本申请是申请日为2015年1月29日,申请号为201510045269.6,发明名称为“瓶盖内外盖自动组装装置”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对瓶盖的内外盖进行自动组装的装置,特别应用于指甲油的内外盖。
背景技术
指甲油瓶盖结构较为复杂,一般属于异形结构,不是很普通的圆形结构,加工的时候对待加工的部件定位要求较高,如部件定位不准确,则后期的印刷及烫金工序无法正常开展;瓶盖有一个内盖和一个外盖,目前对指甲油顶盖的内外盖进行组装的方式一般采用人工方式,首先将外盖固定在一个模具内,然后使用带有胶水的胶笔将胶水均匀的涂抹在外盖内壁,然后人工方式将内盖压入外盖内部从而完成内外盖的套合。人工方式操作效率较低而且在压制的过程中会出现压制瑕疵导致出现次品的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种瓶盖内外盖自动组装装置,解决如何对内盖和外盖进行自动组装的技术问题。
瓶盖内外盖自动组装装置,包括操作台机构、外盖抹胶机构、转内盖机构、下压机构;操作台机构,包括机架、具有滑块放置槽的面板、内盖定向夹具、由多个推力气缸构成的推力气缸组、由多个滑块构成的滑块组;面板固定在机架上,滑块放置槽内具有滑块组,在每块滑块上安装有外盖放置槽和内盖定向夹具;面板的四侧方形边缘位置各具有一个推力气缸,该推力气缸正好与滑块组的滑块对应;外盖抹胶机构,包括抹胶支架、外盖升降气缸组、摇摆电机组、抹胶嘴;每个摇摆电机均固定在每一个外盖升降气缸上;外盖升降气缸则固定在该抹胶支架上;抹胶嘴中间位置具有胶水填充孔,下部具有与胶水填充孔贯通的抹嘴;转内盖机构包括上下固定板、压制气缸、旋转电机、旋转硅胶盖;压制气缸和旋转电机固定在上下固定板上,旋转硅胶盖固定在旋转电机下方;下压机构包括气爪、气爪升降气缸,气爪水平推动气缸、下压头、压头升降气缸;气爪固定在气爪升降气缸底部;上述气爪升降气缸连接气爪水平推动气缸;下压头固定在压头升降气缸上,该压头升降气缸处于气爪升降气缸下方。
所述面板的外部边缘和中间位置具有外挡块和内挡块,外挡块和内挡块形成滑块放置槽。

所述外盖抹胶机构与转内盖机构之间还具有一个内盖输送机构,内盖输送机构包括一个振动盘、一个内盖推动机构、一个内盖旋转放置机构;内盖推动机构包括一个内盖推动气缸、一个内盖移动板、一个内盖支撑架;内盖移动板与内盖推动气缸固定在一起,内盖支撑架上具有移动板移动槽,内盖移动板放置在该移动槽内,上述内盖移动板具有内盖放置槽;振动盘的送料末端与该内盖放置槽对应;内盖旋转放置机构包括一个旋转气缸、一个旋转臂、气爪组;气爪组处于移动板正上方;该气爪组固定在旋转臂上,而该旋转臂与旋转气缸固定在一起。
所述下压机构后方还具有一个成品收集机构,该机构包括一个成品旋转放置机构和一个成品输送机构;成品旋转放置机构如同内盖旋转放置机构,成品输送机构包括输送带及支撑输送带的支撑架。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明将内外盖放置在一个滑块上,该滑块由气缸推动在面板上的方形空间内运动,从而方便面板上的其它压制机构对瓶内外盖进行压制动作。
2、本发明采用升降气缸及摇摆电机结合,摇摆电机摇摆时,其底部的抹胶嘴就开始对外盖内部进行抹胶动作,这样相对喷胶方式将胶水粘接在外盖内部其不会滴落,其可均匀的抹在外盖内壁。
3、推力气缸将滑块推到转内盖机构下方,这时转内盖机构的旋转电机对旋转硅胶盖进行旋转动作使内盖准确的对齐位置;转内盖机构的压制气缸将外盖压紧在外盖放置槽内;这个动作完成后,推力气缸将滑块推至下压机构下方,下压机构的气爪升降气缸及气爪将内盖抓入外盖内;这个动作完成后,推力气缸再次推动滑块,使装有内盖的外盖推入至下压机构的压头升降气缸及下压头正下方,这时压头升降气缸驱动下压头朝下运动,这样下压头就将内盖紧紧的套入到外盖上。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-19,图中的瓶盖内外盖自动组装装置,包括一个操作台机构、一个外盖抹胶机构、一个内盖输送机构、一个转内盖机构、一个下压机构、一个成品收集机构。
