Abstract

本发明提供了一种自卸车燃油箱,其由上弯板、下弯板和隔板组成,下弯板成U型,其构成燃油箱的底面和侧面,上弯板也成U型,其构成燃油箱的顶面和前、后面,上弯板和下弯板对接后焊接成一个油箱整体。本发明燃油箱整体设计为两块钢板对接,只有外部一条环形焊缝,方便焊接操作,提高了油箱清洁度;底部采用“U”结构,上大下小的空间提高燃油利用率;箱体底部两端为弧形设计,中间设置一隔板,减小油料冲击应力,提高油箱强度;吸油口设置在油箱中部,箱体正面设计清洗口,易于油箱清洗;油箱上设计燃油预滤器安装位置,便于其日常的维护保养。

自卸车燃油箱及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油箱,尤其涉及一种自卸车燃油箱,更详细地涉及燃油箱的整体结构。
背景技术
现有矿用自卸车的燃油箱多采用“方形”结构,箱壁易产生应力集中;油箱采用多块钢板焊接,整体焊缝较多且长,焊接时的产生的飞溅物和焊瘤易隐藏在不易发现的位置和难以清理的位置,造成燃油污染;另外燃油的利用率不足;清洗口多在侧面,不利于燃油箱清洗;油料冲击应力;没有燃油液位观察口,司机熄火下车后不利于观察燃油余量等。
发明内容
为提高燃油箱的强度及其燃油利用率,本发明构造一种燃油箱,具体而言本发明采用如下技术方案:一种自卸车燃油箱,其由上弯板、下弯板和隔板组成,所述下弯板成U型,其构成燃油箱的底面和侧面,所述上弯板也成U型,其构成燃油箱的顶面和前、后面,上弯板和下弯板对接后焊接成一个油箱整体,下弯板的底部弯折成大角度圆角,在所述燃油箱内部中间位置还设置有隔板,箱中间隔板两边固定连接在上弯板中部,所述隔板上开设若干个贯通孔,所述贯通孔为圆形,所述下弯板还具有渐缩部,该渐缩部朝着下弯板的底面渐缩,并且所述圆角位于所述渐缩部和底面之间。
进一步的,所述上弯板和下弯板通过焊接结合在一起形成所述油箱。
进一步的,还包括吸油管,其设置在油箱的中部位置。
进一步的,所述上弯板的顶面设置有燃油预滤器安装弯板、吸油管安装孔及回油口;上弯板的正面设置有最高液位观察口、最低液位观察口和油箱清洗口。
进一步的,还包括燃油预滤器,其安装在油箱左侧顶部的燃油预滤器安装弯板上。
此外,本发明还提供了一种自卸车燃油箱的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
构造U型的下弯板,用于构成燃油箱的底面和侧面,该下弯板具有渐缩部,该渐缩部朝着下弯板的底面渐缩,并且在所述渐缩部和底面之间构造一个大角度圆角;
构造U型的上弯板,所述上弯板与下弯板进行匹配,构成燃油箱的顶面和前、后面;
构造具有多个通孔的隔板,将所述隔板固定到所述上弯板的中部;
将所述上弯板和下弯板焊接成一个整体。
进一步的,所述上弯板采用一次冲压成型,吸油安装孔及回油口、最高液位观察口、最低液位观察口和油箱清洗口预先在所述上弯板上加工出。
特别的,所述吸油管安装孔设置在油箱的中部位置。
特别的,在油箱左侧顶部的燃油预滤器安装弯板上设置燃油预滤器。
本发明燃油箱整体设计为两块钢板对接,只有外部一条环形焊缝,方便焊接操作,提高了油箱清洁度;底部采用“倒T形”结构,上大下小的空间提高燃油利用率;箱体底部两端为弧形设计,中间设置一隔板,减小油料冲击应力,提高油箱强度;吸油口设置在油箱中部,箱体正面设计清洗口,易于油箱清洗;油箱上设计燃油预滤器安装位置,便于其日常的维护保养。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1-2所示,该燃油箱由上弯板1、下弯板2和中间的隔板3组成。
下弯板2成U型,其构成燃油箱的底面和侧面,上弯板1也成U型,其构成燃油箱的顶面和前、后面,上弯板1和下弯板2对接后焊接成一个油箱整体。下弯板2的底部弯折成大角度圆角,有利于减小油料冲击应力,提高油箱强度。在所述燃油箱内部中间位置还设置有隔板3,箱中间隔板3两边固定连接在上弯板1中部,隔板3上开设若干个贯通孔,所述贯通孔为圆形,对于燃料晃动时起到缓冲作用,减小油料的冲击力度,圆形贯通孔能更好的让燃料通过。
所述下弯板2还具有渐缩部,该渐缩部朝着下弯板2的底面渐缩,并且所述圆角位于所述渐缩部和底面之间。
如图3-5所示,还包括吸油管5,其设置在油箱的中部位置。矿用自卸车在矿区中,爬坡和下坡的比率是对等的,当油料较少,而车体在爬坡或者下坡过程中,油箱随着车体的倾斜分别向左或向右倾斜。现将油箱底部向内缩小成“U形”,吸油管5设置在油箱中部位置,即使油料较少,车体倾斜时仍然保证吸油管的吸油口浸没在燃油中,提高了燃油箱容积的利用率。
如图6所示,上弯板1的顶面设置有燃油预滤器安装弯板4、吸油管5安装孔及回油口6。下弯板的正面设置有最高液位观察口7、最低液位观察口8和油箱清洗口9。所述上弯板采用一次冲压成型,上述的吸油管5安装孔及回油口6、最高液位观察口7、最低液位观察口8和油箱清洗口9预先在所述上弯板上加工出。
燃油预滤器10安装在油箱左侧顶部的燃油预滤器安装弯板4上,便于其日常的维护保养。
油箱正面设置的最高液位观察口7、最低液位观察口8可方便日常的燃油余量查看。正面的油箱清洗口9方便油箱的清洗。

