瓶身喷涂工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及日用品生产技术,特别是金属水杯生产技术领域,具体的,其提供一种瓶身喷涂工艺。
【背景技术】
金属水杯生产时,需要对其瓶身进行喷涂已到达防锈、宣传生产厂家自身logo、以及美观等功能;
现阶段的瓶身喷涂,采用在瓶身进行清理后进行喷涂紧接着流平后进行烘烤;
现阶段的喷涂方式,其喷涂漆无法在瓶身上良好的附着,同时其采用单次喷涂,喷涂效果不佳。
因此有必要提供一种瓶身喷涂工艺来解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其采用二次喷涂方式对瓶身进行喷涂,且两次喷涂前都对瓶身进行预热,瓶身喷涂效果好,进而提高产品的出厂质量。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其包括如下步骤:
1)清理:对瓶身进行前处理后进行除尘;
2)一次预热:对瓶身进行一次预热,预热温度35°-45°,时间2min-3min;
3)一次喷涂:对进行一次预热后的瓶身进行一次喷涂;
4)二次预热:对进行一次喷涂后瓶身进行二次预热,预热温度38°-48°,时间3min-5min;
5)二次喷涂:对进行二次预热后的所述瓶身进行二次喷涂;
6)流平:对进行二次喷涂后的瓶身进行流平;
7)烘烤:对进行流平后的瓶身利用烤箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度150°-170°,烘烤时间20min-40min;
8)冷却:将进行烘烤后的瓶身进行静止冷却;
9)下料检验:对进行冷却后的瓶身进行检验。
进一步的,步骤1)中利用静电除尘房对经前处理后的瓶身进行除尘。
进一步的,所述前处理为利用无尘布蘸取碳氢清洗液将待喷涂部位瓶身圆周旋转擦拭直至待喷涂瓶身上无可见油污或杂物。
进一步的,所述流平为将进行二次喷涂后的瓶身放置到无尘方静止放置,时间5min-10min,温度60°-80°。
进一步的,所述进行步骤6)后需要进行肉眼观察外观是否存在外观缺陷后才可进行步骤7)。
进一步的,所述外观缺陷为瓶身变形、喷涂漆层肉眼可见的不均匀、以及其他肉眼可见缺陷。
进一步的,所述冷却为将进行烘烤后的瓶身放置于无尘方进行自然冷却,时间为10min-20min。
进一步的,步骤9)中,检验包括如下:
1)肉眼外观检验:对瓶身检视,是否存在肉眼可见缺陷;
2)漆膜硬度测试:将削好的铅笔在砂纸上磨平后,以45度角,固定在1Kgf重的专用测试小车上,水平方向在漆膜表面上移动3~5mm.然后用橡皮将铅笔印擦去,确认漆膜变化;
3)漆膜附著力测试:用30*50mm大小的3M黄胶带,随机贴附在瓶身上中下三个位置,然后用手指压平并排除胶带下的汽泡,最后以180度的角度迅速将黄胶带撕除,确认漆膜有无脱落;
4)漆膜百格测试:用1mm间距的百格刀在瓶身上中下三处的表面漆膜上划上百格(刀具需划透漆膜),然后用3M透明胶带贴附在百格区域,并用手指压平,然后排除胶带下的汽泡,最后以180度的角度迅速将黄胶带撕除,确认漆膜有无脱落;
5)耐溶剂测试:将产品水平放置,将蘸有50wt%酒精的棉布固定在ф10mm直径1.2Kg的治具上,在烤漆面上水平前后移动30mm,连续3个来回,判断瓶身褪色情况;
6)耐热水测试:将烤漆后的本体浸入到70+/-5℃的热水中1小时,取出该本体后,马上擦拭表面的水份,静置在室温下2H,用30*50mm大小的3M黄胶带,随机贴附在瓶身上中下三个位置,然后用手指压平并排除胶带下的汽泡,最后以180度的角度迅速将黄胶带撕除,确认漆膜有无脱落;
7)漆膜膜厚检测:利用膜厚测试仪进行漆膜表面膜厚检测,并判断其厚度是否在规格内;
8)耐洗碗机试验:将烤漆后的本体放入US型自动洗碗机内,加入洗洁精(推荐粉状洗洁精),从开始到完成的一个循环包含干燥的循环过程,判定标准主体是否具有如下缺陷:烤漆,转印膜脱落,气泡,变色,擦伤,脏污;明显的变形,功能损坏,以及其他缺陷;
9)漆膜表面张力测试:将烤漆瓶放在等离子处理设备上,对烤漆表面从上到下进行来回2次等离子处理,然后用达因笔测定烤漆表面达因值是否在在36以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其采用二次喷涂方式对瓶身进行喷涂,且两次喷涂前都对瓶身进行预热,瓶身喷涂效果好,进而提高产品的出厂质量。

