ブロー成形後の再び比較的硬い区分、

ひとたび第1のフレーム11が上流位置に至ると(図8)、金型8が開放され、形成部5が閉塞され、これにより接着を開始することが可能となる。必要であれば、即時に開始する。
第2のフレーム22が次いで上流位置へと上げられ、金型8が閉塞され、ダイヤフラム24もまた閉塞され、機械を新しいサイクルを開始するための状態(図1に示された状態)とするためにプレス部17が解放位置へと戻される。

- 材料の細長片から物品をブロー成形するための機械であって、
当該機械が、
前記細長片の長手方向に対して同軸の案内パイプと、
前記細長片を前記案内パイプ周りで筒へと形成するために、前記細長片の長縁を互いに対して引き寄せるために前記案内パイプ周りに配置された形成部と、
筒として形成された前記細長片の隣接した縁を互いに接着するための接着部と、
前記細長片を加熱するための少なくとも1つの加熱部と、
互いに対して可動な2つの部分を有する金型と、
が、当該機械を通る前記細長片の直線的な経路に沿って連続して取り付けられたマウントを備え、
当該機械が、前記細長片を前記長手方向に沿って駆動するための駆動装置と、前記金型の内側において前記筒を変形させ前記筒を前記金型の空洞部に対して押圧するために空気マニホールド部に対して結合された送風部と、を含み、

前記制御ユニットが、
前記金型の閉塞の後に、前記第1のフレーム及び前記第2のフレームが、前記第1のフレーム及び前記第2のフレームの上流位置から、前記第1のフレーム及び前記第2のフレームの下流位置へと同時に移動させられ、
前記金型が開放される前に、前記第1のフレームが、前記上流位置へと戻され、
前記金型が開放された後に、前記第2のフレームが、前記上流位置へと戻される、
ように構成された、請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記形成部の部材が、前記第1のフレームに取り付けられた、請求項2に記載の機械。
- 前記保持部材が、筒として形成された前記細長片を前記案内パイプに対して適用させるための適用位置と、筒として形成された前記細長片から離間された解放位置と、の間で、前記案内パイプに対して横方向に可動となるように前記マウントに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのプレス部を有する、請求項2に記載の機械。
- 前記加熱部が、前記金型の真上で前記第2のマウントに取り付けられた、請求項2に記載の機械。
- 前記案内パイプが、伝熱流体の回路を含む温度調節装置に接続された入口及び出口を有する往復チャネルを長手方向に沿って含む、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記伝熱流体が油である、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記伝熱流体が空気である、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記温度調節装置に対して接続された温度プローブが前記送風パイプに対して固定された、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記案内パイプが、前記送風部を形成するために前記空気マニホールド部に対して接続された、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記案内パイプが、前記送風部に対して接続された中央ダクトを有し、前記往復チャネルが、前記中央ダクトに対して同軸の2つの環状ダクトを含む、請求項6及び10に記載の機械。
- 前記金型の入口において、筒として形成された前記細長片と前記案内パイプとの間のシール要素を有する、請求項10に記載の機械。
- 前記シール要素がダイヤフラムである、請求項12に記載の機械。
- 筒として形成された前記細長片に対する前記案内パイプの移動の間に、筒として形成された前記細長片内で空のままにされる体積を補填するための補填手段を有する、請求項10に記載の機械。
- 前記補填手段は、前記案内パイプと前記保持部材との間の相対運動が、前記案内パイプの前記移動の間に、筒として形成された前記細長片内で前記空のままにされる体積と略等しい空気の体積を前記筒内へと注入させるように、前記マウントに対して結合された一端と、第1のフレームに対して結合された他端と、前記空気マニホールド部に対して結合されたチャンバと、を有するアクチュエータを有する、請求項14に記載の機械。
- 前記送風部が、前記空気マニホールド部に対して結合された一端と、前記金型を閉塞するに際して前記筒を貫通するために金型の部分内へと突出する尖った端部と、を含む中空ニードルを有する、請求項1に記載の機械。
