Abstract

Description
本发明属于鞋材领域,具体涉及一种高效动态防虹吸海绵及其制备方法和用途,该种海绵可用于生产防水鞋类的鞋面、鞋舌和鞋领口。
在鞋材领域,动态防虹吸海绵是生产防水、透气高档鞋类的重要材料。目前,市场上已有用于鞋材的防虹吸海绵,通常是将常规生产方法得到的海绵,用防水剂浸泡处理后再经烘干等再加工工序制备而成。这种生产防虹吸海绵的方法,不仅工艺繁琐、能源消耗量大,而且防虹吸的效果会随着工序的不稳定而效果不一,可严重影响制作防水防虹吸鞋材产品的质量。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种稳定且效果极佳的动态防虹吸海绵,该海绵的配方中加入了具有疏水性烷基的羧酸类、胺类或醇类化合物作为动态防虹吸添加剂。在发泡过程中,羧酸类、胺类或醇类化合物的羧基、氨基或羟基与异氰酸酯反应生成相应的酰胺、烷基取代的脲及氨基甲酸酯。而羧酸、醇和胺分子中的烷基作为侧链疏水基团,屏蔽主链中的亲水基团,从而使整个分子具有较好的防水防虹吸功能。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述的高效动态防虹吸海绵的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述的高效动态防虹吸海绵的用途。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种动态防虹吸海绵,由以下重量百分比的成分制得:
所述的聚醚多元醇是由27-75%的聚醚多元醇5615和25-73%的聚醚多元醇3045组成;所述的百分比是占聚醚多元醇总重量的百分比;
所述的甲苯二异氰酸酯优选甲苯二异氰酸酯T-80;
所述的动态防虹吸添加剂是有机羧酸化合物、有机氨化合物或烷基醇类中的一种,也可以由有机羧酸化合物、有机氨化合物和烷基醇类按任意比例组成;
优选地,所述的动态防虹吸添加剂由以下重量百分比的成分组成:
有机羧酸化合物: 18.8-38.6%
有机氨化合物: 29.6-34.4%
烷基醇类: 31.8-46.8%;
所述的有机羧酸化合物、有机氨化合物、烷基醇类含碳原子数8-20,优选含碳原子数11-16,为直链型或支链型结构;
所述的辅助剂由以下重量百分比的成分组成:
所述的硅酮表面活性剂优选硅酮表面活性剂L-618;
所述的胺类促进剂由三乙烯二胺和一缩二丙二醇组成;
所述的锡促进剂优选辛酸亚锡T-9。
上述的动态防虹吸海绵的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预混:将聚醚多元醇、动态防虹吸添加剂与辅助剂混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)高速混合:将甲苯二异氰酸酯加入步骤(1)的混合物中,高速搅拌均匀;室温下放置1-3天,得到动态防虹吸海绵;
步骤(2)所述的高速搅拌,转速是2500-6000转/分钟,优选5000转/分钟;
在步骤(2)中,混合液高速搅匀后会发生三个阶段的变化:第一阶段,混合液发生乳化发白现象,持续时间8-20秒;第二阶段是发泡阶段,发泡时间30-300秒,此阶段混合液体由液体逐步变为固体,形成泡沫体,具有一定的刚
性强度;第三阶段是熟化阶段,室温下熟化1-3天;
在制备过程中,辅助剂在整个发泡过程中起到加快反应、稳定泡体增长、调节组织均匀细腻,以及通过反应使生成的海绵具有动态防水防虹吸作用。
上述的动态防虹吸海绵可用于生产防水鞋类的鞋面、鞋舌和鞋领口。
本发明的原理是:在发泡过程中,羧酸类、胺类或醇类化合物的羧基、氨基或羟基与异氰酸酯反应生成相应的酰胺、烷基取代的脲及氨基甲酸酯。而羧酸、醇和胺分子中的烷基作为侧链疏水基团,屏蔽主链中的亲水基团,从而使整个分子具有较好的防水防虹吸功能。
本发明的防水成分在动态防虹吸海绵合成中的基本反应式可以用下式说明:
式中R为海绵中的聚氨酯链,R1和R2为具有一定碳链长度的烷基,由于其疏水特性及对主链的屏蔽作用而使整个海绵产品具有优良的动态防虹吸性能。本发明中的动态防虹吸添加剂各组分可以混合使用,也可以单独使用。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
本发明的动态防虹吸海绵稳定性高且效果极佳。该动态防虹吸海绵制成鞋后,具有很好的动态防虹吸防水效果,无论在舒适度还是质量的稳定性都能得到保证。

本发明的实施例中,动态防虹吸海绵的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预混:将聚醚多元醇、动态防虹吸添加剂与辅助剂混合,搅拌均匀;
(2)高速混合:将甲苯二异氰酸酯加入步骤(1)的混合物中,高速(5000转/分钟)搅拌均匀;室温下放置1-3天,得到动态防虹吸海绵。

按上述配方和方法制成的防虹吸海绵产品,按照GORE-TEX规定的方法进行防虹吸测试,动态防虹吸性能为8万次。而对照产品,即不加动态防虹吸添加剂的常规海绵(本实施例的配方和方法中,不添加动态防虹吸添加剂即是),动态防虹吸性能为300次以下。
实施例6
一种动态防虹吸海绵,其配方如下表所示:
所述的聚醚多元醇是由27%的聚醚多元醇5615和73%的聚醚多元醇3045组成;所述的百分比是占聚醚多元醇总重量的百分比;
辅助剂的组成如下表所示:

所述的胺类促进剂由三乙烯二胺和一缩二丙二醇组成;
按上述配方和方法制成的防虹吸海绵产品,按照GORE-TEX规定的方法进行防虹吸测试,动态防虹吸性能为7.5万次。而对照产品,即不加动态防虹吸添加剂的常规海绵(本实施例的配方和方法中,不添加动态防虹吸添加剂即是),动态防虹吸性能为300次以下。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于是由以下重量百分比的成分制得:所述的动态防虹吸添加剂是有机羧酸化合物、有机氨化合物或烷基醇类中的一种,或者是由有机羧酸化合物、有机氨化合物和烷基醇类按任意比例组成;所述的辅助剂由以下重量百分比的成分组成:
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇是由27-75%的聚醚多元醇5615和25-73%的聚醚多元醇3045组成;所述的百分比是占聚醚多元醇总重量的百分比。
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的甲苯二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯T-80。
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的动态防虹吸添加剂由以下重量百分比的成分组成:有机羧酸化合物: 18.8-38.6%有机氨化合物: 29.6-34.4%烷基醇类: 31.8-46.8%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的有机羧酸化合物、有机氨化合物或烷基醇类,含碳原子数8-20。
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的硅酮表面活性剂为硅酮表面活性剂L-618。
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的胺类促进 剂由三乙烯二胺和一缩二丙二醇组成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的动态防虹吸海绵,其特征在于:所述的锡促进剂为辛酸亚锡T-9。
- 权利要求1-8任一项所述的动态防虹吸海绵的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)预混:将聚醚多元醇、动态防虹吸添加剂与辅助剂混合,搅拌均匀;(2)高速混合:将甲苯二异氰酸酯加入步骤(1)的混合物中,高速搅拌均匀;室温下放置1-3天,得到动态防虹吸海绵。
- 权利要求1-8任一项所述的动态防虹吸海绵在生产防水鞋类的鞋面、鞋舌和鞋领口中的应用。
