本发明公开了的一种车灯连续固化炉,包括炉体,炉体的炉壁内设有保温层,炉体上方设有排风口,炉体左侧壁上设有开口;炉体内设有上下分布的多组传承轴,传承轴之间通过链条相接;所述的链条上设有多个灯罩放置篮;在炉体的右下端处设有风机,在风机的上方炉体内设有倒“L”型的送风通道,左侧炉体内设有倒“L”型的回风通道。本发明增设一个风机,可以保障炉内恒温恒湿,因保证了炉内通风可以加快车灯胶的凝固,没有风机情况下正常周期需要8小时,增加风机后理论上只需半小时就可完成该工序;该炉结构合理、简单实用,采用立式结构,占地面积小,生产效率高,保温效果好、使用非常方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯罩生产设备领域,尤其是指一种车灯连续固化炉。
背景技术
汽车灯罩在生产时,需要对定型的灯罩进行退火处理,以提高灯罩的韧性。目前使用的退火炉结构包括退火炉和连续运转的输送带,输送带从退火炉中经过,退火炉对输送带的灯罩的进行回火处理。但这种退火炉结构复杂,搬运不方便,占地面积大、费时费力、并且对输送带的要求很高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构简单、生产效率高、保温效果好的车灯连续固化炉。
本发明所述的一种车灯连续固化炉,包括炉体,炉体的炉壁内设有保温层,炉体上方设有排风口,炉体左侧壁上设有开口;炉体内设有上下分布的多组传承轴,传承轴之间通过链条相接;所述的链条上设有多个灯罩放置篮;在炉体的右下端处设有风机,在风机的上方炉体内设有倒“L”型的送风通道,左侧炉体内设有倒“L”型的回风通道。
进一步改进,所述的回风通道下方设有过滤网。
进一步改进,所述的开口处设有封闭开口的封闭门。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明增设一个风机,可以保障炉内恒温恒湿,因保证了炉内通风可以加快车灯胶的凝固,没有风机情况下正常周期需要8小时,增加风机后理论上只需半小时就可完成该工序;该炉结构合理、简单实用,采用立式结构,占地面积小,生产效率高,保温效果好、使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种车灯连续固化炉,它包括炉体1,炉体上方设有排风口2,炉体左侧壁上设有开口3,开口3为工作人员取件和放件的操作窗口,开口3处设有封闭开口的封闭门4,防止热量的流失;为了炉体的保温效果更好,炉体内壁设有保温层5;然后在炉体内设有上下分布的多组传承轴6,传承轴之间通过链条7相接并带动链条转动,链条7上设有多个灯罩放置篮8,多个灯罩放置8均匀分布在链条7上;为了可以保障炉内恒温恒湿,保证炉内通风可以加快车灯胶的凝固,在炉体的右下端处设有风机9,在风机的上方炉体内设有倒“L”型的送风通道10,左侧炉体内设有倒“L”型的回风通道11,并在回风通道的下方设有过滤网12,过滤掉风体中的颗粒。
本发明在使用时,先打开开口,将灯罩放置篮上已退火好的灯罩取下,再放置新的待退火灯罩到灯罩放置篮上,转动链条带动进入炉体加热部份进行退火处理;在炉体内设有风机、送风通道和回风通道,使得炉内通风并可以加快车灯胶的凝固。
本发明提供了一种车灯连续固化炉的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部份均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种车灯连续固化炉,其特征在于:包括炉体,炉体的炉壁内设有保温层,炉体上方设有排风口,炉体左侧壁上设有开口;炉体内设有上下分布的多组传承轴,传承轴之间通过链条相接;所述的链条上设有多个灯罩放置篮;在炉体的右下端处设有风机,在风机的上方炉体内设有倒“L”型的送风通道,左侧炉体内设有倒“L”型的回风通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯连续固化炉,其特征在于:所述的回风通道下方设有过滤网。
