背景技术
高血糖即血糖值高于正常范围,是通常所说的“三高”之一。正常情况下,人体能够通过激素调节和神经调节确保血糖的来源与去路保持平衡,使血糖维持在一定水平。但在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)、环境因素(如不合理的膳食、肥胖等)的共同作用下,两大调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖水平的升高。
血糖过高会破坏人体的内环境,并引起一系列生化病理改变,从而影响各个脏器的功能,尤其是长期的高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发生病变,导致急慢性并发症的发生,如胰腺功能衰竭、电解质紊乱、抵抗力下降、肾功能受损、眼底病变等。目前,高血糖主要依靠西医治疗以延缓病情发展。而西医治疗虽然能够使血糖快速下降,但长期服用药物会对机体产生很大的伤害和副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其风味独特、口感好,并可明显改善高血糖症状,有效维持糖尿病患者血糖水平。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其所用原料按重量份计包括:燕麦15-20份、银耳10-12份、罗汉果8-10份、白芸豆6-8份、茭白5-6份、猕猴桃5-6份、海白菜3-5份、泥鳅粉3-5份、回回豆2-3份、洋葱2-3份。
优选地,其所用原料按重量份计包括:燕麦15份、银耳10份、罗汉果8份、白芸豆6份、茭白5份、猕猴桃5份、海白菜3份、泥鳅粉5份、回回豆2份、洋葱2份。
所述泥鳅粉是将泥鳅于清水中静养1d,使其排净肠中污物,然后加其重量5%-8%的大蒜、2%-3%的三七粉蒸煮20分钟,取出后经干燥、粉碎制得。
制备所述健康饮料的原料还可包括荞麦、苦瓜、荸荠、茯苓、芦根、桑葚、马齿苋、玉米须中的任意一种或几种。
所述健康饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将燕麦、银耳粗粉碎后与泥鳅粉混合,加入其总重3-5倍的水,文火熬煮2-3h后放冷至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干;
2)在罗汉果中加入其重量2-3倍的水,于90-100℃振荡提取2h后过滤;
3)将步骤1)、2)所得滤液混合,浓缩至固形物含量为30-40%,得提取液A;
4)将海白菜于清水中浸泡5-8h,期间换水2-3次,然后取出,冲洗干净后切成小段,再放入打浆机中进行打浆,所得浆液加热至沸腾后停火,冷却至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干,得提取液B;
5)将茭白洗净后切片,于沸水中漂烫2-3min,捞出沥干;
6)分别将猕猴桃、洋葱洗净,去皮,切丁,与步骤5)处理好的茭白一同进行榨汁,得提取液C;
7)将白芸豆、回回豆于清水中浸泡5-10min,捞出沥干后进行微波干燥,再超微粉碎至粒度为5-10μm,然后加入粉末重量1-1.5倍的水进行打浆,所得浆液经两遍胶体磨过滤,得提取液D;微波干燥的温度为50-60℃,干燥时间30-60min,以使白芸豆、回回豆在干燥过程中进行熟化;
8)将上述步骤所得提取液A、B、C、D混合均匀后,灌装,经蒸汽灭菌即得。
燕麦是一种低糖、高营养、高能食品,其性平、味甘,已知具有降低胆固醇、平稳血糖的功效,同时,燕麦所含纤维成分还具有减轻饥饿感的作用,有利于患者控制食量。
银耳味甘、淡,性平,既可补脾开胃,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的功效,是一种扶正强壮的高级滋养补品。现代研究发现,银耳中含有的银耳多糖还可通过调节胰岛素而达到降糖作用。
罗汉果味甘、酸,性凉,具有清热凉血、生津止咳、润肺化痰等功效,同时,罗汉果中含有的罗汉果皂苷是一种具有甜味的三萜烯葡萄糖苷,其甜度较蔗糖高,且不产生热量,适用于糖尿病患者食用。
茭白中含有蛋白质及多种维生素、矿物质,且其所含有机氮素以氨基酸状态存在,并能提供硫元素,营养价值较高,容易为人体所吸收。
猕猴桃酸甜可口,具有调中理气、生津润泽、解热除烦等功效,同时,其可刺激细胞分泌胰岛素,从而降低血糖,并含有大量的天然糖醇类物质肌醇,能有效调节糖代谢。
白芸豆味甘,性平,具有温中下气、益肾补元的功效,是一种滋补食疗的佳品。白芸豆中含有较高活性的α-淀粉酶抑制物,可阻断淀粉分解,减少葡萄糖吸收,从而起到抑制血糖升高的效果。
海白菜为藻类植物石莼科的藻类,具有清热解毒、软坚散结的功效,且其富含褐藻胶、膳食纤维等多种营养成分,具有降糖、降脂的保健功效。
泥鳅被称为“水中之参”,是一种营养价值很高的鱼。现代医学研究发现,泥鳅富含的不饱和脂肪酸具有良好抗氧化作用,可保护胰岛β细胞免受自由基的损害,具有一定降血糖作用。
回回豆富含人体所需的各种营养物质,尤其是含有优质蛋白质,具有和中生津、理胃健脾等功效,适于糖尿病人食用。
洋葱味甘、辛,性微温,具有健胃、增进食欲、行气宽中的功效,其含有与降糖药甲磺丁脲相似的有机物,能明显降低血糖含量。
