Abstract
本发明提供一种树脂膜,所述树脂膜包含具有基于乙烯的结构单元、基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯的结构单元以及基于具有缩水甘油基的单体的结构单元的共聚物(A)、二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂(B)、具有环氧基的硅烷偶联剂(C)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及树脂膜。本申请主张基于2014年2月19日在日本申请的日本特愿2014-029642号的优先权,并在此引用其内容。
背景技术
作为用于汽车、轨道列车、飞行器、船舶、建筑物等的夹层玻璃中的中间膜以及太阳能电池模块用密封材料而广泛地使用树脂膜。
具体来讲,在夹层玻璃中,将树脂膜用于玻璃板/中间膜/玻璃板、玻璃板/中间膜/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(以下,称为PET膜。)/中间膜/玻璃板等的层叠结构中的中间膜。对于太阳能电池模块,将树脂膜用于玻璃板/内包有电池的密封材料层/背板等的层叠结构中的形成密封材料层的密封材料。
通常,为了提高与玻璃板的粘合性,会在用于夹层玻璃的中间膜、太阳能电池模块用密封材料等的树脂膜中配合有硅烷偶联剂。另外,为了抑制紫外线导致的树脂劣化、遮蔽紫外线等,在所述树脂膜中配合有紫外线吸收剂。
对于夹层玻璃的中间膜,例如,提出了如下所述的中间膜,该中间膜包含具有基于乙烯的结构单元、基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯的结构单元、基于具有缩水甘油基的单体的结构单元的共聚物、具有氨基的硅烷偶联剂、紫外线吸收剂(专利文献1)。
对于太阳能电池模块用密封材料,例如,提出了如下所述的太阳能电池模块用密封材料:包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、交联剂、紫外线吸收剂即2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮以及硅烷偶联剂(专利文献2)。

但是,专利文献1的中间膜难以得到优异的透明性。
另外,本发明的发明人经过分析判明,在专利文献1的中间膜中,在使用二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂的情况下,在制造初期会着色为黄色而导致中间膜的品质降低。另外,判明在专利文献2的太阳能电池模块用密封材料中,也会由于变黄而导致密封材料的品质降低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够用于夹层玻璃用中间膜、太阳能电池模块用密封材料等的树脂膜,与玻璃板的粘合性、紫外线遮蔽性优异,在制造初期不会着色为黄色,并且可以抑制变黄。
发明内容
为了解决所述课题,本发明采用以下结构。
[1]一种树脂膜,包含具有基于乙烯的结构单元、基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯的结构单元、基于具有缩水甘油基的单体的结构单元的共聚物(A)、二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂(B)、具有环氧基的硅烷偶联剂(C)。
[2]所述[1]的树脂膜是夹层玻璃用中间膜。
[3]所述[1]的树脂膜是太阳能电池模块用密封材料。
本发明的树脂膜是能够用于夹层玻璃用中间膜以及太阳能电池模块用密封材料等的树脂膜,与玻璃板的粘合性、紫外线遮蔽性优异,在制造初期不会着色为黄色,并且可以抑制变黄。
具体实施方式
<树脂膜>
本发明的树脂膜包含共聚物(A)、二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂(B)(以下,简称为紫外线吸收剂(B)。)、具有环氧基的硅烷偶联剂(C)(以下,简称为硅烷偶联剂(C)。)。另外,本发明的树脂膜可以根据需要而包含除了共聚物(A)以外的聚合物(D)以及添加剂(E)。
[共聚物(A)]
共聚物(A)是具有基于乙烯的结构单元(以下,记为结构单元(α1)。)、基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯的结构单元(以下,记为结构单元(α2)。)以及基于具有缩水甘油基的单体的结构单元(以下,记为结构单元(α3)。)的共聚物。本发明的树脂膜由于包含共聚物(A),因此,是与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性、透明性良好的树脂膜。
对于(甲基)丙烯酸酯,为了提高与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性、透明性,优选为下面化学式(1)所表示的化合物(以下,记为化合物(1)。)。

(其中,R1是氢原子或甲基,R2是碳数1~5的烷基。)
化合物(1)的R2可以是直链状,也可以是支链状。
从提高与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性的方面考虑,R2优选为碳数1~3的烷基,更优选甲基或乙基,进一步更优选为甲基。
共聚物(A)所具有的结构单元(α2)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
对于具有缩水甘油基的单体,从提高与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性、透明性的方面考虑,优选为下面化学式(2)所表示的化合物(以下,记为化合物(2)。)。

