本发明公开一种聚乙烯膜融化装置,具体涉及塑料膜加工技术领域。包括底座、融化箱、支架、加热杆、旋转轴、进料口、排料口,所述底座上设置有支架,融化箱通过旋转轴设置在支架上,融化箱外部分别设置有进料口、排料口,融化箱内设置有加热杆。本发明具有结构简单,可在对塑料颗粒融化时,有效的对融化箱本体内的塑料充分搅拌,且可边搅拌边加热,使得对塑料加热均匀、加热效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料膜加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚乙烯膜融化装置。
背景技术
传统的聚乙烯膜融化装置都是在融化机本体内设置有加热装置,加热装置为加热板,此聚乙烯膜融化装置的加热效果不好,不能对融化机本体内的塑料均匀且充分加热,从而会对后期吹膜的产品会产生一定的质量影响。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种聚乙烯膜融化装置,其具有结构简单,可在对塑料颗粒融化时,有效的对融化箱本体内的塑料充分搅拌,且可边搅拌边加热,使得对塑料加热均匀、加热效果好的优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题:一种聚乙烯膜融化装置,包括底座、融化箱、支架、加热杆、旋转轴、进料口、排料口,所述底座上设置有支架,融化箱通过旋转轴设置在支架上,融化箱外部分别设置有进料口、排料口,融化箱内设置有加热杆。
优选地,所述加热杆为圆柱形结构,使得加热杆与塑料的接触面积大,有利于塑料的融化。
优选地,所述加热杆的长度小于融化箱高度的一半,便于融化箱内的塑料熔浆的流动。
优选地,所述进料口与排料口为对立状态设置在融化箱外壁上,便于塑料的加入和加热后的塑料熔浆流出。
本发明的优点在于:结构简单,可在对塑料颗粒融化时,有效的对融化箱本体内的塑料充分搅拌,且可边搅拌边加热,使得对塑料加热均匀、加热效果好等优点。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,一种聚乙烯膜融化装置,包括底座1、融化箱2、支架3、加热杆4、旋转轴5、进料口6、排料口7,其特征在于:所述底座1上设置有支架3,融化箱2通过旋转轴5设置在支架3上,融化箱2外部分别设置有进料口6、排料口7,融化箱2内设置有加热杆4。
优选地,所述底座1上端面为倾斜状结构,便于加热后的塑料熔浆流出。优选地,所述融化箱2通过旋转轴5在支架3上自由转动,便于转动融化箱2,使得融化箱2内的塑料熔浆充分均匀的加热。
优选地,所述加热杆4一端设置在融化箱2内壁上,且与融化箱2内壁呈垂直状态,便于对融化箱2内的塑料熔浆充分均匀的加热。
优选地,所述加热杆4在融化箱2内壁上呈上下交叉设置,融化箱2内的塑料熔浆充分均匀的加热。
优选地,所述加热杆4为圆柱形结构,使得加热杆4与塑料的接触面积大,有利于塑料的融化。
优选地,所述加热杆4的长度小于融化箱2高度的一半,便于融化箱2内的塑料熔浆的流动。
优选地,所述进料口6与排料口1为对立状态设置在融化箱2外壁上,便于塑料的加入和加热后的塑料熔浆流出。

1.一种聚乙烯膜融化装置,包括底座(1)、融化箱(2)、支架(3)、加热杆(4)、旋转轴(5)、进料口(6)、排料口(7),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设置有支架(3),融化箱(2)通过旋转轴(5)设置在支架(3)上,融化箱(2)外部分别设置有进料口(6)、排料口(7),融化箱(2)内设置有加热杆(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜融化装置,其特征在于:所述加热杆(4)为圆柱形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜融化装置,其特征在于:所述加热杆(4)的长度小于融化箱(2)高度的一半。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯膜融化装置,其特征在于:所述进料口(6)与排料口(7)为对立状态设置在融化箱(2)外壁上。
