地,第一行星齿轮组400的第一载体430和第一齿圈450通过离合器200耦合,并且第一载体430和第一齿圈450被安装为能够通过离合器200直接耦合。当啮合离合器200时,第一行星齿轮组400执行自由旋转(超速传动)以便在没有发电机情况下将引擎100生成的驱动力直接传送至驱动单元300从而移去电通路。
如上所述,第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450与第二行星齿轮组500的第二载体530固定耦合。此外,第二行星齿轮组500的第二载体530同样与驱动单元300直接耦合,并且将驱动力直接传送至驱动单元300。第二行星齿轮组500的第二太阳齿轮510与第二电动发电机700耦合,并且第二行星齿轮组500的第二齿圈550与制动器800耦合,并且通常保持为固定状态。
在车辆行驶在例如高速道路上的高速度低负载状态下,为第一行星齿轮组400设置的离合器200被啮合以执行自由旋转(超速传动),从而保持诸如持续维持自动变速器的最高齿轮位置的状态,从而车辆可以以不变的齿轮位置运行以增加运转效率。因此离合器200可以将引擎100生成的驱动力直接传送至驱动单元300。
详细地,根据本发明实施方式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统包括:混合动力车辆的引擎100,第一行星齿轮组400由第一太阳齿轮410、第一载体430和第一齿圈450组成,其中第一太阳齿轮410被连接至第一电动发电机600,其中第一载体430与引擎的输出轴110耦合,并且其中第一齿圈450和第一载体430通过离合器200连接,其中,离合器200被啮合为允许车辆在高速度低负载驱动过程中使用变速齿轮位置作为不变的齿轮位置运行,并且第二行星齿轮组500由第二太阳齿轮510、第二载体530和第二齿圈550组成,其中第二太阳齿轮510被连接至第二电动发电机700,其中第二载体530被连接至驱动单元300并且与第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450固定耦合,并且其中第二齿圈550被固定连接至制动器800。
因此,将参考图2至图6详细地描述车辆的操作。图2示出了EV模式,其中发动机100不被驱动,并且车辆在离合器200脱离啮合的情况下只利用电流运行。这里,车辆的驱动力通过第二行星齿轮组500的第二太阳齿轮510和第二载体530被传送到驱动单元300,这减少来自电池900的能量和第二电动发电机700生成的电力,因为第二电动发电机700在EV模式过程中用作机电驱动力。
此外,来自驱动单元300的额外动力允许用于再生制动,其中根据车辆的运行状态,诸如车辆执行制动的状态,这种动力被再次传动到第二电动发电机700并且被存储在电池900中。
图3示出了EVT模式,在该模式下引擎100被驱动,并且离合器200仍然脱离啮合。在这种情况下,引擎100和电池900的驱动力通过第一行星齿轮组400和第二行星齿轮组500的第一电动发电机600和第二电动发电机700被传送到驱动单元300,并且相应地驱动驱动单元300。
第一,电池900和引擎100的驱动力被传送到驱动单元300。如果必要的话,引擎100生成的驱动力的一部分通过与第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450固定耦合的第二行星齿轮组500的第二载体530被传送到驱动单元300,并且剩余的驱动力驱动连接至第一行星齿轮组400的第一太阳齿轮的第一电动发电机600。从而,第一电动发电机600起发电机的作用以产生电能,并将电能传送至电池900或者第二电动发电机700,并且帮助车辆的驱动。然后上述能量被第二电动发电机700使用,以提供动力至驱动单元330。图2的第二电动发电机700以与EV模式相似的模式操作。
图4示出了不变的齿轮位置模式,在该模式下引擎100被驱动,并且离合器200被啮合。在这种情况下,车辆可以以EVT模式作为HEV来运行,并且同样允许引擎在OOL上的操作点处被操作。通常,在这种情况下,车辆是在高速度低负载驱动条件下操作的,如在高速公路上。这里,因为离合器200是啮合的,所以第一行星齿轮组400执行自由旋转(即,进入超速传动)。
因此,引擎100生成的驱动力以与图3的EVT模式相同的模式传送。然而,因为第一行星齿轮组400进行自由旋转,所以在不改变速度的情况下,变速齿轮位置被固定到固定的最高齿轮位置或较高的齿轮位置上。在图4的不变的齿轮位置模式中,引擎100的驱动力以及来自第一电动发电机600和第二电动发电机700的驱动力被直接传送到驱动单元300,从而最大化传送效率。这里,第一电动发电机600和第二电动发电机700以与EVT模式相同的模式操作。
图5示出了引擎100的启动或停止模式,在该模式下引擎100被驱动或者不被驱动,并且离合器200脱离啮合。在这个模式下,当引擎100以EV模式驱动,在该模式下车辆由第二电动发电机700驱动,或者以EVT模式停止时,将驱动单元300和引擎100的转速相比较来控制引擎100的转速。这里,第二电动发电机700以与EV模式或者EVT模式相同的模式驱动,并且第一电动发电机600被控制为驱动或者停止引擎100。
