针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,不但口感爽滑,无颗粒感,口味丰富,酸甜适中,外观光泽,色泽呈红灰色,组织细腻,香味浓郁清心,而且具有防治乳汁不下、咳嗽痰多、扁桃体发炎、恶心呕吐、腹泻、感冒鼻塞、皮肤干燥的保健效果。

一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,由以下重量份的原料制成:水蜜桃120~125份、茉莉25~30份、松茸12~14份、虎掌菌11~13份、石榴籽5.5~5.7份、葡萄籽4.4~4.6份、大豆16~18份、槭树糖浆2.1~2.3份、胡萝卜9~11份、白芷0.34~0.36份、棒棒木0.55~0.57份、变叶榕0.61~0.63份、糙苏0.44~0.46份、广藿香0.33~0.35份、红根草0.41~0.43份。
作为发明进一步的方案:一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)选择新鲜、无破损、无虫害的水蜜桃用质量分数为36~38%的食盐水浸泡240~250min,食盐水高度高出水蜜桃0.7~0.9cm,用手进行搓洗,洗去水蜜桃表面的毛毛,用流动的自来水冲洗干净,在阳光下晾晒至表面无水分,去核切块处理,投入转速为520~525r/min的打浆机打浆730~740s,得生水蜜桃浆;将生水蜜桃浆中火加热至120~122℃,文火熬煮浓缩8~10min,加入生水蜜桃浆重量0.3~0.5倍量、温度为73~75℃的水,文火熬煮24~26min,得熟水蜜桃浆,备用;

(7)选择新鲜、无破损、无虫害的胡萝卜用流动的自来水清洗干净,在阳光下晾晒至表面无水分,切块后投入转速为385~390r/min的打浆机打浆680~690s,得胡萝卜浆,备用;
(8)将白芷、棒棒木、变叶榕、糙苏、广藿香和红根草用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入转速为8300~8400r/min的粉碎机粉碎620~630s,过100~105目筛,得中药粉;向中药粉中加入其重量8.4~8.6倍量的水,大火煮沸,中火熬煮12~14min,文火熬煮19~21min,转速14100~14200r/min,离心720~730s,得中药渣一和中药提取液一;向中药渣一中加入其重量6.6~6.8倍量、质量分数为39~41%的乙醇,大火煮沸,中火熬煮13~15min,文火熬煮23~25min,转速14100~14200r/min,离心740~750s,得中药渣二和中药提取液二;合并中药提取液一和中药提取液二,文火熬煮11~13min,室温自然冷却,减压浓缩至无水分,得中药提取物,备用;
(9)将水蜜桃浆、水果籽粉、大豆泥、中药提取物和槭树糖浆投入转速为630~640r/min的混合搅拌机,在温度46~48℃下搅拌33~35min,将温度降低至37~39℃,加入茉莉粉、松茸粉、虎掌菌粉和胡萝卜浆搅拌28~30min,在真空度为4500~4600KPa、温度为40~42℃条件下浓缩至水分含量为27~29%,室温自然冷却,得茉莉水蜜桃膏;
(10)将茉莉水蜜桃膏真空罐装,压力260~270MPa超高压杀菌15~17min,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明所使用的茉莉、松茸、虎掌菌、石榴籽和葡萄籽含量均以鲜重重量计。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明所使用的白芷、棒棒木、变叶榕、糙苏、广藿香和红根草含量均以干重重量计。
松茸:补肾强身、理气化痰;治腰膝酸软、头昏目弦、湿痰之咳嗽、胸膈痞闷、恶心呕吐、肢体困倦等症。
虎掌菌:追风散寒,舒筋活血,壮阳,降低胆固醇。
石榴籽:减轻静脉曲张,改善皮肤,减轻糖尿病视网膜病变并改善视力,增进毛细管活力和增强毛细管壁,改善大脑功能。
葡萄籽:清除自由基、抗衰老、增强免疫力,保护皮肤、美容养颜,抗过敏,保护血管,抗辐射,保护消化系统,保护眼睛。
白芷:散风除湿,通窍止痛,消肿排脓;用于感冒头痛,眉棱骨痛,鼻塞,鼻渊,牙痛,白带,疮疡肿痛。
棒棒木:祛痰,止咳,不喘;主慢性咳嗽,哮喘。
