Abstract

本发明公开了一种注塑模具的冷却机构,包括有上模和模腔,所述模腔固定在工装板上,所述上模固定在支架上,并由气缸带动其升降位移,所述工装板为中空的,所述工装板的下端设置有进水孔和出水孔,并在所述进水孔和出水孔上连接有管道,所述管道通向循环水池,所述工装板内设置有温度传感器;通过设置有注水的工装板进行水冷以及设置有气嘴进行空冷来达到降温的效果,本发明结构简单、模具无需卸载,在加工的间隙期间即可进行冷却降温,加工效率显著提高。

注塑模具的冷却机构
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种对注塑模具进行降温的冷却机构。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具,将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品,模具在长时间使用后需要进行降温冷却,才能再次加工,但是现有的降温冷却方式均是将模具卸下来进行单独的水冷或自然冷却,导致效率降低,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了注塑模具的冷却机构,通过设置有注水的工装板进行水冷以及设置有气嘴进行空冷来达到降温的效果,以解决现有模具降温冷却效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种注塑模具的冷却机构,包括有上模和模腔,所述模腔固定在工装板上,所述上模固定在支架上,并由气缸带动其升降位移,所述工装板为中空的,所述工装板的下端设置有进水孔和出水孔,并在所述进水孔和出水孔上连接有管道,所述管道通向循环水池,所述工装板内设置有温度传感器。
进一步改进在于:所述工装板的两侧设置有气嘴,所述气嘴与冷却吹气机相连接,所述气嘴上设置有电动调节阀。
进一步改进在于:所述工装板的内部壁面上设置有液位感应器。
进一步改进在于:所述进水孔的管道和出水孔的管道上均设置有控制阀和温度感应器,所述控制阀与电脑相连接。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置有可以注水的工装板来对模腔进行水冷却,再通过设置有气嘴对模具进一步的冷却降温,本发明结构简单、模具无需卸载,在加工的间隙期间即可进行冷却降温,加工效率显著提高。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种注塑模具的冷却机构,包括有上模1和模腔2,所述模腔2固定在工装板3上,所述上模1固定在支架4上,并由气缸5带动上模升降位移,所述工装板3为中空的,所述工装板3的下端设置有进水孔5和出水孔6,并在所述进水孔5和出水孔6上连接有管道7,所述管道7通向循环水池8,所述工装板3内设置有温度传感器9。所述工装板3的两侧设置有气嘴10,所述气嘴10与冷却吹气机相连接,所述气嘴10上设置有电动调节阀11。所述工装板3的内部壁面上设置有液位感应器12。所述进水孔5的管道和出水孔6的管道上均设置有控制阀13和温度感应器9,所述控制阀与电脑相连接。
通过设置有可以注水的工装板3来对模腔2进行水冷却,再通过设置有气嘴10对模具进一步的冷却降温,本发明结构简单、模具无需卸载,在加工的间隙期间即可进行冷却降温,加工效率显著提高。

1.一种注塑模具的冷却机构,包括有上模(1)和模腔(2),所述模腔(2)固定在工装板(3)上,所述上模(1)固定在支架(4)上,并由气缸(5)带动上模升降位移,其特征在于:所述工装板(3)为中空的,所述工装板(3)的下端设置有进水孔(5)和出水孔(6),并在所述进水孔(5)和出水孔(6)上连接有管道(7),所述管道(7)通向循环水池(8),所述工装板(3)内设置有温度传感器(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的冷却机构,其特征在于:所述工装板(3)的两侧设置有气嘴(10),所述气嘴(10)与冷却吹气机相连接,所述气嘴(10)上设置有电动调节阀(11)。
3.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的冷却机构,其特征在于:所述工装板(3)的内部壁面上设置有液位感应器(12)。
4.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的冷却机构,其特征在于:所述进水孔(5)的管道和出水孔(6)的管道上均设置有控制阀(13)和温度感应器(9),所述控制阀与电脑相连接。
