中医认为，淋巴瘤是由于外感寒热邪毒，结滞子体内，热与燥结，寒与痰凝，久而形成本病。本病日久，可致气衰形损，脏腑内虚，肝肾亏损，气血两亏。
根据中医理论，针对淋巴瘤的发病机理，以清热解毒、益气活血为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

实施例5
一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：熟地黄25g，山慈菇12g，牡蛎18g，牡丹皮8g，夏枯草18g，紫花地丁12g，木馒头18g，土贝母8g，白花蛇舌草18g，菟丝子12g，龙胆草13g，车前子12g，昆布18g，忍冬藤12g，川芎13g，党参12g，板蓝根18g，木通8g，黄药子18g，墨旱莲12g，三棱13g，玄参12g，黄精18g，甘草8g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例48例，其中男29例，女19例，年龄40～87岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、病史:包括首发症状、淋巴结肿大出现的时间与以后的增大速度、有无全身症状,如发热、盗汗、皮肤搔痒、体重减轻等；
2、体征：全身浅表淋巴结是否肿大,皮肤及附件有否侵犯,应注意咽淋巴环、乳腺、睾丸等有否侵犯；
3、血常规检查:包括血红蛋白、白细胞计数与分类、血小板计数、血沉率等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，7天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：肿瘤完全消失达一个月以上；
2、好转：肿瘤两个最大直径的乘积缩小50％以上，其他病灶无增大，并且维持一个月以上；
3、未愈：肿瘤两个最大直径的乘积缩小不足50％，或大小无明显变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-20个疗程，治愈21例，好转18例，未愈9例。治疗期间对中药品临床引起各类型的过敏反应、疑为药物引起人体各系统、器官、组织的功能和形态方面的异常、疑为药物引起癌症等致突变反应、药物的依赖性以及认为重要或有价值的其他不良反应进行了评价，即中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：葛某，男，52岁。就诊时自述：咽痛5月余，咳嗽、吞咽困难1个月，查体：右侧扁桃体肿大伴溃疡，医院病理检查显示：右扁桃体病变符合非霍奇金淋巴瘤，服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程，自觉喉部不适感减轻，精神明显好转。继续服用6个疗程加以巩固，医院临床及影像学检查肿瘤完全消失。
病例2：王某，女，68岁。因颈部淋巴结肿大1月入院检查，触及双侧颈部和腋下多个肿大淋巴结，质中，部分融合，较大如枣样大小，无压痛。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，淋巴结减小，数量未变；继续服用4个疗程后，淋巴结数量减少70%，剩余淋巴结大小减小50%以上；继续服用4个疗程后，淋巴结仅余颈部和右侧腋下共两个；继续服用4个疗程后，影像学检查淋巴结完全消失。

1.一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：熟地黄10-30份，山慈菇10-20份，牡蛎10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，夏枯草10-20份，紫花地丁10-20份，木馒头10-20份，土贝母5-15份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，菟丝子10-20份，龙胆草5-15份，车前子10-20份，昆布10-20份，忍冬藤10-20份，川芎5-15份，党参10-20份，板蓝根10-20份，木通5-15份，黄药子10-20份，墨旱莲10-20份，三棱5-15份，玄参10-20份，黄精10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗淋巴瘤的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：熟地黄20份，山慈菇15份，牡蛎15份，牡丹皮10份，夏枯草15份，紫花地丁15份，木馒头15份，土贝母10份，白花蛇舌草15份，菟丝子15份，龙胆草10份，车前子15份，昆布15份，忍冬藤15份，川芎10份，党参15份，板蓝根15份，木通10份，黄药子15份，墨旱莲15份，三棱10份，玄参15份，黄精15份，甘草10份。