变叶榕:祛风除湿,活血止痛,催乳;主风湿痹痛,胃痛,疖肿,跌打损伤,乳汁不下。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种营养保健营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,配方科学合理,配比恰当,各原料之间有效营养成分相互作用,促使口感和营养效果提升,使其口感爽滑,无颗粒感,口味丰富,酸甜适中,外观光泽,色泽呈红灰色,组织细腻,香味浓郁清心,具有防治乳汁不下、咳嗽痰多、扁桃体发炎、恶心呕吐、腹泻、感冒鼻塞、皮肤干燥的保健功效;将水蜜桃用食盐水浸泡后,洗去外皮上的浮毛,去核保留桃皮打浆后先中火熬煮再文火熬煮,不但使得桃肉的营养成分得到非常好的释放,而且使得桃皮中的植物纤维和糖蛋白得到很好地利用,提高其利用率;将茉莉、松茸和虎掌菌分别置于真空干燥冷冻箱干燥后,经两级粉碎过筛处理,不但有效保留茉莉得香味,为茉莉水蜜桃膏增添香气,而且其有效成分能够更好的融入到水蜜桃的有效成分中,使其能够补肾强身、理气化痰、追风散寒、舒筋活血、降低胆固醇;加入石榴籽和葡萄籽,并进行恒温文火炒制,能够有效将其有效成分进行释放,使得茉莉水蜜桃膏能够改善视力、美容养颜、增强免疫力;加入大豆和胡萝卜,增加了蛋白质和维生素的含量,有效提高其营养保健效果;加入多种草药,提取其有效成分与其他成分混合,不但能够有效促进人体对有效营养成分的吸收和利用,而且使其具有祛风除湿、催乳、开胃止呕的功效;本发明中没有添加任何对人体有害的化学助剂,含有多种营养价值丰富的原料,使得营养均衡,极大地促进人体健康,工艺过程简单,操作方便,设备投资低,适合大量推广制作。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,由以下重量份的原料制成:水蜜桃120份、茉莉25份、松茸12份、虎掌菌11份、石榴籽5.5份、葡萄籽4.4份、大豆16份、槭树糖浆2.1份、胡萝卜9份、白芷0.34份、棒棒木0.55份、变叶榕0.61份、糙苏0.44份、广藿香0.33份、红根草0.41份。
作为发明进一步的方案:一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)选择新鲜、无破损、无虫害的水蜜桃用质量分数为36%的食盐水浸泡240min,食盐水高度高出水蜜桃0.7cm,用手进行搓洗,洗去水蜜桃表面的毛毛,用流动的自来水冲洗干净,在阳光下晾晒至表面无水分,去核切块处理,投入转速为520r/min的打浆机打浆730s,得生水蜜桃浆;将生水蜜桃浆中火加热至120℃,文火熬煮浓缩8min,加入生水蜜桃浆重量0.3倍量、温度为73℃的水,文火熬煮24min,得熟水蜜桃浆,备用;
(2)将茉莉用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入温度为-26℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为56%,将温度升高至-14℃干燥至水分含量为3.3%,投入转速为7000r/min的粉碎机粉碎260s,过90目筛,投入功率为560W的超音速破碎机破碎180s,过280目筛,得茉莉粉,备用;
(3)将松茸用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入温度为-36℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为49%,将温度升高至-20℃干燥至水分含量为6.2%,投入转速为7600r/min的粉碎机粉碎320s,过90目筛,投入功率为560W的超音速破碎机破碎240s,过280目筛,得松茸粉,备用;
(4)将虎掌菌用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入温度为-30℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为46%,将温度升高至-18℃干燥至水分含量为5.3%,投入转速为7900r/min的粉碎机粉碎290s,过90目筛,投入功率为560W的超音速破碎机破碎260s,过280目筛,得虎掌菌粉,备用;
(5)将石榴籽和葡萄籽用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入炒锅大火加热翻炒至温度为87℃,保持恒温文火翻炒320s,室温自然冷却,投入转速为13300r/min的研磨机研磨410s,过280目筛,得水果籽粉,备用;
(6)将大豆用流动的自来水清洗干净,向大豆中加入温度为52℃、重量为大豆重量18倍量的纯净水,浸泡18h,大火煮沸,文火熬煮20min,中火熬煮15min,沥水取出,热风干燥至表面无水分,捣碎,室温自然冷却,得大豆泥,备用;
