Abstract
本发明涉及混炼机技术领域,尤其公开了一种改良式混炼箱,包括箱体、铰接于箱体的混炼轴,箱体设有混炼腔,混炼轴设有位于混炼腔内的混炼部,混炼轴还包括与混炼部连接的支撑部,箱体设有用于容设支撑部的通孔,支撑部设有螺旋排料槽,螺旋排料槽的一端位于混炼腔内;实际使用时,将待混合的各种原料加入到混炼箱的混炼腔中,利用电机等驱动混炼轴转动,通过混炼部对原料搅拌进而将原料混合均匀,在原料的混合过程中,进入混炼轴与箱体之间缝隙内的原料再通过螺旋排料槽重新流入到混炼腔内,有效减少原料经混炼轴与箱体之间的间隙而逸出的逸出量。

技术领域
本发明涉及混炼机技术领域,尤其公开了一种改良式混炼箱。
背景技术
随着橡胶、塑胶、粉末冶金等化工行业的发展,需要将大量的粉末原料进行混炼而形成各种合成材料,在合成材料的生产过程中,使用者将各种粉末原料加入到混炼机、密炼机、开炼机等设备的混炼箱中,在混炼箱内利用混炼轴对粉末原料进行搅拌将原料充分混合,进而形成所需的合成材料。
在混炼轴对混炼箱内的原料进行搅拌时,粉末原料会经混炼轴与混炼箱之间的缝隙逸出,如此,就会造成对原料的浪费;此外,工作人员吸入逸出的粉末原料后,亦会对身体造成各种伤害。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种改良式混炼箱,有效减少原料经混炼轴与箱体之间的间隙而逸出的逸出量。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种改良式混炼箱,包括箱体、铰接于箱体的混炼轴,箱体设有混炼腔,混炼轴设有位于混炼腔内的混炼部,所述混炼轴还包括与混炼部连接的支撑部,箱体设有用于容设支撑部的通孔,支撑部设有螺旋排料槽,螺旋排料槽的一端位于混炼腔内。
优选地,沿靠近所述混炼腔的方向,螺旋排料槽的螺旋方向与混炼轴的转动方向相反。
优选地,所述螺旋排料槽远离混炼腔的一端未突伸出箱体。
优选地,所述螺旋排料槽的深度沿远离混炼腔的方向逐渐变小。
优选地,所述支撑部套设有第一密封环,螺旋排料槽设于第一密封环。
优选地,所述混炼部设有限位槽,第一密封环的一端容设于限位槽内,螺旋排料槽自第一密封环的外表面凹设而成。
优选地,所述第一密封环还设有环槽,环槽与螺旋排料槽彼此间隔设置,环槽位于通孔内,环槽内装设有密封圈。
优选地,所述支撑部还套设有第二密封环,第一密封环设有卡环,第二密封环设有用于容设卡环的卡槽,第二密封环远离第一密封环的一端设有挡止部。
优选地,所述第一密封环采用金属材料制成,第二密封环采用硅胶制成。
优选地,所述支撑部还套设有密封轴承,密封轴承装设于通孔内。
本发明的有益效果:实际使用时,将待混合的各种原料加入到混炼箱的混炼腔中,利用电机等驱动混炼轴转动,通过混炼部对原料搅拌进而将原料混合均匀,在原料的混合过程中,进入混炼轴与箱体之间缝隙内的原料再通过螺旋排料槽重新流入到混炼腔内,有效减少原料经混炼轴与箱体之间的间隙而逸出的逸出量。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图5,本发明的一种改良式混炼箱,包括箱体1、铰接在箱体1上的混炼轴2,箱体1大致呈中空长方体状,当然,根据实际需要,箱体1亦可为中空球状或者其它形状,箱体1设有混炼腔10,混炼腔10自箱体1的顶端凹设而成,混炼轴2设有位于混炼腔10内的混炼部20,混炼部20包括本体及自本体突伸而出的多个弧形翅片构成,所述混炼轴2还包括与混炼部20连接的支撑部21,支撑部21自混炼部20的本体朝远离本体的方向一体突伸而成,箱体1设有用于容设支撑部21的通孔,支撑部21设有螺旋排料槽22,螺旋排料槽22的一端位于混炼腔10内,螺旋排料槽22远离混炼腔10一端的深度小于螺旋排料槽22靠近混炼腔10一端的深度。本实施例中,混炼部20的左右两端均设置有支撑部21。
实际使用时,将待混合的各种粉末原料加入到混炼箱的混炼腔10中,利用电机等驱动件驱动混炼轴2转动,当然,驱动件亦可为气缸或液压缸等,通过混炼部20的弧形翅片对原料搅拌进而将原料混合均匀,进而制成所需的合成材料;在混炼部20对原料的混合过程中,进入混炼轴2与箱体1之间缝隙内的原料再通过螺旋排料槽22重新流入到混炼腔10内,有效减少原料经混炼轴2与箱体1之间的间隙而逸出的逸出量。
请参阅图3、图4和图5,本实施例中,沿靠近所述混炼腔10的方向,螺旋排料槽22的螺旋方向与混炼轴2的转动方向相反,例如,当混炼轴2顺时针转动时,从螺旋排料槽22远离混炼腔10的一端至螺旋排料槽22靠近混炼腔10的一端,螺旋排料槽22的螺旋方向为逆时针螺旋,当混炼轴2转动时,螺旋排料槽22内的原料即可借助混炼轴2的离心力方便、快速地重新进入到混炼腔10内进行混合。
