由于针筒102在此实施例中是在没有压力护套的情况下使用的,为了针筒102的强度和内容物的可见性,针筒102可以由透明PET聚酯材料形成。在替代方案中,针筒102的壁可以由聚丙烯形成,该聚丙烯通过在针筒102的管状主体110上提供呈纵向间隔关系的一系列的环形肋而增强。此外,针筒102令人希望地包括:编码装置,该编码装置用于向注射器108提供关于针筒102的信息;指示机构,该指示机构用于容易地检测在针筒102中存在或不存在液体造影剂,它们类似于以上所讨论的针筒12的编码装置和指示机构。

参考图3并且继续参考图2,注射器108还包括通过任意合适的紧固装置150而安装到前板106的前侧的针筒闩锁148,用于将针筒维持在注射器108内的坐落位置中。针筒闩锁148包括基本上椭圆形的主体构件152和朝向主体构件152的中心C延伸的多个闩锁构件154。在图3所示的针筒闩锁148的实施例中,包括了两个闩锁构件154。针筒闩锁148令人希望地由弹性、聚合物材料制造,这样使得闩锁构件154被配置成在将力施加至该闩锁构件时从闭合位置移动到打开位置,并且在将力从该闩锁构件移除时从打开位置移动到闭合位置。

继续参考图2,注射器108还包括在针筒102完全坐落在注射器外壳内时形成用于接收针筒102的封闭区162的针筒释放装置136。针筒释放装置136通过至少一个针筒释放凸轮销164而安装到前板106的后侧上。针筒释放凸轮销164被配置成连接到针筒释放装置136上并且延伸穿过注射器108的前板106进入针筒闩锁148的闩锁构件154的弧形第二部分158中的狭槽166中。
参考图7并且继续参考图2,活塞122由柱塞释放管168围绕。柱塞释放管168具有第一端部,该第一端部与针筒释放装置136旋转接合,这样使得针筒释放装置136的旋转引起柱塞释放管168的旋转。
在图4A-4E中示出用于将针筒102与注射器108接合以便形成注射器系统100的过程。此过程允许针筒与注射器108的接合,该接合提供了被适配成无论针筒102相对于注射器108的旋转取向如何,使针筒102与注射器108可释放地接合的针筒接合。该针筒接合使用附接到针筒102的柱塞116的背侧上的挠曲腿118和位于注射器108的活塞122上的相应特征来与注射器108可释放地接合,该相应特征提供了不需要针筒102的任何特定旋转取向的轴向接合。另外,将特征(即针筒接合凸缘124)设置在管状主体110的后部分的外表面上以便将针筒的旋转移动传递到在注射器108中实现的释放机构(即针筒释放装置136)中,从而无论所接合的针筒柱塞116的轴向位置如何,释放针筒102和柱塞116两者。
图4A中示出用于将针筒102与注射器108接合的过程中的第一步骤,其中将针筒102与注射器108的前板106的针筒接收开口134轴向地定位,并且将所述针筒在箭头A1的方向上沿着活塞122轴向地移动到由针筒释放装置136形成的封闭区162中。参考图4B,当将针筒102插入时,针筒接合凸缘124的倾斜区段126接合针筒闩锁148的闩锁构件154的弧形第二部分158的倾斜面160,并且推动针筒闩锁148。此外,参考图4C和图4D,当将针筒102插入时,活塞/柱塞接口120的倾斜表面使柱塞116的至少一个挠曲腿118挠曲打开。参考图4E,针筒102在箭头A1的方向上的连续移动引起针筒102完全坐落在由针筒释放装置136形成的封闭区162内。当针筒102的主体完全坐落在由针筒释放装置136形成的封闭区162内时,发生以下项目:首先,针筒接合凸缘124的接合区段130接合针筒释放装置136的齿132。此外,针筒接合凸缘124移动超过针筒闩锁148的闩锁构件154的弧形第二部分158,从而使针筒闩锁148闭合以便保持针筒102。令人希望地,当针筒闩锁148返回闭合位置时,它提供可听见的“卡嗒声”,以便向操作者指示针筒102已经被安装在注射器108上。此外,柱塞116上的挠曲腿118挠曲闭合,从而接合活塞/柱塞接口120。最终,柱塞116的柱塞感测断续器123通过沿着活塞122的长度延伸的光纤电缆144来中断由IR发送器140和IR接收器142所产生的光路,从而向注射器控制器(未示出)提供针筒102完全坐落在注射器108内的信号。
如以下所描述的,在完成注射程序之后将针筒102从注射器108移除需要旋转针筒102。图8A-8D中示出此操作,并且参考图8A-8D来描述此操作。
参考图8A和图8B,针筒102的旋转经由如图6所示的针筒接合凸缘124的接合区段130与针筒释放装置136的多个齿132之间的接合而引起针筒释放装置136的旋转。如图8C所示,此旋转继而引起针筒释放凸轮销164沿着设置在针筒闩锁148的闩锁构件154中的狭槽166旋转。针筒闩锁148的闩锁构件154由此被迫使进入打开位置中。
同样如图8C所示,由于柱塞释放管168被如以上所述地联接到针筒释放装置136上,针筒释放装置136的旋转也使柱塞释放管168围绕活塞122旋转。柱塞释放管168围绕活塞122的旋转引起在释放凸轮表面170处的凸轮动作(见图1和图5),从而引起柱塞释放管168朝向前板106的针筒接收开口134轴向延伸。柱塞释放管168的轴向延伸迫使柱塞116的至少一个挠曲腿118挠曲打开,以便释放活塞/柱塞接口122。
这时,使用者可以将针筒102从注射器108的外壳移除。如图8D所示,一旦针筒102被移除,针筒释放装置136返回初始位置,从而允许针筒闩锁148返回闭合位置并且允许柱塞释放管168下落。
尽管以上所讨论的针筒闩锁148包括两个闩锁构件,由于可以利用任何合适数目的闩锁构件,这不应当被解释为限制本披露。例如,参考图9-14,该注射器可以被体现为包括一对针筒202a、202b和注射器204的双针筒注射器系统200。如图10和图11所示,注射器204利用用于针筒202a、202b中的每一个的针筒闩锁206a、206b,这些针筒闩锁包括用于在注射器204内接合针筒202a、202b的三个闩锁构件208。此外,闩锁构件208中的每一个是独立的并且利用弹簧回程210(见图14),而不是使闩锁构件208与以上所讨论的针筒闩锁148一样连接到主体构件上。

