一种热交换器通道用不对称扁管,包括扁管本体,扁管本体的内部设有两个大小相同的热流体通道孔,所述热流体通道孔的中部为平行通道,两端为半圆形通道,在所述扁管本体的一侧设有直连缺口,另一侧设有弧形过渡连接缺口,扁管本体的下部设为平面安装面,扁管本体的上部均匀设置若干个散热凸棱,所述散热凸棱呈三角形;所述散热凸棱为正三角形,并且相邻两个散热凸棱之间的距离等于散热凸棱的边长。本实用新型所述的热交换器通道用不对称扁管,一侧的直连缺口与固定件连接,另一侧的户型过渡连接缺口与另一固定件对接,通过上部表面具有的散热凸棱增大散热面积,进而达到加快热传递效果的目的。

现有热交换器的换热通道,为了提高导热速度,采用导热性能好的材料,但一般而言,导热效率提升20%,制造设备的成本将提升100%。很多使用热交换器的企业,为了寻找更高效的热交换器,不得不采购价格非常昂贵的高档散热器,但实际上其散热效果的提升并没有与价格成正比。所以如何提供一种导热性能好的热交换器通道结构是目前热交换器领域所共同面临的技术问题。

一种热交换器通道用不对称扁管,包括扁管本体,扁管本体的内部设有两个大小相同的热流体通道孔,所述热流体通道孔的中部为平行通道,两端为半圆形通道,在所述扁管本体的一侧设有直连缺口,另一侧设有弧形过渡连接缺口,扁管本体的下部设为平面安装面,扁管本体的上部均匀设置若干个散热凸棱,所述散热凸棱呈三角形;
进一步的,所述散热凸棱为正三角形,并且相邻两个散热凸棱之间的距离等于散热凸棱的边长。
