背景技术
厌食是小儿常见的脾胃病证,主要是由喂养不当,饮食不节,气液耗伤 导致脾胃功能受损 ;临床以患儿长期食欲不振,厌恶进食,面色少华,形体消瘦为特点,致使 小儿营养不良,严重影响着小儿身体发育及健康成长,成为小儿家长的心病 ;目前,为了调理脾胃和补气,已经研究出很多健脾或是补气的产品,但是其功能都是较为单一的,不能在健脾的同时进行补气。
而且针对脾胃病证的药物,尤其是中药,儿童对其很抗拒,很少主动合作,使家长很困恼。

本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮,该用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮能同时健脾、补气,味美,儿童喜欢,服用不抗拒。

(1)柴胡、玄参、麦冬、落得打、半枝莲、百合、芡实、铁包金、铁扫帚、黄开口、继木根、胡颓子叶、扁豆、九里香、葫芦茶用纱布包裹,加入总质量 6-8 倍的水,加热熬煮 1-2 小时,熬煮完成后,将纱布捞出,过滤;
(2)葡萄、番茄榨取果汁;
(3)将薏米粉、绿茶粉、红薯淀粉混合,然后加入上述熬煮液和适量的水, 加热搅拌,加热过程中加入称取的明矾,然后再加入果汁待锅内液体凝固后,停止加热,即得。
其中,铁扫帚经盐水炮制,黄开口经醋炮制,胡颓子叶4-7、扁豆蒸熟。
下面对各原料的药理功效进行说明。
柴胡:性味归经:性微寒、味苦、辛、归肝经、胆经,具疏肝利胆、疏气解郁、散火之功效。功能主治:透表泄热,疏肝解郁,升举阳气。主治:肝郁气滞,胸肋胀痛,脱肛,子宫脱落,月经不调。
薏米粉:中医认为,薏苡仁性凉,味甘、淡,具有清热利湿排毒的功效。其中所含的薏苡仁酯、亚油酸甲酯等成分,能改善和增进体内细胞的氧化还原能力,促进皮肤细胞的新陈代谢,减少脂褐质的形成,从而减少和消除老年斑。
麦冬,味甘、微苦,性寒,入心、肺、胃三经,质润,具阴柔之性,滋阴之功,善于清养肺胃之阴而润燥,又可清心经之热而除烦,是一味滋清兼备的补益良药,也是养阴润肺、清心除烦、益胃生津、凉血止血佳品。
玄参:性味归经: 味甘、苦、咸; 性微寒。归肺,胃,肾经。功效:清热凉血,泻火解毒,滋阴。主治:温热病热和营血、身热、烦渴、舌绛、发斑、骨蒸劳嗽、虚烦不寤、津伤便秘、目涩昏花、咽喉喉肿痛、瘰疬痰核、痈疽疮毒。
落得打:落得打为魏氏伤科治伤常用药味。跌打损伤发生骨折、关节脱位、软组织损伤等,血瘀停积,肿胀疼痛。或内伤瘀凝气滞,呼吸、咳呛、转侧疼痛。落得打既有活血消肿止痛,又有清热解毒利水的功效。
半支莲全草入药,具有清热解毒、活血祛瘀、消肿止痛、抗癌等功能。性寒味酸,全草含多种维生素、微量元素及氨基酸等成分。有凉血解毒,散瘀止痛,消肿和清热利湿之功效。
葡萄:补血,健胃,益气,滋肾。
女贞子,是一味补肾滋阴、养肝明目的中药,可治肝肾不足、头晕耳呜、头发早白及两目昏糊等病症。性味归经:甘、苦,凉。归肝、肾经。功效:补益肝肾,明目,清虚热。主治:头晕目眩,须发早白,视物昏花,阴虚发热。
稻米粉:水稻:有健脾和胃,壮气力,强肌肉之功。
番茄:有健脾开胃,生津止渴之功。用于食欲不振,热病,口渴等。
绿茶粉:维他命C的抗氧化功效,这种类黄酮也是珍贵营养品,所以它对维持皮肤美白,可谓是有珍品级的效果。绿茶粉可以用来做面膜,清洁皮肤、补水控油、淡化痘印、促进皮肤损伤恢复;也可以加入优酸乳、酸奶或苹果汁吃,对缓解便秘、瘦身美体、减肥有促进作用。
红薯淀粉中的红薯含有多种人体需要的营养物质。每500克红薯约可产热能635千卡,含蛋白质(蛋白质食品)11.5克、糖14.5克、脂肪1克、磷100毫克、钙90毫克、铁(铁食品)2克,胡萝卜素0.5毫克,另含有维生B1、B2、C与尼克酸、亚油(油食品)酸等。其中维生素B1、B2的含量分别比大米高6倍和3倍。特别是红薯含有丰富的赖氨酸,而大米、面粉恰恰缺乏赖氨酸。但是很多发人却还没有意识到。
百合:百合科草本植物百合、细叶百合或卷丹的鳞茎。味甘,性微寒。可清热,养阴,润肺,宁神。
芡实:睡莲科草本植物芡的成熟种仁。味甘、湿,性平。可健脾止泻止带,补肾固精缩尿。
铁包金:根、叶药用,有止咳、祛痰、散疼之功效,治跌打损伤和蛇咬伤。
铁扫帚:性味:甘、微苦,平。功能主治:清热利湿,消食除积,祛痰止咳。用于小儿疳积,消化不良,胃肠炎,细菌性痢疾,胃痛,黄疸型肝炎,肾炎水肿,白带,口腔炎,咳嗽,支气管炎;外用治带状疱疹,毒蛇咬伤。
黄开口:性味和功用 微酸、涩,凉。止血,降血压,解蛇毒。用于降血压,肺结核咯血;外用治毒蛇咬伤,外伤出血。
继木根:苦、涩,微温。用于咳血,跌打损伤,吐血,经闭,腹痛泄泻,关节酸痛。
胡颓子叶:性味:酸,平,无毒。功用主治:治咳嗽气喘,咳血,痈疽,外伤出血。
扁豆:有健脾开胃,和中益气,消暑化湿之功效。用于暑湿吐泻,脾虚呕逆,食少便溏,泄泻水肿等病。
九里香:九里香的花、叶、果均含精油,出油率为0.25%,精油可用于化妆品香精、食品香精;叶可作调味香料;枝叶入药,有行气止痛、活血散瘀之功效,可治胃痛、风湿痹痛,外用则可治牙痛、跌扑肿痛、虫蛇咬伤等。此外,医药上还以之为强壮剂、健胃剂等。
葫芦茶,又名剃刀柄、虫草、金剑草等,海外侨胞称”仙茶”,为豆科山蚂蝗属植物。具备清热解毒、消积利湿、杀虫防腐等功效,可用于预防中暑,治疗感冒发热、咽喉肿痛、肾炎等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮以中草药为主要原料,组方独特,配伍合理,起到补中益气、活血化瘀、健脾养身、养血生津、理气化淤等功效,用于治疗儿童食欲不振,饮食不化,自汗盗汗,面黄瘦弱等症状,疗程短,疗效明显,无任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮,由下列原料制备而成,均为重量份:柴胡5,玄参5,麦冬4,落得打3,葡萄15,半枝莲3,薏米粉10,番茄10,绿茶粉15、红薯淀粉 35、明矾 0.7,百合10,芡实5,铁包金3,铁扫帚4,黄开口6,继木根3,胡颓子叶7,扁豆4,九里香3,葫芦茶2。
所述的用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)柴胡、玄参、麦冬、落得打、半枝莲、百合、芡实、铁包金、铁扫帚、黄开口、继木根、胡颓子叶、扁豆、九里香、葫芦茶用纱布包裹,加入总质量 6-8 倍的水,加热熬煮 1-2 小时,熬煮完成后,将纱布捞出,过滤;
(2)葡萄、番茄榨取果汁;
(3)将薏米粉、绿茶粉、红薯淀粉混合,然后加入上述熬煮液和适量的水, 加热搅拌,加热过程中加入称取的明矾,然后再加入果汁待锅内液体凝固后,停止加热,即得。
其中,铁扫帚经盐水炮制,黄开口经醋炮制,胡颓子叶、扁豆蒸熟。
为使本发明达到最佳效果,每天食用200g凉皮即可。
尹某某,男,现年8岁,菏泽人,食欲不振,身体消瘦,每天食用本实施200g凉皮,3天后胃口大开,面色变红润,一周后体重增重 2kg,面色红润、精力充沛。

