发明内容
本发明涉及一种带有可调整的空白挡板的过道容纳系统。过道容纳系统包括由墙梁、顶盖框架和固定至墙梁和顶盖框架的多个柱所限定的框架。顶盖框架延伸框架的宽度,且墙梁延伸框架的长度。多个空白挡板从地面延伸至墙梁中的一个。空白挡板具有顶部、底部、第一侧以及第二侧。垂直的加强件沿每个空白挡板的第一侧和第二侧中的至少一个定位。每个空白挡板沿框架的长度与相邻的空白挡板重叠。空白挡板根据需要被侧向地调整,以填充过道容纳系统中的开口。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种独立的过道容纳系统。独立的过道容纳系统分离在数据中心内的热空气和冷空气。独立的过道容纳系统是自支承的,这使舱室能够在数据中心内轻易地被添加或从过道移除而不扰乱容纳系统的结构。
图1-17示出了用于冷过道构造的独立的过道容纳系统20。本发明的容纳系统20包括在高度、宽度和深度上不同的多个舱室50、60、70和80。如以下所讨论的,框架的高度基于意在被安装在容纳系统内的最高的舱室来选择。可调整的空白挡板相邻于舱室定位,且定位在舱室上方,以填充容纳系统内的任何间隙或开口。

Claims (18)
1.一种过道容纳系统,包括:
定位在地面上的框架,所述框架由墙梁、顶盖框架、和多个固定至所述墙梁和所述顶盖框架的柱限定,其中,所述顶盖框架延伸所述框架的宽度,且所述墙梁延伸所述框架的长度;
从所述地面延伸至所述墙梁中的一个的多个空白挡板,所述多个空白挡板具有顶部、底部、第一侧和第二侧;以及
沿每个空白挡板的第一侧和第二侧中的至少一个定位的垂直的加强件;
其中,每个空白挡板沿所述框架的长度与相邻的空白挡板重叠,且所述空白挡板被侧向地调整,以填充过道容纳系统中的各开口;
固定至所述墙梁之一的板夹,其中,所述板夹具有第一端部和第二端部,所述第一端部带有开口,用于接纳紧固件以将所述板夹固定至所述墙梁之一;其中,所述板夹限定了所述墙梁之一与所述板夹之间的槽,用于接收所述空白挡板;以及
所述板夹的所述第二端部具有倾斜的凸缘,所述倾斜的凸缘接收瓣密封件,以在所述过道容纳系统中密封所述空白挡板与所述板夹之间的开口。
