背景技术
文件FR A 2 851 227和WO A 2010/007004公开了一种用于吹制由可热变形材料带制成的容器的方法和机器。方法基于将带成形为管道,管道被加热且接着被插入模具。注入管道的空气使其能够变形,从而压迫其壁抵靠模空腔的内表面。该方法比挤出吹模方法实施更简单,且其使能够比常规的热成形方法获得有更多类的形状。此外,以带的形式使用材料和材料的受限拉伸,使得使用多层材料成为可能。

发明内容

因而可调节导管、因而和成形为管道的带的温度,从而确保温度对于吹制是最优的。
在特别的实施例中,导管具有与吹制构件连接的中心管,且折返通道有利地包括与中心管同轴的两个环形管。
导管的制造仍旧相对简易。
根据具体的特征,在模具的进口处,机器包括在成形为管道的带与导管之间的至少一个密封元件,且密封元件优选为隔膜。
接着,为了提供密封,密封元件可在模具处夹住成形为管道的带。隔膜的使用使得可将周向的夹紧施加至成形为管道的带的环形部分。尽管这种周向的夹紧可在所夹的环形部分上留有印记,但这不会导致将会毁坏容器外观的折痕或妨碍加工物品的后续操作,诸如当物品为容器时的闭合操作。

具体实施方式
参考附图,本文以制作容器的应用来描述本发明的机器。本文描述的机器更具体地布置成用于实施文件FR A 2 851 227和WO A 2010/007004中所描述的方法。
在此方法中,通过吹制可热变形的材料带来获得容器。
参考附图,本发明的机器包括被赋予总的附图标记1的安装件,安装件基本呈沿基本竖直的方向延伸的矩形块的形式。安装件限定了可热变形的材料带100通过机器的路径,可热变形的材料带100从辊2起行进至容器102从机器的出口,辊2用于退绕宽带,带100从宽带中切出。在该示例中,机器具有四个相邻的吹制单元,每个单元都有各自的带100馈入,带100从宽带切出,宽带从辊2退绕。
对于每个吹制单元,随着带100通过机器,安装件1上沿路径的直线部段接连安装有:
导管3,导管3与空气歧管构件4连接,以形成绕带100的纵向D同轴延伸的吹制构件;
成形器5,成形器5用于将带100成形为围绕导管3的管道;
焊接构件6,焊接构件6用于将成形为管道的带100的相邻的边缘焊接在一起;
用于加热带100的至少一个加热构件7;以及
模具8。
在该示例中,空气歧管构件4为可电控的歧管,空气歧管构件4具有与导管连接的一个端口和与受压气动回路连接的另一个端口,受压气动回路包括由压缩机馈送的受压空气源。
加热构件7相对于安装件1是静止的。在该示例中,加热构件7由其中布置有红外灯的通道形成,且管状带在它们之前穿过。
导管3、成形器5和焊接构件6安装在第一框架11上,第一框架11本身安装在安装件上且与运动致动器12连接,从而可沿带100的路径在相应的位置之间运动,相应的位置为相对于带100运动通过机器的方向的上游和下游。
导管3具有紧固至第一框架11的一端和自由的相对端。导管3具有与空气歧管构件4连接的中心管3.1和包括绕中心管3.1同轴布置的两个环形管3.2和3.3的折返通道。管3.1、3.2和3.3与导管3同轴。环形管3.2和3.3在导管3的自由端彼此连接,环形管3.2与温度调节装置13的热传导流体回路的入口连接,且环形管3.3与热传导流体回路的出口连接,使得环形通道3.2和3.3形成折返通道。热传导流体可为油或水,且实施温度调节以保持导管位于适合吹制的温度(具体是为了避免其在加热构件7与模具8之间冷却),和/或避免导管3的表面的过量加热,特别是在炉子中(根据热传导流体用于实施这些功能中的一个和/或另一个的合适性来选择热传导流体)。调节装置13包括加热构件,在该示例中为加热电阻或热交换器,从而使得热传导流体被保持在适合于预期目的的温度;以及与温度调节装置13连接并固定至导管3的温度探针14。
在该示例中,焊接构件6具有焊接头15,焊接头15固定至安装在第一框架11上的超声发生器16,从而可相对于带100的路径在工作位置与非工作位置之间横向运动;用于焊接的工作位置中,焊接头15被施加抵靠带100的已经被成形器5移动而闭合在一起的纵向边缘,非工作位置中,焊接头15与纵向边缘隔开。焊接构件6被致动器在其两个位置之间移动。
成形器5安装在第一框架11上且具有卡爪,卡爪被致动器在打开位置与闭合位置之间驱动且具有相应的围绕导管3布置的基本半圆柱形的空腔,这是为了使带100的各纵向边缘相互闭合,从而将带成形为围绕导管3的管道,并为了保持带呈管状。空腔可为适合于将带成形为管道的任何其它形状。
