Abstract
防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:包括由涂覆浆料处理后的阻燃纱线纺织而成,阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶30‑40份、精梳棉50‑60份、阻燃尼龙12‑15份、静电纤维7‑10份、桑蚕丝10‑15、α‑烯烃磺酸盐0.02‑0.05份、N‑烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.02‑0.05份;将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、静电纤维、桑蚕丝、α‑烯烃磺酸盐、N‑烷基二甲基甜菜碱用纺纱机混合纺织阻燃纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3500转、细纱机转数设定为6300转,织成阻燃纱线;所述的涂覆浆料处理工艺为:将阻燃纱线浸泡至涂覆浆料2h取出,在120℃烘干2‑3分钟。本发明经过试验检测阻燃达到EN571标准,静电达到EN1149标准。本发明得到的织物,耐水压可达到600MM水柱,45度斜面拒水测试达到五级。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,具体地说是一种防水阻燃的服装面料。
背景技术
服装面料种类繁多,对于特殊行业(例如消防、冶金一线等)对服装面料要求较高,需要达到防水和阻燃的效果。目前,现有的面料中,防水和阻燃效果一般,无法满足特殊行业的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防水阻燃的服装面料,用以解决现有技术中的缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
防水阻燃的服装面料,包括由涂覆浆料处理后的阻燃纱线纺织而成,阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶30-40份、精梳棉50-60份、阻燃尼龙12-15份、静电纤维7-10份、桑蚕丝10-15、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.02-0.05份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.02-0.05份;将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、静电纤维、桑蚕丝、α-烯烃磺酸盐、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱用纺纱机混合纺织阻燃纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3500转、细纱机转数设定为6300转,织成阻燃纱线;
阻燃纱线置入涂覆浆料后浸泡2-4小时,涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶2-5份、β-环状糊精2-4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2-4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1-4份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6-10份、聚二甲基硅醚2-4份、匀染剂OP 1-3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5-1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1-1.5份、水85-90份;
所述的涂覆浆料处理工艺为:将阻燃纱线浸泡至涂覆浆料2h取出,在120℃烘干2-3分钟。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的涂覆浆料的制备过程为:取下述重量份原料混合:阿拉伯胶2-5份、β-环状糊精2-4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2-4份、二羟甲 基二羟基环乙烯脲1-4份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6-10份、聚二甲基硅醚2-4份、匀染剂OP 1-3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5-1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1-1.5份、水85-90份,加热至80℃,保持30分钟,再10分钟内降温至30℃,然后过200目尼龙网,再在真空条件下静置75分钟。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶30份、精梳棉55份、阻燃尼龙15份、静电纤维7份、桑蚕丝12、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.04份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.05份。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶35份、精梳棉60份、阻燃尼龙12份、静电纤维9份、桑蚕丝15、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.05份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.02份。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶40份、精梳棉50份、阻燃尼龙13份、静电纤维10份、桑蚕丝10、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.02份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.03份。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶2份、β-环状糊精3份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6份、聚二甲基硅醚3份、匀染剂OP 3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1份、水88份。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶3份、β-环状糊精4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲3份、马铃薯氧化淀粉8份、聚二甲基硅醚2份、匀染剂OP 1份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1.2份、水90份。
如上所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,所述的涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶5份、β-环状糊精2份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲4 份、马铃薯氧化淀粉10份、聚二甲基硅醚4份、匀染剂OP 2份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷1.0份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1.5份、水85份。
本发明的优点是:本发明多种纤维复合而成,有效抵抗静电,提高抗静电能力,蚕丝提高柔软性,形变后能够恢复原状,具有一定弹性。通过两种抗静电剂(α-烯烃磺酸盐和N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱)的协同作用,有效增加抗静电效果,提高阻燃能力,同时能够将各个纤维有效润滑和复合。涂覆浆料能够渗入至阻燃纱线内部,在表面也形成覆膜,各种原料协同使本发明的布料具有良好的防水性能。涂覆浆料制备过程中几乎不产生泡沫,均匀性好,还能使本发明的面料具有良好的抗皱性,使面料制成的衣物覆盖效果强。通过双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷、六氯二苯酚基甲烷对阻燃纱线中的天然成分和各种纤维进行了杀菌消毒,提高使用寿命。本发明经过试验检测阻燃达到EN571标准,静电达到EN1149标准。本发明得到的织物,耐水压可达到600MM水柱,45度斜面拒水测试达到五级。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:包括由涂覆浆料处理后的阻燃纱线纺织而成,阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶30-40份、精梳棉50-60份、阻燃尼龙12-15份、静电纤维7-10份、桑蚕丝10-15、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.02-0.05份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.02-0.05份;将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、静电纤维、桑蚕丝、α-烯烃磺酸盐、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱用纺纱机混合纺织阻燃纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3500转、细纱机转数设定为6300转,织成阻燃纱线;
