图4至图6示出了另一个示例性实施例的视图,其中,对图1至图3中的示例性实施例的修改之处为设有齿条机构20。在此,将齿轮21连接到电动驱动元件13的输出元件14上,该齿轮与齿条23的齿部22啮合。还将齿轮24连接到阀元件5上,所述齿轮同样与齿条23的齿部22啮合。齿条23的移位由此导致将电动驱动元件13的驱动运动传递到阀元件5上。
此外,在图4和图5中,设有诸如弹簧的蓄力元件25,该蓄力元件作用于该机构上或可替代地和任选地作用于该阀元件上,以便在非驱动状态下产生朝向阀元件5的终止位置起作用的力,以使得阀元件5移动到所述终止位置。在此,蓄力元件25是沿纵向方向作用在齿条23上、从而沿箭头26的方向作用在齿条23上的弹簧。以此方式实现了所谓的故障保护功能。可替代地,蓄力元件25或弹簧还可以呈某一其他形式,例如呈作用在该机构的机构元件上的螺旋弹簧或卷簧等的形式。因此还可以在图1至图3的示例性实施例中提供这种弹簧,以便例如作用于齿轮。然而,这并未示出。
图6以另一个示例性实施例示出了另外设有制动器元件30,通过该制动器元件可以阻固阀元件5在壳体2中的位置。在此,制动器元件30是磁流变制动器元件,该磁流变制动器元件具有以可移位的方式接纳在腔室31中的元件32,其中,在腔室31中接纳了磁流变材料33,该磁流变材料在磁化状态下抑制可移位的元件32在腔室31中的移位、并且在非磁化状态下基本上不抑制可移位的元件32在腔室31中的移位。
可移位的元件32是以被安排在杆34上的活塞或滑动件的形式形成的。该活塞作为可移位的元件是以纵向可移位的方式接纳在腔室31中的,其中,杆34伸出腔室31并且可以被连接到例如齿条23上。
可替代地,还可能将该可移位的元件形成为以可旋转移位的方式接纳在腔室中的旋转活塞或旋转滑动件的类型。在图1至图3的实施例的情况下,这样的设计会是适宜的。
在此,该磁流变材料优选是干的磁流变粉末或具有磁性材料的流体,在这种情况下施加磁场引起元素的互联,这抑制了通过材料进行滑动。当该磁场被消除时,该可移位的元件可以滑动通过该磁流变材料。

Claims (10)

1.一种转动式流体调节器(1),该转动式流体调节器具有壳体(2)和阀元件(5),所述壳体具有进入开口(3)和至少一个出口开口(4),所述阀元件被可转动地接纳在壳体(2)中并且被设计成空心的形式以形成流体管道(6),其中,设有电动驱动元件(13),通过该电动驱动元件能使所述阀元件(5)转动,其中,由于空心形式的阀元件(5)的转动,能够调整或阻断在进入开口(3)与至少一个出口开口(4)之间的流体连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,设有两个或更多个出口开口(4),使得流体流能够被分配到一个和/或另一个出口开口(4)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,所述电动驱动元件(13)具体呈电动机的形式,并且具有输出元件(14),该输出元件通过机构(15)连接到所述阀元件(5)上,以便驱动阀元件转动。
4.如权利要求3所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,所述机构(15)是齿条机构(20)或齿轮机构。
5.如以上权利要求之一所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,设有制动器元件(30),通过该制动器元件能够阻固所述阀元件(5)在壳体(2)中的位置。
6.如权利要求5所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,所述制动器元件(30)是磁流变制动器元件。
7.如权利要求6所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,所述磁流变制动器元件具有以可移位的方式接纳在腔室(31)中的元件(32),其中,在腔室(31)中接纳有磁流变材料(33),该磁流变材料在磁化状态下抑制可移位的元件(32)在腔室(31)中的移位,并且在非磁化状态下基本上不抑制可移位的元件(32)的移位。
8.如权利要求7所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,可移位的元件(32)是以纵向可移位的方式接纳在腔室(31)中的活塞或滑动件的类型。
9.如权利要求7所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,可移位的元件(32)是以可旋转移位的方式接纳在腔室(31)中的旋转活塞或旋转滑动件的类型。
10.如以上权利要求之一所述的转动式流体调节器(1),其特征在于,设有诸如弹簧的蓄力元件(25),该蓄力元件作用于机构(15)或阀元件(5)上,以便在非驱动状态下产生朝向阀元件(5)的终止位置起作用的力,以使得阀元件移动到所述终止位置。