为了紧凑性和简易性的原因,焊接构件6在该示例中直接安装在成形器5的卡爪中的一个上。
为了可在用于保持呈管状的带的保持位置与用于释放呈管状的带的释放位置之间相对于导管3横向运动,压片17安装在安装件1上。在保持位置,压片17被压抵靠呈管状的带,而在释放位置,压片17与呈管状的带隔开。压片17布置成周向地夹住成形为管道的带而不夹住导管3(导管3优选地在与压片17配合的截面上收缩,从而防止导管3被夹住)。压片17由致动器18承载,致动器18安装在安装件1上、焊接构件6与加热构件7之间。
模具8具有凹部,该凹部布置成使容器能够被模制。优选地,模具不将容器与成形为管道的带的剩余部分分离,因为那样做使成形为管道的带能够在侧向上稳定(容器的重量向成形为管道的带施加向下的牵引),并因而提供对成形为管道的带的更好的引导。该分离此后再实施。为了沿带100的路径运动,模具8安装在第二框架22上,第二框架22安装在安装件1上且与运动致动器23连接。因而,第二框架22可在相对于通过机器的带的运动方向的上游位置与下游位置之间运动。第二框架22的上游位置与下游位置之间的距离等于第一框架11的上游位置与下游位置之间的距离。模具8具有相对于彼此可在用于模制容器的闭合位置与使成形的容器能够排出的打开位置之间运动的两个部分20和21。模具8设置有叠置的隔膜24,以构成每个管状带与模具8之间相应的密封元件。以常规的方式,为了限定用于支承成形为管道的带的导管3的中心通孔,每个隔膜24包括在支承环上组装的刀片。刀片可相对于彼此在闭合位置与打开位置之间运动,闭合位置中,中心孔的直径稍小于成形为管道的带的外直径,打开位置中,中心孔的直径大于成形为管道的带的外直径。为了改善通过隔膜24的组所获得的密封,隔膜24相对于彼此围绕导管3在角度上偏置。隔膜24固定至环形支承件,环形支承件紧固至模具8。作为示例,环形支承件包括底部套环,底部套环被可移除地接收于形成于模具部的槽内。
空气歧管构件4、焊接构件6、加热构件7、模具8、调节装置13和致动器与布置为控制它们的控制单元30连接。
控制单元30与致动器连接,用于使框架11和22运动,从而以如下方式控制他们:
在模具8闭合后,第一框架11和第二框架22被同时从它们的上游位置带向它们的下游位置。
在隔膜24打开后且模具8打开前,第一框架11向其上游位置返回;以及
在模具8打开后,第二框架向其上游位置返回。
致动器18与控制单元30连接,使得当第一框架从其上游位置被带向其下游位置时,压片17位于释放位置,且当第一框架从其下游位置被带向其上游位置时,压片17位于其工作位置。
焊接构件6和焊接构件6的致动器与控制单元30连接,使得焊接发生在当第一框架11从其上游位置被带向其下游位置时。因而,控制致动器使得,当第一框架11位于其上游位置时,焊接头15被带入其工作位置,且在第一框架11向其下游位置运动所需的全部或部分时间中,焊接头15被保持在其工作位置。致动器被控制为在第一框架11从其下游位置向其上游位置运动前将焊接头15带入其非工作位置。
当第二框架22位于其上游位置时,隔膜24和模具8的部分被带入它们的闭合位置,且它们保持在它们的闭合位置中,直至第二框架22位于其下游位置。在第二框架22朝其上游位置运动前,隔膜24和模具8的部分被带入它们的打开位置。
总结之,机器的运行循环如下:
框架11和22位于高位置,成形器5已闭合以开始焊接,压片17位于其释放位置,且模具8闭合(图1);
当框架11和22开始向它们的下游位置运动时,焊接和吹制开始;
当框架11和22位于下游位置(图6)时,焊接和吹制停止,成形器5接着打开且压片17被带入其保持位置;同时容器被排出;
接着,在隔膜24已打开后,第一框架11被带向其上游位置(图7);
一旦第一框架11已到达上游位置(图8),模具8打开且成形器5闭合,使得如果需要的话,焊接可从此刻开始;以及
接着,第二框架22上升至上游位置,如隔膜24一样,模具8关闭,且为了使机器进入其开始新循环的状态(图1中所示情形),压片17返回至释放位置。
成形为管道的带被连续加热。