图6示出了一种方法,其中图2的EV模式或者图3的EVT模式被转变成图4的不变的齿轮位置模式,即离合器200的啮合模式。离合器200的啮合模式应用于以下情形:当离合器200被啮合之后,第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450的速度通过第一电动发电机600与第一电动发电机600的速度同步以便驱动引擎100,或者当电动机的可用驱动力不足时,需要用于调节离合器200的滑动量的滑动联轴器将引擎100的扭矩传送至驱动轴。
更具体地,当车辆处于EV模式时为了驱动引擎100,驱动单元300已经由第二电动发电机700驱动,并且第二行星齿轮组500通过第二电动发电机700以特定速度旋转。在这种情况下,需要发动机100的驱动力。为了驱动引擎100,通过第一电动发电机600驱动引擎100。
然而,因为第一行星齿轮组400和第二行星齿轮组500固定耦合,所以当引擎100被突然启动时,第一行星齿轮组400的速度不同于第二行星齿轮组500的速度,并且速度差会生成会引起车辆损坏或者用户不便的冲击。
因此,当引擎100被启动时,当机械油泵(MOP)或EOP被操作时,当需要速度同步时,或者当离合器200被啮合时,执行从图5的模式至图6的模式的耦接离合器200的过程。
当车辆以EV模式运行的过程中需要更大的驱动力时,应该操作引擎100。将通过举例说明的方法来描述这种情形。图2的EV模式经由图5的引擎100的起动或者停止模式被转换成图6的离合器200的啮合模式之后,然后转换至图3的EVT模式,车辆在高速度低负载状态下以EVT模式运行。在这种情况下,车辆以图3的不变的齿轮位置模式运行。
图7示出了根据本发明另一示例性实施方式的另一种用于混合动力车辆的可选动力传动系统。具体地,根据本发明另一实施方式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统包括:混合动力车辆的引擎100;第一行星齿轮组400,由第一太阳齿轮410、第一载体430和第一齿圈50组成,其中第一太阳齿轮410与第一电动发电机600耦合,其中第一载体430与引擎的输出轴110耦合,并且其中第一齿圈450和第一载体430通过离合器200连接使得离合器200被啮合为允许车辆在高速度低负载驱动的过程中以不变齿轮位置运行,以及第二行星齿轮组500,由第二太阳齿轮510、第二载体530和第二齿圈550组成,其中第二太阳齿轮510被连接至第二电动发电机700,其中第二载体530被固定连接至制动器800,并且其中第二齿圈550与驱动单元300耦合并且与第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450固定耦合。
因此,本实施方式与之前的实施方式不同之处在于:第一行星齿轮组400的第一齿圈450与第二行星齿轮组500的第二齿圈550固定耦合,第二行星齿轮组500的第二齿圈550被连接至驱动单元300,以及第二行星齿轮组500的第二载体530被连接并且被固定至制动器800。本实施方式和之前的实施方式两者均可获得本发明的目标和效果。
根据本发明的用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统与常规动力传动系统相比提高了燃料效率,并且具有多个行星齿轮组和离合器允许车辆以EVT模式运行,在该模式下,在低速或中等速度的情况下去除不必要的速度改变,并且在高速的情况下只使用用于不变的齿轮位置的超速档(overdrive,OD)驱动,因此在高速路上驱动过程中可获得提高燃料效率的效果。
此外,允许引擎和驱动单元使用离合器直接耦合,从而在高速驱动的情况下提高燃料效率。允许适当地使用引擎和电动机的驱动力,因此可以减小电动机的尺寸并且减少车辆的重量和生产成本。
因此,关于应用于常规混合动力车辆的两种类型中的FMED类型的缺点,即,由于在TMED类型的EV模式下运行过程中速度改变所造成的功率损耗使得不可能采用PHEV模式并且不可避免地采用EOP,在没有改变的情况下使用现有的TMED类型以允许车辆以EV模式运行,另外还可以应用PHEV模式,在该模式下车辆可通过外部电源来充电。由于驱动过程中引擎的有效使用,引擎可以在OOL上的操作点处被操作,并且还可实现负载平衡。因此,可以实现能够增加功率效率以改善燃料效率并且提供优良的驱动能力的混合动力车辆。
尽管本发明所述的优选实施方式仅用于示例性说明的目的,但本领域中的技术人员将意识到,在不背离如所附权利要求所公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可存在不同的修改、增加和替代方案。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统,包括:
所述混合动力车辆的引擎;
第一行星齿轮组,由第一太阳齿轮、第一载体和第一齿圈组成,其中所述第一太阳齿轮被连接至第一电动发电机,其中所述第一载体与所述引擎的输出轴耦合,并且其中所述第一齿圈和所述第一载体通过离合器连接,其中,在高速度低负载驱动过程中,当所述离合器被啮合时,所述车辆使用变速齿轮位置作为不变的齿轮位置操作;以及
第二行星齿轮组,由第二太阳齿轮、第二载体和第二齿圈组成,其中所述第二太阳齿轮被连接至第二电动发电机,其中所述第二载体被固定连接至制动器,并且其中所述第二齿圈与驱动单元耦合并且与所述第一行星齿轮组的所述第一齿圈固定耦合。