为了验证本发明用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮的效果,我们随机挑选厌食200儿童人进行实验,有效率高达 98.7%,治愈率为94,2%。有效改善食欲不振,厌恶进食,面色少华,形体消瘦症状。

1.一种用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮,其特征在于,由下列原料制备而成,均为重量份:柴胡5-7,玄参5,麦冬4,落得打3,葡萄15,半枝莲3,薏米粉10,番茄10,绿茶粉15、红薯淀粉35、明矾 0.5-1,百合8-12,芡实3-5,铁包金3,铁扫帚4,黄开口3-6,继木根3,胡颓子叶4-7,扁豆4,九里香3,葫芦茶2。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)柴胡、玄参、麦冬、落得打、半枝莲、百合、芡实、铁包金、铁扫帚、黄开口、继木根、胡颓子叶、扁豆、九里香、葫芦茶用纱布包裹,加入总质量 6-8 倍的水,加热熬煮 1-2 小时,熬煮完成后,将纱布捞出,过滤;
(2)葡萄、番茄榨取果汁;
(3)将薏米粉、绿茶粉、红薯淀粉混合,然后加入上述熬煮液和适量的水, 加热搅拌,加热过程中加入称取的明矾,然后再加入果汁待锅内液体凝固后,停止加热,即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于治疗厌恶进食的凉皮的制备方法,其特征在于:铁扫帚经盐水炮制,黄开口经醋炮制,胡颓子叶、扁豆蒸熟。
