Abstract

本发明提供一种利用磨料处理浴室柜板材的方法,步骤如下:向磨料中加入适量的水,机械搅拌5分钟以上,制成浆料,然后将浆料泵入高压蒸汽喷枪内,浆料泵入过程中持续搅拌,浆料在高压蒸汽喷枪中被高压蒸汽打散并随气流喷射出去,高压气流以均匀扫射的方式直接作用于木板表面,对木板表面进行打磨,气流速度为550m/s~560m/s、高压气体温度为130℃~145℃、喷射距离为15mm,高压气流作用于木板表面的夹角为15°~30°。本申请利用高压蒸汽作为载体,喷射在木板表面,先对木板表面形成打磨作用,再在木板表面形成致密的底层,作为批灰层或漆低层与木板之间的过程层,可排空木板表面的空气,避免木板腐化,粘附力强,作为过渡层,可避免批灰层或漆低层与木板脱离。

技术领域
本发明涉及浴室柜生产工艺领域,尤其涉及一种利用磨料处理浴室柜板材的方法。
背景技术
浴室柜是放在浴室内使用的柜子,会长期处于阴暗潮湿的环境中,木质板材制作而成的柜体容易发生霉腐变形等问题。木质板材在阴暗湿润的环境中滋生微生物,导致板材表面的批灰层或底漆容易脱落。板材在加工过程中,表面粘附有各种油污、颗粒杂物等,夹杂在批灰层或底漆与板材之间,容易导致分层、气壳等问题。并且木质材料表面没有经过打磨,与批灰层或底漆之间的粘附力差,也容易出现脱落等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用磨料处理浴室柜板材的方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种利用磨料处理浴室柜板材的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
向磨料中加入适量的水,机械搅拌5分钟以上,制成浆料,然后将浆料泵入高压蒸汽喷枪内,浆料泵入过程中持续搅拌,浆料在高压蒸汽喷枪中被高压蒸汽打散并随气流喷射出去,高压气流以均匀扫射的方式直接作用于木板表面,对木板表面进行打磨,气流速度为550m/s~560m/s、高压气体温度为130℃~145℃、喷射距离为15mm,高压气流作用于木板表面的夹角为15°~30°。
所述磨料为碳酸钙粉末。
所述磨料由如下重量份的原料混合而成:
碳酸钙粉末2份、玻璃纤维粉0.2份、二氧化硅粉0.15份、瓷粉1.2份。
进行打磨后后,木板表面粘附的杂物被有效去除,并且木板表面木质限位更多的暴露出来,增大木板表面的粘附面,为后序喷涂阶段做准备。利用高压蒸汽作为磨料的载体,打磨木板的同时,可以软化木材表面,并起到灭菌作用。
喷涂阶段,
向底层涂料中加入适量的水,机械搅拌5分钟以上,制成浆料,然后将浆料泵入高压蒸汽喷枪内,浆料泵入过程中持续搅拌,浆料在高压蒸汽喷枪中被高压蒸汽打散并随气流喷射出去,高压气流以均匀扫射的方式直接作用于木板表面,气流速度为500m/s~510m/s、高压气体温度为100℃~115℃、喷射距离为35mm,高压气流作用于木板表面的夹角为45°~75°,在木板表面形成厚度为0.15mm~0.25mm的致密底层。
所述底层涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:
载银铜硅胶8份、玻璃纤维粉1.2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.5份、桐油10份、木蜡油5份、二氧化硅粉3.5份、石膏粉15份、气相白炭黑1.2份;
上述各原料按比例混配,85℃条件下搅拌均匀即可。
所述木蜡油为载银铜木蜡油,载银铜木蜡油的制备方法为:
在温度为48℃的10体积的木蜡油中搅拌滴加浓度均为0.2mol/l的摩尔比为9∶12的硝酸铜及硝酸银溶液共计6体积,在温度为65℃条件下再搅拌1.5h,将上述混合液置于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,取出冷却至室温,即得。
所述载银铜硅胶的制备方法为:在温度为48℃的10体积的硅胶中搅拌滴加浓度均为0.2mol/l的摩尔比为9∶12的硝酸铜及硝酸银溶液共计4.5体积,在温度为65℃条件下再搅拌1.5h,将上述混合液置于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,取出冷却至室温,即得。
喷涂阶段,底层涂料均匀粘附在木板表面,并且充分进入木板表面的木质纤维中,填充木质纤维之间的空隙,排出木板表面的空气,随着底层涂料粘附的越来越多,在木板表面粘附一层致密的底层,底层固化后,即可在其表面批灰或做漆低层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本申请利用高压蒸汽作为磨料和底层涂料的载体,喷射在木板表面,先对木板表面形成打磨作用,再在木板表面形成致密的底层,作为批灰层或漆低层与木板之间的过程层,可排空木板表面的空气,避免木板腐化,粘附力强,作为过渡层,可避免批灰层或漆低层与木板脱离。

一种利用磨料处理浴室柜板材的方法,步骤如下:
打磨阶段,
向磨料中加入适量的水,机械搅拌5分钟以上,制成浆料,然后将浆料泵入高压蒸汽喷枪内,浆料泵入过程中持续搅拌,浆料在高压蒸汽喷枪中被高压蒸汽打散并随气流喷射出去,高压气流以均匀扫射的方式直接作用于木板表面,对木板表面进行打磨,气流速度为550m/s~560m/s、高压气体温度为130℃~145℃、喷射距离为15mm,高压气流作用于木板表面的夹角为15°~30°。
磨料选用碳酸钙粉末。
或者磨料由如下重量份的原料混合而成:
碳酸钙粉末2份、玻璃纤维粉0.2份、二氧化硅粉0.15份、瓷粉1.2份。
进行打磨后后,木板表面粘附的杂物被有效去除,并且木板表面木质限位更多的暴露出来,增大木板表面的粘附面,为后序喷涂阶段做准备。利用高压蒸汽作为磨料的载体,打磨木板的同时,可以软化木材表面,并起到灭菌作用。

所述底层涂料由如下重量份的原料制成:
载银铜硅胶8份、玻璃纤维粉1.2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.5份、桐油10份、木蜡油5份、二氧化硅粉3.5份、石膏粉15份、气相白炭黑1.2份;
上述各原料按比例混配,85℃条件下搅拌均匀即可。
所述木蜡油为载银铜木蜡油,载银铜木蜡油的制备方法为:
在温度为48℃的10体积的木蜡油中搅拌滴加浓度均为0.2mol/l的摩尔比为9∶12的硝酸铜及硝酸银溶液共计6体积,在温度为65℃条件下再搅拌1.5h,将上述混合液置于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,取出冷却至室温,即得。
所述载银铜硅胶的制备方法为:在温度为48℃的10体积的硅胶中搅拌滴加浓度均为0.2mol/l的摩尔比为9∶12的硝酸铜及硝酸银溶液共计4.5体积,在温度为65℃条件下再搅拌1.5h,将上述混合液置于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,取出冷却至室温,即得。

向磨料中加入适量的水,机械搅拌5分钟以上,制成浆料,然后将浆料泵入高压蒸汽喷枪内,浆料泵入过程中持续搅拌,浆料在高压蒸汽喷枪中被高压蒸汽打散并随气流喷射出去,高压气流以均匀扫射的方式直接作用于木板表面,对木板表面进行打磨,气流速度为550m/s~560m/s、高压气体温度为130℃~145℃、喷射距离为15mm,高压气流作用于木板表面的夹角为15°~30°。
