本发明涉及散热铜管装置领域,具体涉及一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统,散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其包括吸热端、导热铜管、强化散热板、鳍片和风扇。吸热端由导热材料制成,与发热元件相接触。导热铜管一端与吸热端相接触,另一端与强化散热片相接触。强化散热片设置在风扇转动产生的涡流范围内。强化散热片包括散热凸点和涡流风道口。散热凸点有多个,均设置在强化散热片上。涡流风道口设置在强化散热片中部。有益效果:在无需增加强化散热片的数量或长度,及提高风扇功率的情况下,通过在强化散热片上增设散热凸点,即可增加散热面积,提高散热效率。

一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统
技术领域
本发明涉及散热铜管装置领域,具体涉及一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统。
背景技术
当前,散热铜管冷凝端一般是由连接在散热铜管末端的鳍片和风扇组成,该结构的散热效率取决于鳍片的散热表面积和风扇的功率,缺点是:散热效率不够,风扇的功率浪费很多。
对于提高鳍片的散热表面积,业内普遍采用的手段主要包括:增加散热鳍片的数量、增加散热鳍片的长度两种。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统,无需增加散热鳍片的数量或长度,及提高风扇功率的情况下,即可增加散热面积,提高散热效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其包括吸热端、导热铜管、强化散热板、鳍片和风扇。
吸热端由导热材料制成,与发热元件相接触。
导热铜管一端与吸热端相接触,另一端与强化散热片相接触。
强化散热片设置在风扇转动产生的涡流范围内。
强化散热片包括散热凸点和涡流风道口。
散热凸点有多个,均设置在强化散热片上。
涡流风道口设置在强化散热片中部。
鳍片分别与导热铜管和强化散热片相接触。
进一步优化的技术方案中,每个散热凸点的高度都不相同。
进一步优化的技术方案中,每个散热凸点的上端均为半球面。
进一步优化的技术方案中,涡流风道口为圆形。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
相对于已披露的技术方案,本散热铜管新型冷凝系统在无需增加强化散热片的数量或长度,及提高风扇功率的情况下,通过增设强化散热片,并进一步在强化散热片上增设散热凸点,来实现增加散热面积,提高散热效率。同时,散热凸点及强化散热片采用轻质材料制成,从而减轻成品整体质量。
优选的,每个散热凸点的高度都不相同,可令散热凸点与气流接触更加充分,从而提高散热效率。
优选的,散热凸点的上端均设计为半球面,有利于减小空气阻力,从而有利于提高散热效率,降低风扇的能耗。
优选的,涡流风道口设计为圆形,同样有利于减小空气阻力,从而有利于提高散热效率,降低风扇的能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如附图1所示,一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其包括吸热端1、导热铜管2、强化散热片3、鳍片4和风扇。
吸热端1由导热材料制成,与发热元件相接触。
导热铜管2一端与吸热端1相接触,另一端与强化散热片3相接触。
强化散热片3设置在风扇转动产生的涡流范围内。
强化散热片3包括散热凸点31和涡流风道口32。
鳍片4分别与导热铜管2和强化散热片3相接触。具体地,鳍片4可与强化散热3片呈90°,且彼此边沿相接触导热。
散热凸点31有多个,均设置在强化散热片3上;每个散热凸点31的高度都不相同,且上端均为半球面。
涡流风道口32设置在强化散热片3中部,且涡流风道口32为圆形。
由技术常识可知,本技术方案可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

1.一种散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其包括吸热端(1)、导热铜管(2)、强化散热片(3)、鳍片(4)和风扇;
所述吸热端(1)由导热材料制成,与发热元件相接触;
所述导热铜管(2)一端与吸热端(1)相接触,另一端与强化散热片(3)相接触;
其特征在于:所述强化散热片(3)设置在风扇转动产生的涡流范围内;
强化散热片(3)包括散热凸点(31)和涡流风道口(32);
所述散热凸点(31)有多个,均设置在强化散热片(3)上;
所述涡流风道口(32)设置在强化散热片(3)中部;
所述鳍片(4)分别与导热铜管(2)和强化散热片(3)相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其特征在于:每个所述散热凸点(31)的高度都不相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其特征在于:每个所述散热凸点(31)的上端均为半球面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的散热铜管新型冷凝系统,其特征在于:所述涡流风道口(32)为圆形。