1.一种自卸车燃油箱,其特征在于,其由上弯板、下弯板和隔板组成,所述下弯板成U型,其构成燃油箱的底面和侧面,所述上弯板也成U型,其构成燃油箱的顶面和前、后面,上弯板和下弯板对接后焊接成一个油箱整体,下弯板的底部弯折成大角度圆角,在所述燃油箱内部中间位置还设置有隔板,箱中间隔板两边固定连接在上弯板中部,所述隔板上开设若干个贯通孔,所述贯通孔为圆形,所述下弯板还具有渐缩部,该渐缩部朝着下弯板的底面渐缩,并且所述圆角位于所述渐缩部和底面之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的自卸车燃油箱,其特征在于,所述上弯板和下弯板通过焊接结合在一起形成所述油箱。
3.如权利要求2所述的自卸车燃油箱,其特征在于,还包括吸油管,其设置在油箱的中部位置。
4.如权利要求3所述的自卸车燃油箱,其特征在于,所述上弯板的顶面设置有燃油预滤器安装弯板、吸油管安装孔及回油口;上弯板的正面设置有最高液位观察口、最低液位观察口和油箱清洗口。
5.如权利要求4所述的自卸车燃油箱,其特征在于,还包括燃油预滤器,其安装在油箱左侧顶部的燃油预滤器安装弯板上。
6.一种自卸车燃油箱的制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
构造U型的下弯板,用于构成燃油箱的底面和侧面,该下弯板具有渐缩部,该渐缩部朝着下弯板的底面渐缩,并且在所述渐缩部和底面之间构造一个大角度圆角;
构造U型的上弯板,所述上弯板与下弯板进行匹配,构成燃油箱的顶面和前、后面;
构造具有多个通孔的隔板,将所述隔板固定到所述上弯板的中部;
将所述上弯板和下弯板焊接成一个整体。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上弯板采用一次冲压成型,吸油安装孔及回油口、最高液位观察口、最低液位观察口和油箱清洗口预先在所述上弯板上加工出。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述吸油管安装孔设置在油箱的中部位置。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在油箱左侧顶部的燃油预滤器安装弯板上设置燃油预滤器。
