本发明公布了一种改进的再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置,具有导向冷却辊(1)、冷却储料辊(2)、导向储料辊(3)、收料辊(4)、冷却辊机架(5)、收料辊机架(6)、称重传感器(7)。其特征是:冷却辊机架(5)和收料辊机架(6)分置,导向冷却辊(1)、冷却储料辊(2)安装在冷却辊机架(5)上,导向储料辊(3)、收料辊(4)安装在收料辊机架(6)上,称重传感器(7)安装在收料辊机架(6)支撑座下端,导向冷却辊(1)和冷却储料辊(2)借助精炼机动力驱动,导向储料辊(3)和收料辊(4)由独立的变频电机驱动,设置冷却储料辊(2)、导向储料辊(3),并处在同一水平面上,在两辊之间进行储料。采用本发明提高了在线称量的准确性和设备运行的稳定性。

一种改进的再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种再生胶自动收片机,直接涉及再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置。
背景技术
目前,在再生胶行业存在一种自动收片机设备,该设备降低了人的劳动强度,提升了生产效率和产品质量,然而这种设备在使用过程中存在称量不准确和胶片容易扯断的缺陷。目前这种设备的称量方式有两种,一种方式是收料辊和冷却辊设置同一机架上一体称重,因冷却水含有气体、水压波动,影响到称量的准确性,另一种方式是仅称量收料辊,此方法虽排除了冷却水的影响,但收料辊和冷却辊设置在上下垂直位置,胶片的拉扯力也影响到称量的准确性;设备使用过程中胶片容易扯断是因为切割胶料时收料辊停止缠绕胶片,而精炼机持续压出胶片,造成胶片堆积,使收料辊在下一循环启动缠绕时胶片容易扯断,影响设备正常生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种改进的再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置,收料辊机架和冷却辊机架分置,收料辊和收料辊机架整体称量,并设置储料辊,既解决了因冷却辊筒内冷却水重量波动及胶片拉扯力对在线称量的影响,又解决了因胶料堆积致使胶片扯断,保证的设备正常生产运转。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种改进的再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置,具有导向冷却辊、冷却储料辊、导向储料辊、收料辊、冷却辊机架、收料辊机架、称重传感器。其特征是:冷却辊机架和收料辊机架分置,导向冷却辊、冷却储料辊安装在冷却辊机架上,导向储料辊、收料辊安装在收料辊机架上,称重传感器安装在收料辊机架支撑座下端,导向冷却辊和冷却储料辊借助精炼机动力驱动,导向储料辊和收料辊由独立的变频电机驱动,设置导向储料辊、冷却储料辊,并处在同一水平面上,在两辊之间进行储料。
本发明中称重传感器安装在收料辊机架支撑座下端,收料辊机架和冷却辊机架分置,收料辊及收料辊机架整体称重,收料辊切割胶片停止转动时,导向冷却辊、冷却储料辊借助精炼机动力继续转动把胶片输送到冷却储料辊、导向储料辊之间进行储料。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明一种改进的再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置主视位置的结构原理。导向冷却辊1和冷却储料辊2借助精炼机动力把胶片输送到导向储料辊3,胶片再经导向储料辊3在收料辊4圆周缠绕,安装在收料辊机架6支撑座下端的称重传感器7把信号传输到PLC,缠绕的胶块达到设定重量时,收料辊4和导向储料辊3停止转动,收料辊4切割胶块,持续转动的导向冷却辊1和冷却储料辊2把胶片输送到冷却储料辊2和导向储料辊3之间,胶片借助重力下垂实现储料。收料辊机架6和冷却辊机架5分置,避免了冷却辊内的冷却水重量波动对产品在线称量的影响,储料辊的设置解决了胶片堆积和胶片扯断,该改进的再生胶自动收片机在线称量、储料装置提高了称量的准确性和设备运行的稳定性。