实施例:
参照图1,本实施例提供一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其包括如下步骤:
1)清理:对瓶身进行前处理后进行除尘;
2)一次预热:对瓶身进行一次预热,预热温度30°,时间2min;
3)一次喷涂:对进行一次预热后的瓶身进行一次喷涂;
4)二次预热:对进行一次喷涂后瓶身进行二次预热,预热温度43°,时间5min;
5)二次喷涂:对进行二次预热后的瓶身进行二次喷涂;
6)流平:对进行二次喷涂后的瓶身进行流平;
7)烘烤:对进行流平后的瓶身利用烤箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度150°,烘烤时间30min;
8)冷却:将进行烘烤后的瓶身进行静止冷却;
9)下料检验:对进行冷却后的瓶身进行检验。
步骤1)中利用静电除尘房对经前处理后的瓶身进行除尘。
前处理为利用无尘布蘸取碳氢清洗液将待喷涂部位瓶身圆周旋转擦拭直至待喷涂瓶身上无可见油污或杂物。
流平为将进行二次喷涂后的瓶身放置到无尘方静止放置,时间8min,温度70°。
进行步骤6)后需要进行肉眼观察外观是否存在外观缺陷后才可进行步骤7)。
外观缺陷为瓶身变形、喷涂漆层肉眼可见的不均匀、以及其他肉眼可见缺陷。
冷却为将进行烘烤后的瓶身放置于无尘方进行自然冷却,时间为15min。
步骤9)中,检验包括如下:
1)肉眼外观检验:对瓶身检视,是否存在肉眼可见缺陷;
2)漆膜硬度测试:将削好的铅笔在砂纸上磨平后,以45度角,固定在1Kgf重的专用测试小车上,水平方向在漆膜表面上移动3~5mm.然后用橡皮将铅笔印擦去,确认漆膜变化;

Claims (8)

1.一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
1)清理:对瓶身进行前处理后进行除尘;
2)一次预热:对瓶身进行一次预热,预热温度35°-45°,时间2min-3min;
3)一次喷涂:对进行一次预热后的瓶身进行一次喷涂;
4)二次预热:对进行一次喷涂后瓶身进行二次预热,预热温度38°-48°,时间3min-5min;
5)二次喷涂:对进行二次预热后的所述瓶身进行二次喷涂;
6)流平:对进行二次喷涂后的瓶身进行流平;
7)烘烤:对进行流平后的瓶身利用烤箱进行烘烤,烘烤温度150°-170°,烘烤时间20min-40min;
8)冷却:将进行烘烤后的瓶身进行静止冷却;
9)下料检验:对进行冷却后的瓶身进行检验。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其特征在于:步骤1)中利用静电除尘房对经前处理后的瓶身进行除尘。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述前处理为利用无尘布蘸取碳氢清洗液将待喷涂部位瓶身圆周旋转擦拭直至待喷涂瓶身上无可见油污或杂物。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种瓶身喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述流平为将进行二次喷涂后的瓶身放置到无尘方静止放置,时间5min-10min,温度60°-80°。
