本发明公开一种聚乙烯塑料融化装置,具体涉及塑料膜加工技术领域。包括融化机本体、加料口、滚轮组、搅拌装置、加热片,其特征在于:所述融化机本体上端设置有加料口,滚轮组设置在加料口下端,搅拌装置设置在融化机本体内底面上,加热片设置在融化机本体内部底面上。本发明具有结构简单,可在对塑料颗粒融化前,有效的对塑料颗粒进行粉碎,保证塑料颗粒彻底融化等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料膜加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚乙烯塑料融化装置。
背景技术
传统的聚乙烯塑料融化装置都是在融化机本体内设置有加热装置,再将塑料颗粒直接加入后通过加热装置进行融化,容易产品对塑料颗粒融化不彻底的现象,对后续的吹膜会产生一定的质量影响。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种聚乙烯塑料融化装置,其具有结构简单,可在对塑料颗粒融化前,有效的对塑料颗粒进行粉碎,保证塑料颗粒彻底融化优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题:一种聚乙烯塑料融化装置,包括融化机本体、加料口、滚轮组、搅拌装置、加热片,其特征在于:所述融化机本体上端设置有加料口,滚轮组设置在加料口下端,搅拌装置设置在融化机本体内底面上,加热片设置在融化机本体内部底面上。
优选地,所述滚轮组为平行设置的两个滚轮,可有效的对加入的塑料颗粒很好的粉碎。
优选地,所述滚轮组两个滚轮的转动方向相反,可有效的对加入的塑料颗粒很好的粉碎。
优选地,所述滚轮的长度大于加料口的长度,防止对加入的塑料颗粒粉碎不彻底。
优选地,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌轴、电机,保证塑料颗粒在融化的过程中效果更好。
优选地,所述搅拌装置至少设置有两个,保证塑料颗粒在融化过程中融化彻底、均匀。
优选地,所述搅拌轴垂直于融化机本体的底面,保证塑料颗粒在融化过程中更好的搅拌。
优选地,所述搅拌轴的转动方向不同,保证塑料颗粒在融化过程中更好的搅拌。
本发明的优点在于:结构简单,可在对塑料颗粒融化前,有效的对塑料颗粒进行粉碎,保证塑料颗粒彻底融化等优点。

如图1‐2所示,一种聚乙烯塑料融化装置,包括融化机本体1、加料口2、滚轮组3、搅拌装置4、加热片5,其特征在于:所述融化机本体1上端设置有加料口2,滚轮组3设置在加料口2下端,搅拌装置4设置在融化机本体1内底面上,加热片5设置在融化机本体1内部底面上。
优选地,所述滚轮组3为平行设置的两个滚轮6,可有效的对加入的塑料颗粒很好的粉碎。
优选地,所述滚轮组3两个滚轮6的转动方向相反,可有效的对加入的塑料颗粒很好的粉碎。
优选地,所述滚轮6的长度大于加料口2的长度,防止对加入的塑料颗粒粉碎不彻底。
优选地,所述搅拌装置4包括搅拌轴7、电机8,保证塑料颗粒在融化的过程中效果更好。
优选地,所述搅拌装置4至少设置有两个,保证塑料颗粒在融化过程中融化彻底、均匀。
优选地,所述搅拌轴7垂直于融化机本体1的底面,保证塑料颗粒在融化过程中更好的搅拌。

1.一种聚乙烯塑料融化装置,包括融化机本体(1)、加料口(2)、滚轮组(3)、搅拌装置(4)、加热片(5),其特征在于:所述融化机本体(1)上端设置有加料口(2),滚轮组(3)设置在加料口(2)下端,搅拌装置(4)设置在融化机本体(1)内底面上,加热片(5)设置在融化机本体(1)内部底面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯塑料融化装置,其特征在于:所述滚轮组(3)为平行设置的两个滚轮(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚乙烯塑料融化装置,其特征在于:所述滚轮组(3)两个滚轮的转动方向相反。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚乙烯塑料融化装置,其特征在于:所述滚轮(6)的长度大于加料口(2)的长度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯塑料融化装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置(4)包括搅拌轴(7)、电机(8)。