机器包括补偿装置,当第一框架11、因而和导管3从其下游位置被带至其上游位置时,补偿装置用于补偿成形为管道的带中的留空容积。在该运动期间,导管3释放成形为管道的带中的一定容积。在该示例中,补偿装置使得当该容积被导管3释放时,该容积能够逐渐被空气充填。为此目的,补偿装置包括致动器25(图10中可见),致动器25具有铰接至安装件1的本体、铰接至第一框架11的杆、和与空气歧管构件4连接的后腔室,该连接使得导管3与压片17之间的相对运动导致空气容积被注入成形为管道的带,该容积基本等于在导管3的运动期间成形为管道的带内的留空容积。可理解的是,当第一框架11向上运动时,这导致致动器25的杆缩回,从而将空气从致动器25的后腔室排出,这部分空气重新进入空气歧管构件4且接着经由导管3进入成形为管道的带。如果每个吹制单元有一个补偿致动器,则致动本体25的内截面被选为使得致动器的内截面乘以杆在第一框架11的上游与下游位置之间的行程的积等于在第一框架11从下游位置向上游位置运动期间被导管成形为管道的带内的留空容积。在该示例中,由于致动器25对于所有四个吹制单元是共有的,因而其内截面被选为使得致动器25的内截面乘以杆在第一框架11的上游与下游位置之间的行程的积等于在第一框架11从下游位置向上游位置运动期间被任一根导管3成形为管道的带内的留空容积的四倍。
在图11中的变型中,加热构件7不紧固至安装件1,但紧固至第二框架22。这使加热构件7能够更接近模具8。此外,一部分加热可在成形为管道的带被导管3释放的分段上、当第一框架11位于上游位置且第二框架22位于下游位置时实施:这样加热可能更有效。
在图12中所示的第二实施例中,导管3不用作吹制构件。
在该实施例中,模具8具有空腔,该空腔成形为制作通过管状联结壁经由其颈部结合的头对头的两个容器。模具具有中空针26,其一端与空气歧管构件4连接,且为了当模具闭合时作用,尖端突入模具的一部分,以通过管状联结壁刺穿成形为管道的带。通过管状联结壁发生空气注入。
如上所述,模具8布置使得容器对不与成形为管道的带的剩余部分分离。该分离随后发生。
图13中示出的第三实施例与第一实施例相似,除了附加有为了保持还未从成形为管道的带分离的成形的容器而安装在模具8下方的夹具27,从而使得当模具8打开、第一框架从其下游位置向其上游位置上升时,成形为管道的带能够在轴向上被保持。
压片17被控制为在成形为管道的带与导管之间的相对运动期间,在成形器打开时,保持成形为管道的带。夹具27被控制为在模具的相对运动期间保持容器。
当然,本发明不限制于所描述的实施例,而是覆盖了由权利要求限定的本发明的范围内所带来的任何变型。
特别地,导管可为与所描述的不同的形状。各管可呈彼此相邻的管道的形式,而不是同轴的形式。如果无需提供温度调节的话,则导管无需具有折返通道。
压片17可呈相对于第一框架枢转安装的轮的形式。该轮可相对于第一框架在平移上静止,例如通过设有自由轮或过速离合器,使得当第一框架11从其上游位置被带向其下游位置时,为了随之拖动成形为管道的带而阻止轮17旋转;但当第一框架11从其下游位置向其上游位置返回时,为了沿成形为管道的带行进,轮17能够转动。
在变型中,压片17可安装在可运动的框架上,且导管和成形器固定至安装件。
安装件可布置成水平延伸。
可允许带辊自由旋转或带辊可通过由控制单元控制的致动器而旋转。成形为管道的带可具有与辊相同的宽度,或,为了形成多个带,从辊退绕的带可被纵向切开。接着,机器具有两条平行的线,用于在从退绕的带中切出的每个带中形成容器。
当机器具有多个吹制单元时,对于每个吹制单元,它具有一个补偿致动器,且为了同步切出带的行进,每个吹制单元的可移动部件具有可独立于其它吹制单元而调整的运动幅度。
机器可具有一个或多个加热构件:例如,可具有安装在加热构件上游的预热构件。
容器可在吹制机器中或在不同的充填机器中被充填。