本发明以燕麦、银耳、罗汉果、茭白、猕猴桃、白芸豆、海白菜、回回豆、洋葱等为原料制备一种健康饮料,其风味独特、口感好,并可明显改善高血糖症状,有效维持糖尿病患者血糖水平。本发明所用原料涵盖谷物、菌菇、蔬果、豆类及海产品等,搭配合理,营养丰富,可满足糖尿病患者日常所需营养。其中,利用罗汉果具有的天然甜味进行调味,使其适于糖尿病人饮用,并通过燕麦、豆类的加入提高饱腹感,可替代部分主食,从而有利于糖尿病患者的饮食控制。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
所用泥鳅粉是将泥鳅于清水中静养1d,使其排净肠中污物,然后加其重量5%-8%的大蒜、2%-3%的三七粉蒸煮20分钟,取出后经干燥、粉碎制得。
实施例1
一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其所用原料按重量份计包括:燕麦15份、银耳10份、罗汉果8份、白芸豆6份、茭白5份、猕猴桃5份、海白菜3份、泥鳅粉5份、回回豆2份、洋葱2份。
所述健康饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将燕麦、银耳粗粉碎后与泥鳅粉混合,加入其总重3倍的水,文火熬煮2h后放冷至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干;
2)在罗汉果中加入其重量2倍的水,于90℃振荡提取2h后过滤;
3)将步骤1)、2)所得滤液混合,浓缩至固形物含量为40%,得提取液A;
4)将海白菜于清水中浸泡5h,期间换水2次,然后取出,冲洗干净后切成小段,再放入打浆机中进行打浆,所得浆液加热至沸腾后停火,冷却至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干,得提取液B;
5)将茭白洗净后切片,于沸水中漂烫2min,捞出沥干;
6)分别将猕猴桃、洋葱洗净,去皮,切丁,与步骤5)处理好的茭白一同进行榨汁,得提取液C;
7)将白芸豆、回回豆于清水中浸泡5min,捞出沥干后进行微波干燥,再超微粉碎至粒度为5μm,然后加入粉末重量1倍的水进行打浆,所得浆液经两遍胶体磨过滤,得提取液D;微波干燥的温度为50℃,干燥时间30min,以使白芸豆、回回豆在干燥过程中进行熟化;
8)将上述步骤所得提取液A、B、C、D混合均匀后,灌装,经蒸汽灭菌即得。
实施例2
一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其所用原料按重量份计包括:燕麦20份、银耳12份、罗汉果10份、白芸豆8份、茭白6份、猕猴桃6份、海白菜5份、泥鳅粉3份、回回豆3份、洋葱3份。
所述健康饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将燕麦、银耳粗粉碎后与泥鳅粉混合,加入其总重5倍的水,文火熬煮3h后放冷至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干;
2)在罗汉果中加入其重量3倍的水,于100℃振荡提取2h后过滤;
3)将步骤1)、2)所得滤液混合,浓缩至固形物含量为30%,得提取液A;
4)将海白菜于清水中浸泡8h,期间换水3次,然后取出,冲洗干净后切成小段,再放入打浆机中进行打浆,所得浆液加热至沸腾后停火,冷却至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干,得提取液B;
5)将茭白洗净后切片,于沸水中漂烫3min,捞出沥干;
6)分别将猕猴桃、洋葱洗净,去皮,切丁,与步骤5)处理好的茭白一同进行榨汁,得提取液C;
7)将白芸豆、回回豆于清水中浸泡10min,捞出沥干后进行微波干燥,再超微粉碎至粒度为10μm,然后加入粉末重量1.5倍的水进行打浆,所得浆液经两遍胶体磨过滤,得提取液D;微波干燥的温度为60℃,干燥时间60min,以使白芸豆、回回豆在干燥过程中进行熟化;
8)将上述步骤所得提取液A、B、C、D混合均匀后,灌装,经蒸汽灭菌即得。
实施例3
一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其所用原料按重量份计包括:燕麦16份、银耳10份、罗汉果9份、白芸豆7份、茭白5份、猕猴桃5份、芦根4份、海白菜3份、泥鳅粉4份、回回豆2份、洋葱2份、桑葚2份。
所述健康饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将燕麦、银耳粗粉碎后与泥鳅粉混合,加入其总重4倍的水,文火熬煮2h后放冷至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干;
2)在罗汉果、芦根中加入其总重2倍的水,于95℃振荡提取2h后过滤;
3)将步骤1)、2)所得滤液混合,浓缩至固形物含量为35%,得提取液A;
4)将海白菜于清水中浸泡6h,期间换水2次,然后取出,冲洗干净后切成小段,再放入打浆机中进行打浆,所得浆液加热至沸腾后停火,冷却至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干,得提取液B;
5)将茭白洗净后切片,于沸水中漂烫2min,捞出沥干;
6)分别将猕猴桃、洋葱洗净,去皮,切丁,与桑葚、步骤5)处理好的茭白一同进行榨汁,得提取液C;
