近年来,随着科技高速发展,以胶原蛋白肽、海洋低聚肽、玉米低聚肽、大豆蛋白肽等为代表的生物小分子多肽产品以其卓越的生物营养保健功能逐渐被广大群众认可,被广泛应用于医药、保健、食品、化妆品领域。小分子生物多肽分子量小(平均分子量低于3000D)易于机体吸收,营养保健效果显著,目前在国内营养保健品和化妆品市场上走红。从上世纪八十年代开始,欧美国家进入生物多肽类药物临床研制,多肽类药物也正在逐渐走向市场。
目前,国内大部分生物多肽营养产品及保健产品剂型为固体饮料冲饮,组方以胶原蛋白肽为主要原料,大多配以甜味剂、维生素和食用香精为主,产品配方简单,功能单一。具有以下问题:
1)直接口服,有70%以上小分子胶原蛋白在胃酸的影响下产生物质变性,不能发挥生物功能,造成资源浪费,且生物保健功能得不到保障。
2)组方单一,综合营养保健功能不能充分发挥。
3)主要原料小分子胶原蛋白肽采用酶解工艺,在产品成品中含有部分对人体有益的生物酶。而市面上大多数固体饮料需要高温冲饮,所以产品中生物酶大部分被高温破坏,没有达到应有的生物应用效果。

本配方中各组成成分及生物效能如下:
1)小分子肽:是介于氨基酸与蛋白质之间一种生化物质,它比蛋白质分子量小,比氨基酸分子量大,是一个蛋白质的片段。
小分子肽功能:
A、小分子肽结构简单,分子量小,不饱和,所以能够通过细胞膜的渗透以原形直接进入细胞内,而不需要再次消化,也不需要耗费能量。因此小分子肽的吸收、转化和利用,都是高效、完全、彻底的。
B、小分子肽以原形直接进入细胞内,是其生物活性的重要体现。众所周知,很多营养物质和药物尚且不能直接进入细胞内,对于大多数细胞病变医学还无能为力。小分子肽却可以轻而易举地直接进入细胞内,并且透过皮肤屏障、透过血脑屏障、透过胎盘屏障、透过肠胃粘膜屏障。
C、小分子肽参与酶的合成,激发酶的活性,强化酶的功能,维持酶的稳定。
D、小分子肽改善中间代谢膜(肠胃粘膜、毛细血管壁、肺泡、脑脊膜、红细胞壁、肾小球基底膜)的通透性。能够有效的吸收营养,排泄毒素,并能防御病原体的入侵。
E、小分子肽通过控制DNA的转录,保持细胞优势信息的遗传。

欧洲注册专利号为(499621):用于预防和治疗癌症及术后放、化疗带来的脑损伤,抑制癌细胞再形成或扩散。
日本注册专利号为(4327541,4312533):用于治疗器官移植后的抗免疫反应具有奇效。用于治疗大脑局部出血导致神经坏死,防止半身不遂的治疗药物。
美国休斯顿得克萨斯大学的安德森,癌症中心的华人博士黄鹏和他的同事们发现超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)可以选择性地杀灭白血病细胞,而不损害正常组织细胞。
国内也有对“超氧化物歧化酶”的作用认定:
台北医院用“超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)”治疗烧伤、烫伤、比较实验获得成功,报道说:用“超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)”涂抹患处愈合是常规疗法的3倍,而且疤痕明显减轻。
3)蓝莓花青素:蓝莓花青素(Vaccinium Oxycoccus Pigment)为黄酮和黄烷酮的衍生物,红褐至黑褐色粉末、块状或液体,略有特殊风味。微溶于水。受热不稳定。
花青素是纯天然的抗衰老的营养补充剂,研究证明是当今人类发现最有效的抗氧化剂,它的抗氧化性能比维生素E高出五十倍,比维生素C高出二百倍。它对人体的生物有效性是100%,服用后二十分钟就能在血液中检测到。

6)酸枣仁:酸枣仁,别名枣仁、酸枣核、山枣仁。味甘、酸,性平。能滋养心肝,安神,敛汗。
桑椹提取物:桑椹性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效。桑果古来就是百姓常采用的一种利尿,保健,消暑的鲜果,在《本草纲目》中有记载其特殊功效。
7)红景天提取物:红景天,性寒、甘、涩。归肺经。
功能主治:有补气清肺、益智养心、收涩止血、散瘀消肿的功效。主治气虚体弱、病后畏寒、气短乏力、肺热咳嗽、咯血、白带腹泻、跌打损伤等。
8)红酒多酚:红酒多酚(Red Wine Polyphenols)又称红葡萄多酚,萃取自红葡萄酒,而红葡萄酒俗称红酒。采用红葡萄酿造,发酵过程是将葡萄皮连同葡萄一起浸泡发酵而得。多酚存在若干果实中的一大类化合物,具有强大的抗氧化能力。
功效:
A、对抗活性氧的侵犯,维持细胞膜及皮肤构造的完整。
B、抑制胶原蛋白分解酶及其他各类分解酶,抗肌肤老化。
C、降低皮肤受刺激所引起的发炎反应。
D、抑制酪胺酸酶活性,减少黑色素生成,让肌肤亮白。
E、维持血管张力,防止微血管曲张,促进脂肪与醣类的代谢,消除橘皮组织现象。
9)白藜芦醇:白藜芦醇是多酚类化合物,主要来源于花生、葡萄(红葡萄酒)、虎杖、桑椹等植物。白藜芦醇是一种生物性很强的天然多酚类物质,又称为芪三酚,是肿瘤的化学预防剂,也是对降低血小板聚集,预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病的化学预防剂。
10)维生素A:是脂溶性的醇类物质,有多种分子形式。其中VA1主要存在于动物肝脏、血液和眼球的视网膜中,又叫视黄醇,熔点64℃,分子式C20H300,VA2主要在淡水鱼中存在,熔点只有17~19℃,分子式C20H280。

