Abstract
提供了沙门氏菌的非编码性RNA及其鉴定和应用。具体地,沙门氏菌将自身编码的非编码RNA(ncRNA)呈递到宿主细胞内,借助细胞的microRNA剪切系统,产生出类似microRNA的milRNA,运用milRNA调控免疫系统,保护沙门氏菌免于被宿主清除。利用milRNA的抑制剂吸附milRNA可有效抑制细菌在细胞内的存活能力,导致细菌生存能力下降。还提供了可有效检测、治疗和研究沙门氏菌或感染疾病的相关试剂和方法。