本发明可用于制作总体上中空的物品,而不仅用于制作容器。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于由材料带吹制物品的机器,所述机器包括安装件,所述安装件上沿穿过所述机器的带的直线路径接连安装有:导管,所述导管同轴地绕所述带的纵向;围绕所述导管布置的成形器,所述成形器用以将所述带的纵向边缘相互闭合,从而使所述带成形为围绕所述导管的管道;焊接构件,所述焊接构件用于将成形为管道的带的相邻边缘焊接在一起;用于加热所述带的至少一个加热构件;以及模具,所述模具具有彼此之间能相对运动的两部分;所述机器包括用于沿所述带的纵向驱动所述带的驱动装置和与空气歧管构件连接的吹制构件,所述吹制构件用于使所述管道在所述模具内变形并用于压迫所述管道抵靠所述模具的空腔;所述吹制构件、所述焊接构件、所述加热构件、所述模具和所述驱动装置连接至用于控制它们的控制单元;所述机器的特征在于,所述驱动装置包括用于在纵向上保持所述带和两个框架的至少一个构件,所述框架安装在安装件上,每个所述构件与运动致动器连接使其能沿所述带的路径运动,每个所述构件能在相对于通过所述机器的所述带的运动方向的上游位置与下游位置之间运动,并且所述管道、所述保持构件和所述模具相应地安装在从所述安装件和所述框架中选出的一件物品上,且所述控制单元与所述运动致动器连接,以控制它们,从而产生使所述导管和所述模具相对于所述保持构件运动以及打开和闭合所述模具的顺序,所述顺序导致所述带沿直线路径行进。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述导管固定至第一框架,所述保持构件固定至所述安装件,且所述模具固定至第二框架,所述控制单元被布置成使得:
在所述模具闭合后,所述第一框架和所述第二框架被同时从它们的上游位置带向它们的下游位置;
在所述模具打开前,所述第一框架向其上游位置返回;以及
在所述模具打开后,所述第二框架向其上游位置返回。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述成形构件安装在所述第一框架上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述保持构件包括安装在所述安装件上的至少一个压片,所述压片能在用于使所述成形为管道的带的抵靠所述导管的工作位置与从所述成形为管道的带隔开的释放位置之间相对于所述导管横向运动。
5.根据权利要求2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述加热构件安装在所述第二框架上、直接在所述模具上方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述导管纵向上包括具有入口和出口的折返通道,所述入口和出口与包括热传导流体回路的温度调节装置连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于,所述热传导流体为油。
8.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于,所述热传导流体为空气。
9.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于,与所述温度调节装置连接的温度探针固定至所述导管。
10.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,为了形成所述吹制构件,所述导管与所述空气歧管构件连接。
11.根据权利要求6或10所述的机器,其特征在于,所述导管包括与所述吹制构件连接的中心管,且折返通道包括与所述中心管同轴的两个环形管。
12.根据权利要求10所述的机器,其特征在于,所述机器包括所述成形为管道的带与所述导管之间在所述模具的入口处的密封元件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的机器,其特征在于,所述密封元件为隔膜。
14.根据权利要求10所述的机器,其特征在于,所述机器包括补偿装置,在所述导管相对于所述成形为管道的带运动期间,所述补偿装置用于补偿所述成形为管道的带中的留空容积。
15.根据权利要求14所述的机器,其特征在于,所述补偿装置包括致动器,所述致动器具有与所述安装件连接的一端、与第一框架连接的一端、和与所述空气歧管构件连接的腔室,使得所述导管与所述保持构件之间的相对运动导致空气容积被注入所述管道,所述容积基本等于在所述导管的运动期间所述成形为管道的带内的留空容积。
16.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述吹制构件包括中空针,所述中空针具有与所述空气歧管构件连接的一端,和突入模具的一部分、从而在闭合所述模具时刺穿所述管道的尖端。
