Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于储运液体的集装容器,该容器带有一平板,一塑料的可更换内容器及一包容着该内容器的外壳,该内容器带有一上部的可锁闭装料孔和一下部的卸料装置,该外壳由金属材料的横竖格栅构成,格栅支撑着装有液体物质的塑料内容器。这些管状格栅在交叉处凹入,以构成盆形的在格栅纵向延伸的双壁凹槽。这样,在两根彼此垂直叠置的格栅的凹槽的纵边之间的各交叉处,四个接触点中的每一个上都形成四倍于格栅壁厚的材料堆积,并在交叉处将两个格栅的四个接触点焊接。
这种在德国专利DE 3839647 C2中公开了的集装容器中采用的在外壳的横竖格栅交叉处的焊接联接用以承受基于堆放多个容器时的堆积负荷的静弯曲应力和在输送过程中由于波浪式震动引起的动弯曲应力,这种波浪式震动是由塑料内容器中的流动性物料产生的,经内容器的挠性外壳传递给格栅外壳,以及运输工具所传递的行驶震动,还承受冲击和撞击负荷,例如当集装容器从高处跌落时产生的。这种负荷可以使在格栅外壳的格栅交叉处的焊接断裂,从而不再确保集装容器的必要的堆积和运输安全。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于储运液体的集装容器,这种集装容器可通过减小运行中的静负荷和动负荷来提高其格栅外壳在横竖格栅交叉处的焊接联接的坚固性,从而改善该容器的堆放和运输状况。
按照本发明,提供一种用于储运液体的集装容器,带有一平板,一塑料的可更换内容器及一包容着该内容器的外壳,该内容器带有一上部的可锁闭装料孔和一下部的卸料装置,该外壳由金属材料的横竖格栅构成,格栅支撑着装有液体物质的塑料内容器,其中这些管状格栅在交叉处凹入,以构成盆形的在格栅纵向延伸的双壁凹槽,这样,在两根彼此垂直叠置的格栅的凹槽的纵边之间的各交叉处,四个接触点中的每一个上都形成四倍于格栅壁厚的材料堆积,并在交叉处将两个格栅的四个接触点焊接,其特征在于:横竖格栅的盆形凹槽上有一在中部的升高段,在交叉点处叠置的两个格栅通过在凹槽中部的升高段上的四个接触点上彼此焊接,并且在格栅的凹槽上,与接触和焊接点两侧在升高段处相邻的片段构成相邻的弹性弯曲点,其具有与升高段相比减小了的抗弯力矩,以减少在交叉点处由焊接联接所承受的外壳的静和/或动载荷。
对于带有一格栅外壳和塑料内容器的集装容器,通过按照本发明的横竖格栅在其交叉处的造型,在交叉处的格栅焊接联接范围内产生有限的弹性弯曲点,最大程度地减轻了焊接联接所承担的堆放时产生的静弯曲应力和运输中的动弯曲应力,因而从根本上改善了格栅外壳的格栅的焊接联接的坚固性,并且与公知的这种容器相比,提高了的集装容器的操作安全性。
下面借助于附图对本发明作详细的描述。

按照图1的一次或多次使用的液体物料储运集装容器1,包括一个可更换的长方体的并带有圆角的聚乙稀内容器2,其配备有一个可由一螺旋帽4闭锁的装料导管3和一个带有一排放龙头6的泄料导管5以及一拆卸底7,该集装容器还包括一由互相交叉的横竖金属格栅9、10构成的外壳8;一由板件构成的作为平底壁12的货板11;以及由对角线排列的管支柱构成的上框架13。货板11的长宽量度按照欧洲计量标准,以便形状合理地容纳塑料内容器2,上框架13的作用是加固格栅外壳8并从上面保护内容器2。
横竖格栅9、10支撑着装有一种流体的内容器2的外壁14并构成一贯通的内外界面。从而避免了在容器运输过程中,例如通过卡车,装载面积所容许的使相邻放置的集装容器1的“攀登”。
在交叉处15,横竖格栅9、10为了构成在其纵向延伸的盆形双壁凹槽16呈肾状截面形状凹入。该盆状凹槽16有一在中部的升高段17(图2-4)。格栅9、10的这种形状的作用是,在两个彼此垂直叠置的格栅9、10的盆状凹槽16的在中部的升高段17的纵边18、19之间的各交叉点15处,四个位于同一平面内的接触点20中的每一个上都形成四倍于格栅壁厚21的材料堆积(图5-7)。在格栅9、10中凹入的凹槽16的在中部的升高段17这样限定尺寸,使穿过交叉点15所在平面的垂直方向上测量的格栅9、10的组合的原始尺寸A在焊接前大于格栅外径22(图6)。格栅9、10在交叉点15处在四个接触点20的范围内通过电阻压焊这样互相联接,使原始尺寸A在压力下减小到终尺寸E,该尺寸相当于一格栅外径22,并且格栅9、10具有共同的内、外切面23-23和24-24(图7)。
由于在外壳8的横竖格栅9、10的交叉点15处的四个接触点20上有四倍于格栅壁厚21的材料堆积,通过对焊接电流和焊接压力的相应控制,一电流流过接触点20,并局限于接触点上,形成均匀的熔槽,保证了在格栅9、10之间的交叉点15处的均匀焊接。
在格栅9、10的盆形凹槽16上,与四个接触和焊接点20两侧在升高段17处相邻的片段25、26构成相邻的弹性弯曲点,其具有与升高段17相比减小了的抗弯力矩,以减少横竖格栅9、10在交叉点15处由焊接联接所承受的外壳8的静和/或动载荷。
当格栅9、10在交叉点15处采用一种可能的电点焊时,在垂直于格栅外壳8的平面上量得的交叉点15的厚度大约相当于图6所示的尺寸A,比格栅9、10的外径22略大一些。这样,横竖格栅9、10的内外界面略微向内或向外平行移动。但这对于避免说明书前言部分提到的在运输过程中相邻放置的容器的“攀登效果”不会有不利的影响。
Claims (5)
1.用于储运液体的集装容器,带有一平板,一塑料的可更换内容器及一包容着该内容器的外壳,该内容器带有一上部的可锁闭装料孔和一下部的卸料装置,该外壳由金属材料的横竖格栅构成,格栅支撑着装有液体物质的塑料内容器,其中这些管状格栅在交叉处凹入,以构成盆形的在格栅纵向延伸的双壁凹槽,这样,在两根彼此垂直叠置的格栅的凹槽的纵边之间的各交叉处,四个接触点中的每一个上都形成四倍于格栅壁厚的材料堆积,并在交叉处将两个格栅的四个接触点焊接,其特征在于:横竖格栅(9、10)的盆形凹槽(16)上有一在中部的升高段(17),在交叉点(15)处叠置的两个格栅(9、10)通过在凹槽(16)中部的升高段(17)上的四个接触点(20)上彼此焊接,并且在格栅(9、10)的凹槽(16)上,与接触和焊接点(20)两侧在升高段(17)处相邻的片段(25、26)构成相邻的弹性弯曲点,其具有与升高段(17)相比减小了的抗弯力矩,以减少在交叉点(15)处由焊接联接所承受的外壳(8)的静和/或动载荷。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的集装容器,其特征在于在交叉点(15)处对格栅(9、10)采用一种电阻压焊焊接。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的集装容器,其特征在于在交叉点(15)处对格栅(9、10)采用一种电点焊焊接。
5.如权利要求3所述的集装容器,其特征在于在交叉点(15)处对格栅(9、10)采用一种电点焊焊接。