(7)选择新鲜、无破损、无虫害的胡萝卜用流动的自来水清洗干净,在阳光下晾晒至表面无水分,切块后投入转速为385r/min的打浆机打浆680s,得胡萝卜浆,备用;
(8)将白芷、棒棒木、变叶榕、糙苏、广藿香和红根草用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入转速为8300r/min的粉碎机粉碎620s,过100目筛,得中药粉;向中药粉中加入其重量8.4倍量的水,大火煮沸,中火熬煮12min,文火熬煮19min,转速14100r/min,离心720s,得中药渣一和中药提取液一;向中药渣一中加入其重量6.6倍量、质量分数为39%的乙醇,大火煮沸,中火熬煮13min,文火熬煮23min,转速14100r/min,离心740s,得中药渣二和中药提取液二;合并中药提取液一和中药提取液二,文火熬煮11min,室温自然冷却,减压浓缩至无水分,得中药提取物,备用;
(9)将水蜜桃浆、水果籽粉、大豆泥、中药提取物和槭树糖浆投入转速为630r/min的混合搅拌机,在温度46℃下搅拌33min,将温度降低至37℃,加入茉莉粉、松茸粉、虎掌菌粉和胡萝卜浆搅拌28min,在真空度为4500KPa、温度为40℃条件下浓缩至水分含量为27%,室温自然冷却,得茉莉水蜜桃膏;
(10)将茉莉水蜜桃膏真空罐装,压力260MPa超高压杀菌15min,得成品。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明所使用的茉莉、松茸、虎掌菌、石榴籽和葡萄籽含量均以鲜重重量计。
作为发明进一步的方案:本发明所使用的白芷、棒棒木、变叶榕、糙苏、广藿香和红根草含量均以干重重量计。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,与实施例1不同之处在于原料重量份数的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,由以下重量份的原料制成:水蜜桃123份、茉莉28份、松茸13份、虎掌菌12份、石榴籽5.6份、葡萄籽4.5份、大豆17份、槭树糖浆2.2份、胡萝卜10份、白芷0.35份、棒棒木0.56份、变叶榕0.62份、糙苏0.45份、广藿香0.34份、红根草0.42份。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,与实施例1不同之处在于原料重量份数的不同,其他条件均相同。
一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,由以下重量份的原料制成:水蜜桃125份、茉莉30份、松茸14份、虎掌菌13份、石榴籽5.7份、葡萄籽4.6份、大豆18份、槭树糖浆2.3份、胡萝卜11份、白芷0.36份、棒棒木0.57份、变叶榕0.63份、糙苏0.46份、广藿香0.35份、红根草0.43份。
随机选择18~60岁的受试者80位,随机分为4组,每组20人,对实施例茉莉水蜜桃膏和对比例市售梨膏进行感官评定,每项满分为100分,最后得分为平均分,实施例茉莉水蜜桃膏和对比例市售梨膏的感官评定见表1:

从表1的结果可以看出,实施例的茉莉水蜜桃膏,口感爽滑,无颗粒感,口味丰富,酸甜适中,外观光泽,色泽呈红灰色,组织细腻,香味浓郁清心,得到广大消费者的喜爱。
实施例茉莉水蜜桃膏和对比例市售梨膏的保健效果:
有效:不适症状减轻或消失;
无效:不适症状不变或更加严重。
随机选择乳汁不下、咳嗽痰多、扁桃体发炎、恶心呕吐、腹泻、感冒鼻塞和皮肤干燥
的患者各200名,随机分为2组,每组100名,所有患者受试前3天停用所有药物,实施例和对比例组每人每天食用该组膏30克,受试时间为30天,实施例茉莉水蜜桃膏和对比例市售梨膏的保健效果见表2:

从表2的结果可以看出,实施例的茉莉水蜜桃膏分别经多种疾病的患者食用后,能够有效抑制多种疾病,减轻疾病症状,其有效率明显较对比例高,说明本发明提供的茉莉水蜜桃膏具有良好的保健效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:水蜜桃120~125份、茉莉25~30份、松茸12~14份、虎掌菌11~13份、石榴籽5.5~5.7份、葡萄籽4.4~4.6份、大豆16~18份、槭树糖浆2.1~2.3份、胡萝卜9~11份、白芷0.34~0.36份、棒棒木0.55~0.57份、变叶榕0.61~0.63份、糙苏0.44~0.46份、广藿香0.33~0.35份、红根草0.41~0.43份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养保健茉莉水蜜桃膏的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)选择新鲜、无破损、无虫害的水蜜桃用质量分数为36~38%的食盐水浸泡240~250min,食盐水高度高出水蜜桃0.7~0.9cm,用手进行搓洗,洗去水蜜桃表面的毛毛,用流动的自来水冲洗干净,在阳光下晾晒至表面无水分,去核切块处理,投入转速为520~525r/min的打浆机打浆730~740s,得生水蜜桃浆;将生水蜜桃浆中火加热至120~122℃,文火熬煮浓缩8~10min,加入生水蜜桃浆重量0.3~0.5倍量、温度为73~75℃的水,文火熬煮24~26min,得熟水蜜桃浆,备用;