操作台机构,包括一个机架11、一个面板12、四个外挡块13、四个内挡块14、由多个滑块15构成的滑块组、多个内盖定向夹具16、四个推力气缸17。
机架11为普通的框式结构,其主要是支撑对瓶内外盖进行压制的其它机构进行支撑。
面板12为方形结构,该面板12固定在机架11上,其上放置有多个机构方便对瓶内外盖进行压制。
外挡块13和内挡块14为直杆结构,四个外挡块13布置在面板12的边缘位置,四个内挡块14布置在面板12的中间位置,外挡块13和内挡块14围成一个方形的空间即滑块放置槽121,该方向空间用于滑块组中的滑块15滑动。该方形空间成左右两侧宽前后两侧窄的结构,这样滑块15在左右两侧成横向移动,前后两侧成纵向移动。
滑块组包括多个方形的滑块15,方形空间存在一个空置的滑块空间,这样给滑块15的运动提供空间。每一个滑块15包括一个底滑块151和顶滑块152;底滑块151在推力气缸17的作用下带动顶滑块152运动。上述顶滑块152上具有外盖放置槽1521和内盖定向夹具16,外盖放置槽1521用于放置外盖72,内盖定向夹具16用于放置内盖,该内盖定向夹具16内部两侧相对位置具有两个凸起161,这样与内盖上的两侧相对位置的凹槽对应。
推力气缸17共有四个,其均匀的分布在方形面板12的四侧,该推力气缸17推动底滑块151进行滑动。当推力气缸17推动底滑块151运动时,为避免底滑块151冲击外挡块13,特别在每个外挡块13中间或者边缘位置安装一个缓冲器181,该缓冲器181安装在一个缓冲架182上,为了使缓冲器181能抵住底滑块151,特别在外挡块13对应的位置加工出一个缓冲槽183,缓冲器181的顶端突出该缓冲槽183顶端一部分位置,这样当底滑块151快撞击到外挡块13上时,缓冲器181对其进行运动进行缓冲。
外盖抹胶机构,包括一个由主支架211和固定架212构成的外盖支架、一个由多个外盖升降气缸22构成的升降气缸组、一个由多个摇摆电机23构成的摇摆电机组、四个抹胶嘴24。
主支架211整体成倒置180的槽型并固定在面板12上,固定架212固定在主支架211上,该固定架212前半部分成槽型,外盖升降气缸22固定在该槽型内,后半部分具有两个水平状的安装端2121。其中固定架212分前后固定在主支架211两侧,并且成间隔设置,这样提高生产效率。
升降气缸组包括多个外盖升降气缸22如四个到八个等,图中为四个;外盖升降气缸22为目前常规部件。当指甲油的外盖72快运动到外盖升降气缸22下方时,其朝上运动,当指甲油的外盖72运动到外盖升降气缸22下方时,其朝下运动。
摇摆电机组包括多个摇摆电机23如四个或者八个等,图中为四个;每个摇摆电机23均固定在每一个外盖升降气缸22上。该摇摆电机23的作用是带动抹胶嘴24进行摇摆动作,抹胶嘴24同时进行抹胶动作。
抹胶嘴24主要是将胶水抹在外盖72的内壁上,该抹胶嘴24中间位置具有一个胶水填充孔该胶水填充孔241连通外界胶水桶,抹胶嘴24下部具有与胶水填充孔241贯通的抹嘴242,该抹嘴242分散的将胶水涂抹在外盖72内壁上。
内盖输送机构,该机构包括一个振动盘、一个内盖推动机构、一个内盖旋转放置机构,其中振动盘未在图中显示出。