针筒202a、202b可以在完成注射程序之后通过旋转针筒202a、202b而与注射器204脱离接合。这经由针筒驱动爪218与针筒释放装置224的多个齿之间的接合而引起针筒释放装置224的旋转。针筒释放装置224的旋转启动弹簧回程210,这些弹簧回程迫使针筒闩锁206a、206b的闩锁构件208进入打开位置中,从而允许使用者将针筒202a、202b从注射器204移除。

Claims (12)
1.一种用于注射流体的注射器系统,包括:
针筒,该针筒包括:
主体,该主体包括后端和前端;
柱塞,该柱塞被可移动地布置在该主体内,该柱塞具有朝向该主体的该后端延伸的至少一个柔性腿;以及
注射器,该注射器包括:
外壳,该外壳具有前板,该前板在其中限定了针筒接收开口;
驱动构件,该驱动构件被至少部分地布置在该外壳内,并且可操作来接合布置在该针筒内的该柱塞并将该至少一个柔性腿可释放地连接到该驱动构件的至少一部分上;
针筒释放装置,该针筒释放装置在该针筒完全坐落在该外壳内时形成用于接收该针筒的封闭区,该针筒释放装置被安装到该前板的后侧上;以及
柱塞释放管,该柱塞释放管围绕该驱动构件的至少一部分,该柱塞释放管具有与该针筒释放装置旋转接合的第一端,
其中该针筒释放装置的旋转使该柱塞释放管相对于该驱动构件旋转和轴向移动,以便接合该至少一个柔性腿并且将该至少一个柔性腿从该驱动构件释放。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒释放装置是通过至少一个针筒释放凸轮销而安装到该前板的后侧上。
3.如权利要求2所述的注射器系统,其中针筒释放凸轮销延伸穿过该前板。
4.如权利要求1所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒释放装置包括形成在其中的与该前板的该针筒接收开口对齐的开口。
5.如权利要求4所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒释放装置中的该开口包括围绕该开口的圆周形成的多个齿。
6.如权利要求1所述的注射器系统,进一步包括朝向该主体的该后端定位的至少一个针筒驱动爪;以及
朝向该主体的该后端定位并且围绕该主体的圆周延伸的针筒接合凸缘。
7.如权利要求6所述的注射器系统,进一步包括安装到该前板的前侧的针筒闩锁,该针筒闩锁包括多个闩锁构件,该多个闩锁构件朝向该针筒接收开口的中心延伸并且被配置成在将力施加至该多个闩锁构件时从闭合位置移动到打开位置,并且在将该力从该多个闩锁构件移除时从该打开位置移动到该闭合位置,
其中该针筒接合凸缘推压该针筒闩锁的该多个闩锁构件,以便在相对于该针筒闩锁将轴向向后运动施加给该针筒时来打开该针筒闩锁,并且该多个闩锁构件在该针筒完全坐落在该外壳内时返回该闭合位置以便将该针筒保持在该外壳的该开口内。
8.如权利要求6所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒驱动爪被配置成接合形成在该针筒释放装置上的多个齿。
9.如权利要求7所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒在完成注射程序之后通过旋转该针筒而与该注射器脱离接合,这经由该针筒驱动爪与该针筒释放装置的多个齿之间的该接合而引起该针筒释放装置的旋转,从而迫使该多个闩锁构件进入该打开位置中并且允许使用者将该针筒从该注射器的该外壳移除。
10.如权利要求7所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒闩锁的该多个闩锁构件中的每一个包括第一部分和从该第一部分延伸的弧形第二部分。
11.如权利要求10所述的注射器系统,其中该弧形第二部分包括形成在其中的狭槽。
12.如权利要求1所述的注射器系统,其中该针筒包括朝向该主体的该后端定位并且以180°分开定位的两个针筒驱动爪。