(2)将茉莉用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入温度为-26~-24℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为56~58%,将温度升高至-14~-12℃干燥至水分含量为3.3~3.5%,投入转速为7000~7100r/min的粉碎机粉碎260~270s,过90~95目筛,投入功率为560~570W的超音速破碎机破碎180~190s,过280~285目筛,得茉莉粉,备用;
(3)将松茸用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入温度为-36~-34℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为49~51%,将温度升高至-20~-18℃干燥至水分含量为6.2~6.4%,投入转速为7600~7700r/min的粉碎机粉碎320~330s,过90~95目筛,投入功率为560~570W的超音速破碎机破碎240~250s,过280~285目筛,得松茸粉,备用;
(4)将虎掌菌用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入温度为-30~-28℃的真空冷冻干燥箱干燥至水分含量为46~48%,将温度升高至-18~-16℃干燥至水分含量为5.3~5.5%,投入转速为7900~8000r/min的粉碎机粉碎290~300s,过90~95目筛,投入功率为560~570W的超音速破碎机破碎260~270s,过280~285目筛,得虎掌菌粉,备用;
(5)将石榴籽和葡萄籽用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入炒锅大火加热翻炒至温度为87~89℃,保持恒温文火翻炒320~330s,室温自然冷却,投入转速为13300~13400r/min的研磨机研磨410~420s,过280~285目筛,得水果籽粉,备用;
(6)将大豆用流动的自来水清洗干净,向大豆中加入温度为52~54℃、重量为大豆重量18~20倍量的纯净水,浸泡18~20h,大火煮沸,文火熬煮20~22min,中火熬煮15~17min,沥水取出,热风干燥至表面无水分,捣碎,室温自然冷却,得大豆泥,备用;
(7)选择新鲜、无破损、无虫害的胡萝卜用流动的自来水清洗干净,在阳光下晾晒至表面无水分,切块后投入转速为385~390r/min的打浆机打浆680~690s,得胡萝卜浆,备用;
(8)将白芷、棒棒木、变叶榕、糙苏、广藿香和红根草用流动的自来水清洗干净,投入转速为8300~8400r/min的粉碎机粉碎620~630s,过100~105目筛,得中药粉;向中药粉中加入其重量8.4~8.6倍量的水,大火煮沸,中火熬煮12~14min,文火熬煮19~21min,转速14100~14200r/min,离心720~730s,得中药渣一和中药提取液一;向中药渣一中加入其重量6.6~6.8倍量、质量分数为39~41%的乙醇,大火煮沸,中火熬煮13~15min,文火熬煮23~25min,转速14100~14200r/min,离心740~750s,得中药渣二和中药提取液二;合并中药提取液一和中药提取液二,文火熬煮11~13min,室温自然冷却,减压浓缩至无水分,得中药提取物,备用;
(9)将水蜜桃浆、水果籽粉、大豆泥、中药提取物和槭树糖浆投入转速为630~640r/min的混合搅拌机,在温度46~48℃下搅拌33~35min,将温度降低至37~39℃,加入茉莉粉、松茸粉、虎掌菌粉和胡萝卜浆搅拌28~30min,在真空度为4500~4600KPa、温度为40~42℃条件下浓缩至水分含量为27~29%,室温自然冷却,得茉莉水蜜桃膏;
(10)将茉莉水蜜桃膏真空罐装,压力260~270MPa超高压杀菌15~17min,得成品。