所述螺旋排料槽22远离混炼腔10的一端未突伸出箱体1,利用通孔的侧壁遮盖住螺旋排料槽22远离混炼腔10的一端,相较于螺旋排料槽22突伸出箱体1,有效防止原料经螺旋排料槽22逸出到混炼箱的外部。
所述螺旋排料槽22的深度沿远离混炼腔10的方向逐渐变小,即从螺旋排料槽22靠近混炼腔10的一端到螺旋排料槽22远离混炼腔10的一端,螺旋排料槽22的深度逐渐变小,使得螺旋排料槽22形成“滑梯”结构,确保螺旋排料槽22内的原料更容易回流到混炼腔10内。
所述支撑部21套设有第一密封环23,第一密封环23大致为中空圆柱,第一密封环23采用金属材料制成,如铝或不锈钢等,螺旋排料槽22设置在第一密封环23上,第一密封环23与混炼轴2分开单独成型后再组装到一起,如此,即可大大简化混炼轴2的支撑部21的结构设计,便于生产加工混炼轴2。
所述混炼部20设有限位槽,限位槽自混炼部20的本体的端部凹设而成,限位槽成环形,第一密封环23的一端容设在限位槽中,通过设置限位槽,方便第一密封环23的安装与定位,确保第一密封环23可以快速地组装到预定位置,螺旋排料槽22自第一密封环23的外表面凹设而成。
请参阅图1至图5,所述第一密封环23还设有环槽24,环槽24自第一密封环23的外表面一体凹设而成,环槽24环绕第一密封环23设置,环槽24与螺旋排料槽22彼此间隔设置,环槽24位于通孔内,环槽24内装设有密封圈25,密封圈25的内侧容设在环槽24内,密封圈25的外侧抵接在通孔的侧壁上,优选地,密封圈25采用硅胶制成。本实施例中,螺旋排料槽22形成混炼箱的第一级密封结构,环槽24与密封圈25配合形成混炼箱的第二级密封结构。
所述支撑部21还套设有第二密封环26,第一密封环23远离混炼腔10的一端设有卡环,卡环呈环形,卡环自第一密封环23的端面一体凸设而成,第二密封环26靠近第一密封环23的一端设有用于容设卡环的卡槽,卡槽自第二密封环26的端面一体凹设而成,第二密封环26远离第一密封环23的一端设有挡止部,优选地,第二密封环26采用硅胶制成,当然,第二密封环26亦可采用热塑塑胶或热固塑胶制成。当第二密封环26安装到预定位置之后,挡止部贴设在箱体1的外表面上,防止第二密封环26过度插入,当然,当拆卸第二密封环26时,使用者可以抓持住挡止部,进而将第二密封环26轻松拉出。通过增设第二密封环26,形成混炼箱的第三级密封结构。
所述支撑部21的外侧还套设有密封轴承3,密封轴承3装设在通孔内,通过增设密封轴承3,一方面减缓混炼轴2的支撑部21与通孔侧壁之间的磨损,延长混炼箱的使用寿命;另一方面也大大降低混炼箱工作时的噪音。实际组装时,先将混炼轴2经通孔安装在箱体1上,再将密封轴承3安装在通孔内,然后再将第一密封环23套设在支撑部21的外侧并移动到预定位置,在安装第一密封环23之前,先将密封圈25安装在第一密封环23的环槽24中,最后再将第二密封环26套设在支撑部21的外侧并移动至预定位置,此时第二密封环26的挡止部抵接在密封轴承3的端面上。

1.一种改良式混炼箱,包括箱体、铰接于箱体的混炼轴,箱体设有混炼腔,混炼轴设有位于混炼腔内的混炼部,其特征在于:所述混炼轴还包括与混炼部连接的支撑部,箱体设有用于容设支撑部的通孔,支撑部设有螺旋排料槽,螺旋排料槽的一端位于混炼腔内;沿靠近所述混炼腔的方向,螺旋排料槽的螺旋方向与混炼轴的转动方向相反,所述螺旋排料槽的深度沿远离混炼腔的方向逐渐变小;
所述支撑部套设有第一密封环,螺旋排料槽设于第一密封环;
沿第一密封环的中心轴线方向,螺旋排料槽未贯穿第一密封环;
所述第一密封环还设有环槽,环槽与螺旋排料槽彼此间隔设置,环槽位于通孔内,环槽内装设有密封圈;
所述螺旋排料槽远离混炼腔的一端未突伸出箱体;
所述支撑部还套设有第二密封环,第一密封环设有卡环,第二密封环设有用于容设卡环的卡槽,第二密封环远离第一密封环的一端设有挡止部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良式混炼箱,其特征在于:所述混炼部设有限位槽,第一密封环的一端容设于限位槽内,螺旋排料槽自第一密封环的外表面凹设而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改良式混炼箱,其特征在于:所述第一密封环采用金属材料制成,第二密封环采用硅胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改良式混炼箱,其特征在于:所述支撑部还套设有密封轴承,密封轴承装设于通孔内。
