Abstract

一种含吡啶侧基双酚及其合成方法,涉及一种化合物及其合成方法,所述本发明在有机溶剂中,酸性催化剂存在下,酚类化合物与含吡啶基甲酮类化合物生成含吡啶侧基双酚化合物;该类化合物可作为双酚单体,用于合成高性能芳基聚合物。吡啶基团引入聚合物可以提高聚合物的极性,提高其在金属或非金属表面的附着力,因此在耐高温油漆、涂料、涂层等需要耐高温高性能聚合物的应用领域具有很好的应用前景;更重要的是,可以用于合成含吡啶侧基的聚芳醚,引入聚合物链的吡啶侧基作为潜在的可功能化基团,使得该类聚合物可以进行多种修饰进而功能化制备高性能聚芳醚功能材料,因此该类含吡啶侧基双酚应用前景广阔。

一种含吡啶侧基双酚及其合成方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化合物及其合成方法,特别是涉及一种含吡啶侧基双酚及其合成方法。
背景技术
阴离子交换膜在扩散渗析、电渗析、碱性膜燃料电池、液流电池、微生物电化学系统等领域具有广泛用途。然而,阴离子交换膜的传统制备路线是氯甲基化-胺化路线,首先需要对含芳环聚合物(如聚苯乙烯、聚芳醚等)进行氯甲基化,引入氯甲基进而胺化引入荷正电的阴离子交换基团制备阴离子交换膜。氯甲基化-胺化路线存在一些严重不足,例如,氯甲基化过程中使用毒性较大的氯甲基甲醚;氯甲基化反应时容易发生交联等副反应;更重要的是,氯甲基化时基团引入位置和数量可控性差,导致膜性能不易调控。采用含可功能化的单体聚合制备出含可功能化基团的聚合物,进而功能化可以得到基团位置和数量精确可控的膜材料,革除氯甲基化-胺化路线的弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含吡啶侧基双酚及其合成方法,本发明利用酚类化合物、含吡啶基甲酮类化合物为原料合成含吡啶侧基双酚化合物,吡啶基团引入聚合物中,提高了聚合物的极性和在金属和非金属表面的附着力。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含吡啶侧基双酚,所述含吡啶侧基双酚具有如下结构式:
其中,R3,R4,R5,R6为氢原子或苯基或烷基或烷氧基或卤原子,R7为氢原子或苯基或烷基或烷氧基或卤原子或羧基,R8,R9,R10,R11为氢原子或苯基或烷基或烷氧基或卤原子。
一种含吡啶侧基双酚的合成方法,所述含吡啶侧基双酚通过下述步骤获得:
在有机溶剂中,酸性催化剂存在下,酚类化合物与含吡啶基甲酮类化合物在10-150℃下生成含吡啶侧基双酚化合物;其中,酚类化合物与含吡啶基甲酮类化合物的摩尔比为2-10:1,反应时间为1-72小时;上述的有机溶剂为二氯乙烷、四氯乙烷、氯仿、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜、硝基苯、氯苯、二硫化碳、N-甲基吡咯烷酮;其中,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8,R9,R10,R11定义同权利要求1所述。
所述的含吡啶侧基双酚的合成方法,所述酸性催化剂为包括无水氯化氢、盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、三氟甲磺酸、无水氯化锌、无水氯化铁、无水氯化铝、无水溴化锌、无水溴化铁、无水溴化铝、无水四氯化锡、氯铝酸离子液体中的一种或两种以上的混合物。本发明的优点与效果是:
本发明利用酚类化合物、含吡啶基甲酮类化合物为原料合成含吡啶侧基双酚化合物,对新型阴离子交换膜材料的合成具有重要的意义。此外,吡啶基团引入聚合物中,可提高聚合物的极性,提高其在金属和非金属表面的附着力,因此可作为耐高温高性能涂料及涂层聚合物的合成单体,具有重要用途。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
以下实施例有助于理解本发明,但不限于本发明的内容。
实施例1
将苯酚(0.6 mol),含吡啶基酮类化合物(0.1 mol),浓硫酸3mL,二氯乙烷20mL加入到装有机械搅拌器、冷凝管的三口烧瓶中,搅拌,加热升温反应,在70℃下,反应10小时。反应结束后,将溶液倒入热水中,分液,取下层有机层,将有机层用碳酸钠调节至弱碱性,将析出的产物多次水洗并过滤,真空下60摄氏度烘干,然后在乙醇中重结晶,得到含吡啶侧基双酚化合物。
实施例2
将苯酚(0.6 mol),含吡啶基酮类化合物(0.1 mol),二氯乙烷20mL加入到装有机械搅拌器、冷凝管、气体导入管的三口烧瓶中,搅拌,缓慢通入干燥的氯化氢气体,在70℃下,反应8小时。反应结束后,将溶液倒入热水中,分液,取下层有机层,将有机层用碳酸钠调节至弱碱性,将析出的产物多次水洗并过滤,真空下60摄氏度烘干,然后在乙醇中重结晶,得到含吡啶侧基双酚化合物。
以上对本发明的具体实施方式作了说明,但这些不能被理解为限制了本发明的保护的范围,本发明的保护范围由随附的权利要求书限定,任何在本发明权利要求基础上的改动都是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种含吡啶侧基双酚,其特征在于,所述含吡啶侧基双酚具有如下结构式:
其中,R3,R4,R5,R6为氢原子或苯基或烷基或烷氧基或卤原子,R7为氢原子或苯基或烷基或烷氧基或卤原子或羧基,R8,R9,R10,R11为氢原子或苯基或烷基或烷氧基或卤原子。
2.一种含吡啶侧基双酚的合成方法,其特征在于,所述含吡啶侧基双酚通过下述步骤获得:
在有机溶剂中,酸性催化剂存在下,酚类化合物与含吡啶基甲酮类化合物在10-150℃下生成含吡啶侧基双酚化合物;其中,酚类化合物与含吡啶基甲酮类化合物的摩尔比为2-10:1,反应时间为1-72小时;上述的有机溶剂为二氯乙烷、四氯乙烷、氯仿、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜、硝基苯、氯苯、二硫化碳、N-甲基吡咯烷酮;其中,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8,R9,R10,R11定义同权利要求1所述。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含吡啶侧基双酚的合成方法,其特征在于,所述酸性催化剂为包括无水氯化氢、盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、三氟甲磺酸、无水氯化锌、无水氯化铁、无水氯化铝、无水溴化锌、无水溴化铁、无水溴化铝、无水四氯化锡、氯铝酸离子液体中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