11)维生素E:维生素E(Vitamin E)是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。溶于脂肪和乙醇等有机溶剂中,不溶于水,对热、酸稳定,对碱不稳定,对氧敏感,对热不敏感,但油炸时维生素E活性明显降低。生育酚能促进性激素分泌,使男子精子活力和数量增加;使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产,还可用于防治男性不育症、烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面。近来还发现维生素E可抑制眼睛晶状体内的过氧化脂反应,使末梢血管扩张,改善血液循环,预防近视眼发生和发展。
12)维生素C:维生素C(英语:Vitamin C,又称L-抗坏血酸)是高等灵长类动物与其他少数生物的必需营养素。抗坏血酸在大多的生物体可借由新陈代谢制造出来,但是人类是最显著的例外。最广为人知的是缺乏维生素C会造成坏血病。在生物体内,维生素C是一种抗氧化剂,保护身体免于自由基的威胁,维生素C同时也是一种辅酶。其广泛的食物来源为各类新鲜蔬果。
13)牛磺酸:牛磺酸(Taurine)又称β-氨基乙磺酸,最早由牛黄中分离出来,故得名。

14)大豆异黄酮:大豆异黄酮是黄酮类化合物,是大豆生长中形成的一类次级代谢产物,是一种生物活性物质。由于是从植物中提取,与雌激素有相似结构,因此大豆异黄酮又称植物雌激素。大豆异黄酮的雌激素作用影响到激素分泌、代谢生物学活性、蛋白质合成、生长因子活性,是天然的癌症化学预防剂。
15)异麦芽酮糖醇:异麦芽酮糖醇是化学物质,白色无臭结晶,味甜,甜度约为蔗糖的45%-65%,稍吸湿。适合糖尿病病人食用,不会引起血糖和胰岛素上升。
异麦芽酮糖醇是一种优良的双歧杆菌增殖因子,虽然异麦芽酮糖醇不能被人体和绝大多数微生物的酶系所利用,但却可以被人体肠道中的双歧杆菌所分解利用,促进双歧杆菌的生长繁殖,维持肠道的微生态平衡,有利于人体的健康。
本发明的应用:目标应用渠道为营养保健和医用食品。同时,通过对主要成分配比的增减,本配方也可用于抗衰和美容领域。
本发明的优点和效果如下:使用上述配方和生产工艺生产的小分子肽多种生物营养复合肠溶制剂(胶囊与肠溶片)具有携带及使用方便,适用人群广泛,易于广谱的特点,特别是本配方应用的复方特征以及肠溶分解技术对于国内胶原蛋白肽的应用领域尚属于首创。同时,在使用剂量方面由于肠内吸收,避免了目前用于保健及营养补充的大剂量服用,对于降低产品成本,减少资源浪费,大幅度降低终端价格起到了推动作用,更适合普通人群营养补充、健康保健、疾病治疗所使用,应用市场前景广阔。
本发明所述的小分子肽多种生物营养复合肠溶制剂配方,它充分利用多种营养物质生物特点,以中医“药食同源”和“清、调、补”理论为依据,采用复合配方和低温生产工艺,能够有效解决目前小分子胶原蛋白多肽类营养品所存在的弱点,使产品功能多元化,产品生物利用率得到显著提高。

Claims (2)
1.小分子肽多种生物营养复合肠溶制剂配方,其特征在于:它采用如下的技术方案:
其按百分比各组成配方如下:小分子胶原肽粉65-75%、植物SOD冻干粉0.02-0.08%、蓝莓花青素1.5-2.5%、乳酸钙1.5-2.5%、火麻仁粉4-6%、酸枣仁粉7-9%、桑葚提取物1.3-2.0%、红景天提取物1.3-2.0%、红酒多酚1.0-1.5%、白藜芦醇0.25-0.65%、VA0.1-0.3%、VE0.05-0.15%、VC0.05-0.15%、牛磺酸0.5-1.5%、大豆异黄酮0.3-0.9%、异麦芽酮糖醇1.0-1.5%;
其制备工艺采用如下的方法步骤:
步骤一:将上述按百分比各组成配方进行混合,置于搅拌设备内进行均匀搅拌,形成混合物;
步骤二:将步骤一中的混合物,置于药物胶囊机内进行灌装,形成胶溶胶囊成品,装瓶包装;或将步骤一中的混合物,置于药品压片机中,进行低温压片、低温包衣、低温干燥形成肠溶片成品,装瓶包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小分子肽多种生物营养复合肠溶制剂配方,其特征在于:其按百分比各组成配方如下:小分子胶原肽粉70%、植物SOD冻干粉0.05%、蓝莓花青素2%、乳酸钙2%、火麻仁粉5%、酸枣仁粉8%、桑葚提取物1.8%、红景天提取物1.5%、红酒多酚1.2%、白藜芦醇0.45%、VA0.2%、VE0.1%、VC0.1%、牛磺酸0.8%、大豆异黄酮0.6%、异麦芽酮糖醇1.2%。