7)将白芸豆、回回豆于清水中浸泡8min,捞出沥干后进行微波干燥,再超微粉碎至粒度为6μm,然后加入粉末重量1.2倍的水进行打浆,所得浆液经两遍胶体磨过滤,得提取液D;微波干燥的温度为55℃,干燥时间40min,以使白芸豆、回回豆在干燥过程中进行熟化;
8)将上述步骤所得提取液A、B、C、D混合均匀后,灌装,经蒸汽灭菌即得。
实施例4
一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其原料按重量份计包括:燕麦18份、银耳11份、罗汉果9份、白芸豆6份、茭白5份、猕猴桃5份、茯苓5份、海白菜4份、泥鳅粉3份、回回豆3份、马齿苋2份、洋葱2份。
所述健康饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将燕麦、银耳、茯苓粗粉碎后与泥鳅粉混合,加入其总重4倍的水,文火熬煮2h后放冷至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干;
2)在罗汉果中加入其重量3倍的水,于98℃振荡提取2h后过滤;
3)将步骤1)、2)所得滤液混合,浓缩至固形物含量为38%,得提取液A;
4)将海白菜于清水中浸泡7h,期间换水3次,然后取出,冲洗干净后切成小段,与马齿苋一同放入打浆机中进行打浆,所得浆液加热至沸腾后停火,冷却至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干,得提取液B;
5)将茭白洗净后切片,于沸水中漂烫3min,捞出沥干;
6)分别将猕猴桃、洋葱洗净,去皮,切丁,与步骤5)处理好的茭白一同进行榨汁,得提取液C;
7)将白芸豆、回回豆于清水中浸泡6min,捞出沥干后进行微波干燥,再超微粉碎至粒度为8μm,然后加入粉末重量1倍的水进行打浆,所得浆液经两遍胶体磨过滤,得提取液D;微波干燥的温度为52℃,干燥时间50min,以使白芸豆、回回豆在干燥过程中进行熟化;
8)将上述步骤所得提取液A、B、C、D混合均匀后,灌装,经蒸汽灭菌即得。
应用实施例
取健康昆明种小鼠50只,体重20±2g,利用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,然后随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和试验组。将阳性对照组灌胃给予格列本脲药液0.2mL(将格列本脲片粉碎后加水溶解,使其浓度为0.2g/mL),试验组灌胃给予实施例1制备的样品0.2mL(将所得饮料浓缩至干后,称取适量残渣加水溶解,使其浓度为0.2g/mL),空白对照组灌胃给予等量清水,每日1次,连续20天。末次给药后1h眼眶取血,测定血清血糖,结果见表1。

由此可见,本发明所得饮料有明显降低血糖的作用,可有效维持糖尿病患者血糖水平。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种改善高血糖的健康饮料,其特征在于:其所用原料按重量份计包括:燕麦15-20份、银耳10-12份、罗汉果8-10份、白芸豆6-8份、茭白5-6份、猕猴桃5-6份、海白菜3-5份、泥鳅粉3-5份、回回豆2-3份、洋葱2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善高血糖的健康饮料,其特征在于:所述泥鳅粉是将泥鳅于清水中静养1d,使其排净肠中污物,然后加其重量5%-8%的大蒜、2%-3%的三七粉蒸煮20min,取出后经干燥、粉碎制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述改善高血糖的健康饮料,其特征在于:制备所述健康饮料的原料还包括荞麦、苦瓜、荸荠、茯苓、芦根、桑葚、马齿苋、玉米须中的任意一种或几种。
4.一种如权利要求1所述健康饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将燕麦、银耳粗粉碎后与泥鳅粉混合,加入其总重3-5倍的水,文火熬煮2-3h后放冷至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干;
2)在罗汉果中加入其重量2-3倍的水,于90-100℃振荡提取2h后过滤;
3)将步骤1)、2)所得滤液混合,浓缩至固形物含量为30-40%,得提取液A;
4)将海白菜于清水中浸泡5-8h,期间换水2-3次,然后取出,冲洗干净后切成小段,再放入打浆机中进行打浆,所得浆液加热至沸腾后停火,冷却至室温,然后经四层纱布过滤沥干,得提取液B;
5)将茭白洗净后切片,于沸水中漂烫2-3min,捞出沥干;
6)分别将猕猴桃、洋葱洗净,去皮,切丁,与步骤5)处理好的茭白一同进行榨汁,得提取液C;
7)将白芸豆、回回豆于清水中浸泡5-10min,捞出沥干后进行微波干燥,再超微粉碎至粒度为5-10μm,然后加入粉末重量1-1.5倍的水进行打浆,所得浆液经两遍胶体磨过滤,得提取液D;
8)将上述步骤所得提取液A、B、C、D混合均匀,灌装,经蒸汽灭菌即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述健康饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤7)中微波干燥的温度为50-60℃,干燥时间30-60min。