内盖推动机构包括一个内盖推动气缸311、一个内盖移动板312、一个内盖支撑架313;内盖移动板312与内盖推动气缸311固定在一起,内盖支撑架313上具有一个方便内盖移动板312移动的移动槽3131,内盖移动板312放置在该移动槽内,上述内盖移动板312上具有四个内盖放置槽3121;振动盘的送料末端与该内盖放置槽3121对应,这样振动盘内的内盖物料就能通过振动盘输送到该内盖移动板312的内盖放置槽3121内,然后内盖推动气缸311将内盖移动板312回推,使其处于气爪的正下方方便气爪的抓取。
内盖旋转放置机构为常见件,其包括一个旋转气缸321、一个旋转臂322、气爪组323;气爪组323处于内盖移动板312正上方;该气爪组323固定在旋转臂322上,而该旋转臂322与旋转气缸321固定在一起。
转内盖机构包括一个上固定板41、一个下固定板42、一个压制气缸43、四个旋转电机、四个旋转硅胶盖44,图中旋转电机,压制气缸43下的压头未在图中显示。上下固定板用于支撑固定压制气缸43和旋转电机。旋转硅胶盖44处于旋转电机下方,其用于套住内盖并对内盖进行旋转定位,使内盖的凹槽准确的卡入到内盖定向夹具16的两个凸起161内;压制气缸43处于旋转电机后面,其通过压头将外盖72牢固的稳定在外盖放置槽1521内,防止其倾斜的放置在外盖放置槽1521内,即避免将来内盖套入外盖72时不会由于外盖成倾斜而无法导入。
下压机构包括四个气爪51、一个气爪升降气缸52,一个气爪水平推动气缸53、四个下压头54、四个压头升降气缸55。气爪51为常规部件,其用于抓取内盖71并放入外盖72内。气爪升降气缸52用于驱动气爪51上下运动实现抓取动作。气爪水平推动气缸53使气爪升降气缸52水平往复运动,这样配合气爪升降气缸52一起将内盖71并放入外盖72内。待内盖71放入外盖72后,该推动气缸推动滑块将滑块推入到下压头54下方,下压头54在压头升降气缸55的作用下挤压内盖71,使内、外盖套合紧密。
成品收集机构包括一个成品旋转放置机构61和一个成品输送机构;成品旋转放置机构61如同内盖旋转放置机构,成品输送机构包括输送带621及支撑输送带621的支撑架622。
Claims (1)
1.瓶盖内外盖自动组装装置,其特征在于:包括操作台机构、外盖抹胶机构、转内盖机构、下压机构;操作台机构,包括机架、具有滑块放置槽的面板、内盖定向夹具、由多个推力气缸构成的推力气缸组、由多个滑块构成的滑块组;面板固定在机架上,滑块放置槽内具有滑块组,在每块滑块上安装有外盖放置槽和内盖定向夹具;面板的四侧方形边缘位置各具有一个推力气缸,该推力气缸正好与滑块组的滑块对应;外盖抹胶机构,包括抹胶支架、外盖升降气缸组、摇摆电机组、抹胶嘴;每个摇摆电机均固定在每一个外盖升降气缸上;外盖升降气缸则固定在该抹胶支架上;抹胶嘴中间位置具有胶水填充孔,下部具有与胶水填充孔贯通的抹嘴;转内盖机构包括上下固定板、压制气缸、旋转电机、旋转硅胶盖;压制气缸和旋转电机固定在上下固定板上,旋转硅胶盖固定在旋转电机下方;下压机构包括气爪、气爪升降气缸,气爪水平推动气缸、下压头、压头升降气缸;气爪固定在气爪升降气缸底部;上述气爪升降气缸连接气爪水平推动气缸;下压头固定在压头升降气缸上,该压头升降气缸处于气爪升降气缸下方;
所述外盖抹胶机构与转内盖机构之间还具有一个内盖输送机构,内盖输送机构包括一个振动盘、一个内盖推动机构、一个内盖旋转放置机构;内盖推动机构包括一个内盖推动气缸、一个内盖移动板、一个内盖支撑架;内盖移动板与内盖推动气缸固定在一起,内盖支撑架上具有移动板移动槽,内盖移动板放置在该移动槽内,上述内盖移动板具有内盖放置槽;振动盘的送料末端与该内盖放置槽对应;内盖旋转放置机构包括一个旋转气缸、一个旋转臂、气爪组;气爪组处于移动板正上方;该气爪组固定在旋转臂上,而该旋转臂与旋转气缸固定在一起;
所述下压机构后方还具有一个成品收集机构,成品收集机构包括一个成品旋转放置机构和一个成品输送机构;成品输送机构包括输送带及支撑输送带的支撑架;
所述面板的外部边缘和中间位置具有外挡块和内挡块,外挡块和内挡块形成滑块放置槽;
所述滑块整体成方形。
