Abstract
本发明公开了一种废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机,包括传输带、切割辊、压缩仓和对压辊,传输带上方设有切割支架,切割支架上依次安装有推瓶板和切割辊,切割辊上设置有切割刀,传输带上均匀地设置有多个挡瓶板;传输带出料端设置在压缩仓的顶部进料口上方,压缩仓内设置有对压辊,对压辊下方安装有设置在压缩仓内壁上的倾斜挡板,倾斜挡板下方连接有竖直挡板,竖直挡板下方连接托盘;压缩仓的底部出料口设置有撑袋支架。本发明结构简单合理,废旧塑料瓶经传输带传输,推瓶板将传输带上堆积的塑料瓶摊平,挡瓶板的推力使得塑料瓶在受到切割刀切力后不会堆积在切割刀下方,工作流畅,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及废品回收设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,对饮料需求越来越旺盛,废旧塑料瓶产生量的增长非常迅速,在一些废旧物资回收站会对一些废旧塑料瓶进行压缩打包处理,废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机是废品处理技术中广泛应用的机械设备,能够提高废旧塑料瓶处理的效率和质量,现有技术中的废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机的结构较为单一,大都采用垂直液压压缩处理,此种压缩处理后,不易出料,并且一些盖上瓶盖且密闭的饮料瓶则很难被压缩,现有的压缩处理机采用输送带和切割刀辊搭配,来实现对密闭的饮料瓶割开,但是在工作的过程中,因为饮料瓶比较轻,常常在切割过程中,批量饮料瓶卡在切割刀辊处,导致整台机器空转,工作效率低下;同时现有废品都是直接被喂料到废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机内,并未对废品中含有的污水进行处理。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服现有技术存在的上述缺点,提供一种设计合理、工作效率高、出料容易并且可提前处理废品中污水的废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段是:一种废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机,包括传输带、切割辊、压缩仓和对压辊,传输带上方设有切割支架,切割支架上依次安装有推瓶板和切割辊,切割辊上设置有切割刀,传输带上均匀地设置有多个挡瓶板;传输带出料端设置在压缩仓的顶部进料口上方,压缩仓内设置有对压辊,对压辊下方安装有设置在压缩仓内壁上的倾斜挡板,倾斜挡板下方连接有竖直挡板,竖直挡板下方连接托盘;压缩仓的底部出料口设置有撑袋支架。
进一步的,切割刀与传送带之间的距离为4-5厘米。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单合理,废旧塑料瓶经传输带传输,推瓶板将传输带上堆积的塑料瓶摊平,挡瓶板的推力使得塑料瓶在受到切割刀切力后不会堆积在切割刀下方,工作流畅,工作效率高;密闭的废旧塑料瓶被切割刀割开后,然后进入到压缩仓,经对压辊压缩,压缩会挤压污水出来,污水滴在倾斜挡板上,顺着倾斜挡板与竖直挡板进入到托盘内;同时被压缩后的废旧塑料瓶经倾斜挡板会弹起落入压缩仓的底部出料口。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机,包括传输带1、切割辊2、压缩仓3和对压辊4,传输带1上方设有切割支架11,切割支架11上依次安装有推瓶板12和切割辊2,切割辊2上设置有切割刀6,传输带1上均匀地设置有多个挡瓶板13;传输带1出料端设置在压缩仓3的顶部进料口上方,压缩仓3内设置有对压辊4,对压辊4下方安装有设置在压缩仓3内壁上的倾斜挡板7,倾斜挡板7下方连接有竖直挡板8,竖直挡板8下方连接托盘9;压缩仓3的底部出料口设置有撑袋支架10。
切割刀6与传送带1之间的距离为4-5厘米,对密闭的废旧塑料瓶切割更容易。
使用时,废旧塑料瓶经传输带1传输,推瓶板12将传输带1上堆积的塑料瓶摊平,挡瓶板13的推力使得塑料瓶在受到切割刀6切力后不会堆积在切割刀6下方,工作流畅,工作效率高;密闭的废旧塑料瓶会被切割刀6割开,然后进入到压缩仓3,经对压辊压缩4,压缩会挤压污水出来,污水滴在倾斜挡板7上,顺着倾斜挡板7与竖直挡8板进入到托盘9内;同时被压缩后的废旧塑料瓶经倾斜挡板7会弹起,然后落入压缩仓3底部出料口下方的撑袋支架10内的收纳袋5内。

1.一种废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机,包括传输带(1)、切割辊(2)、压缩仓(3)和对压辊(4),其特征在于:所述传输带(1)上方设有切割支架(11),所述切割支架(11)上依次安装有推瓶板(12)和切割辊(2),所述切割辊(2)上设置有切割刀(6),所述传输带(1)上均匀地设置有多个挡瓶板(13);所述传输带(1)出料端设置在压缩仓(3)的顶部进料口上方,所述压缩仓(3)内设置有对压辊(4),所述对压辊(4)下方安装有设置在压缩仓(3)内壁上的倾斜挡板(7),所述倾斜挡板(7)下方连接有竖直挡板(8),所述竖直挡板(8)下方连接托盘(9);所述压缩仓(3)的底部出料口设置有撑袋支架(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废旧塑料瓶压缩处理机,其特征在于:所述切割刀(6)与传送带(1)之间的距离为4-5厘米。