阻燃纱线置入涂覆浆料后浸泡2-4小时,涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶2-5份、β-环状糊精2-4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2-4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1-4 份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6-10份、聚二甲基硅醚2-4份、匀染剂OP 1-3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5-1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1-1.5份、水85-90份;
所述的涂覆浆料处理工艺为:将阻燃纱线浸泡至涂覆浆料2h取出,在120℃烘干2-3分钟。
所述的涂覆浆料的制备过程为:取下述重量份原料混合:阿拉伯胶2-5份、β-环状糊精2-4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2-4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1-4份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6-10份、聚二甲基硅醚2-4份、匀染剂OP 1-3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5-1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1-1.5份、水85-90份,加热至80℃,保持30分钟,再10分钟内降温至30℃,然后过200目尼龙网,再在真空条件下静置75分钟。
所述的阻燃纱线的原料配方有下述实施例,阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:
实施例1:阻燃腈纶30份、精梳棉55份、阻燃尼龙15份、静电纤维7份、桑蚕丝12、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.04份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.05份;
实施例2:阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶35份、精梳棉60份、阻燃尼龙12份、静电纤维9份、桑蚕丝15、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.05份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.02份。
实施例3:阻燃腈纶40份、精梳棉50份、阻燃尼龙13份、静电纤维10份、桑蚕丝10、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.02份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.03份。
所述的涂覆浆料的原料配方有下述实施例,涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:
实施例4:阿拉伯胶2份、β-环状糊精3份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6份、聚二甲基硅醚3份、匀染剂OP 3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1份、水88份。
实施例5:阿拉伯胶3份、β-环状糊精4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲3份、马铃薯氧化淀粉8份、聚二甲基硅醚2份、匀染剂OP 1份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1.2份、水90份。
实施例6:涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶5份、β-环状糊精2份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲4份、马铃薯氧化淀粉10份、聚二甲基硅醚4份、匀染剂OP 2份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷1.0份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1.5份、水85份。

Claims (8)
1.防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:包括由涂覆浆料处理后的阻燃纱线纺织而成,阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶30-40份、精梳棉50-60份、阻燃尼龙12-15份、静电纤维7-10份、桑蚕丝10-15、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.02-0.05份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.02-0.05份;将阻燃腈纶、精梳棉、阻燃尼龙、静电纤维、桑蚕丝、α-烯烃磺酸盐、\-烷基二甲基甜菜碱用纺纱机混合纺织阻燃纱线,粗纱机转数设定为3500转、细纱机转数设定为6300转,织成阻燃纱线;
阻燃纱线置入涂覆浆料后浸泡2-4小时,涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶2-5份、β-环状糊精2-4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2-4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1-4份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6-10份、聚二甲基硅醚2-4份、匀染剂OP 1-3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5-1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1-1.5份、水85-90份;
所述的涂覆浆料处理工艺为:将阻燃纱线浸泡至涂覆浆料2h取出,在120℃烘干2-3分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:所述的涂覆浆料的制备过程为:取下述重量份原料混合:阿拉伯胶2-5份、β-环状糊精2-4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2-4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1-4份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6-10份、聚二甲基硅醚2-4份、匀染剂OP 1-3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5-1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1-1.5份、水85-90份,加热至80℃,保持30分钟,再10分钟内降温至30℃,然后过200目尼龙网,再在真空条件下静置75分钟。

5.根据权利要求1所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:所述的阻燃纱线由下述重量份原料组成:阻燃腈纶40份、精梳棉50份、阻燃尼龙13份、静电纤维10份、桑蚕丝10、α-烯烃磺酸盐0.02份、N-烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.03份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:所述的涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶2份、β-环状糊精3份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺3份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲1份、马铃薯氧化淀粉6份、聚二甲基硅醚3份、匀染剂OP 3份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷1.2份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1份、水88份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水阻燃的服装面料,其特征在于:所述的涂覆浆料由下述重量份原料组成:阿拉伯胶3份、β-环状糊精4份、六羟甲基三聚氰胺4份、二羟甲基二羟基环乙烯脲3份、马铃薯氧化淀粉8份、聚二甲基硅醚2份、匀染剂OP 1份、双-3,5,6-三氯苯酚甲烷0.5份、六氯二苯酚基甲烷1.2份、水90份。