(其中,R3是氢原子或甲基,Q是碳数1~5的亚烷基。)
化合物(2)的Q可以是直链状,也可以是支链状。
从提高与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性的方面考虑,Q优选为碳数1~3的亚烷基,更优选为亚甲基或亚乙基,进一步更优选为亚甲基。
共聚物(A)所具有的结构单元(α3)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
(各结构单元的比例)
结构单元(α1)相对于共聚物(A)的所有结构单元的比例优选为50~85质量%,更优选为60~78质量%,进一步更优选为65~75质量%。如果所述结构单元(α1)的比例处于下限值以上,则在保管中易于抑制树脂膜的彼此粘连。如果所述结构单元(α1)的比例位于上限值以下,则易于得到透明性优异的树脂膜。
结构单元(α2)相对于共聚物(A)的所有结构单元的比例优选为10~48质量%,更优选为15~38质量%,进一步更优选为23~28质量%。如果所述结构单元(α2)的比例位于下限值以上,则热加工性良好。如果所述结构单元(α2)的比例位于上限值以下,则易于抑制发生粘连。
结构单元(α3)相对于共聚物(A)的所有结构单元的比例优选为1~20质量%,更优选为2~15质量%,进一步更优选为5~10质量%。如果所述结构单元(α3)的比例位于下限值以上,则与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性优异。如果所述结构单元(α3)的比例位于上限值以下,则透明性良好。
共聚物(A)的各结构单元的比例能够通过符合ISO8985标准的方法测量。对于测量装置,例如可以列举傅里叶变换红外分光光度计(FT-IR)。共聚物(A)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
本发明的树脂膜(100质量%)中的共聚物(A)的含量优选为60~99.8质量%,更优选为70~99质量%,进一步更优选为95~98质量%。如果所述共聚物(A)的含量位于下限值以上,则易于得到与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性、透明性优异的树脂膜。如果所述共聚物(A)的含量位于上限值以下,则易于得到优异的耐候性。
[紫外线吸收剂(B)]
紫外线吸收剂(B)是二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂。
对于紫外线吸收剂(B),例如,可以列举2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2,2’-二羟基-4,4’-二甲氧基二苯甲酮、2,2’,4,4’-四羟基二苯甲酮、2,2’-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮等。其中,具有波长400nm附近的紫外线吸收功能,从易于得到遮蔽宽波长范围的紫外线的树脂膜的方面考虑,优选在各芳香环中具有羟基的物质,进一步优选为2,2’-二羟基-4,4’-二甲氧基二苯甲酮。
紫外线吸收剂(B)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
本发明的树脂膜(100质量%)中的紫外线吸收剂(B)的含量优选为0.1~1.0质量%,更优选为0.2~0.8质量%,进一步更优选为0.3~0.5质量%。如果所述紫外线吸收剂(B)的含量位于下限值以上,则易于得到紫外线遮蔽性优异的树脂膜。如果所述紫外线吸收剂(B)的含量位于上限值以下,则可以抑制初期着色性。
[硅烷偶联剂(C)]
硅烷偶联剂(C)是具有环氧基的硅烷偶联剂(C)。本发明的树脂膜由于具有硅烷偶联剂(C),因此,成为与玻璃板的粘合性优异的树脂膜。另外,通过将紫外线吸收剂(B)与硅烷偶联剂(C)组合,提高树脂膜与玻璃板的粘合性以及紫外线遮蔽性,并且,能够抑制在制造初期着色为黄色,另外,能够抑制变黄。
对于硅烷偶联剂(C),例如,可以列举3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷等。其中,从低温加工的粘合性方面考虑,优选为3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
硅烷偶联剂(C)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
本发明的树脂膜(100质量%)中的硅烷偶联剂(C)的含量优选为0.01~2.0质量%,更优选为0.05~1.0质量%,进一步更优选为0.1~0.3质量%。如果所述硅烷偶联剂(C)的含量处于下限值以上,则易于得到与玻璃板的粘合性优异的树脂膜。如果所述硅烷偶联剂(C)的含量处于上限值以下,则不易引起透明性降低。
[聚合物(D)]
本发明的树脂膜可以包含除了共聚物(A)以外的聚合物(D)。
对于聚合物(D),可以列举乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(以下,记为EVA。)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物、乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物、聚乙烯醇缩醛树脂、氯乙烯树脂、酸改性聚烯烃、聚乙烯等。
酸改性聚烯烃是通过酸进行改性的聚烯烃。对聚烯烃进行改性的酸例如可以列举马来酸、富马酸、氯代马来酸、内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸、柠康酸、衣康酸等。
对于聚合物(D),从成本的方面考虑,优选为EVA。
EVA中的基于乙酸乙烯的结构单元的比例相对于所有结构单元优选为20~40质量%,更优选为25~33质量%。如果所述基于乙酸乙烯的结构单元的比例位于下限值以上,则易于得到较高的透明性。如果所述基于乙酸乙烯的结构单的比例位于上限值以下,则不易引起粘连。
聚合物(D)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
在本发明的树脂膜包含聚合物(D)的情况下,本发明的树脂膜(100质量%)中的聚合物(D)的含量优选为5~50质量%,更优选为10~40质量%,进一步更优选为15~30质量%。如果所述聚合物(D)的含量位于下限值以上,则易于较低地抑制成本。如果所述聚合物(D)的含量位于上限值以下,则易于得到与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性、透明性优异的树脂膜。
在本发明的树脂膜包含聚合物(D)的情况下,共聚物(A)相对于共聚物(A)和聚合物(D)的合计质量(100质量%)的比例优选为5~50质量%,更优选为10~40质量%,进一步更优选为15~30质量%。如果所述共聚物(A)的比例位于下限值以上,则易于得到与PET薄膜、玻璃板的粘合性、透明性优异的树脂膜。如果所述共聚物(A)的比例位于上限值以下,则易于较低地抑制成本。
[添加剂(E)]
本发明的树脂膜可以根据需要而包含添加剂(E)。
对于添加剂(E),例如可以列举除了紫外线吸收剂(B)以外的紫外线吸收剂、交联剂、交联助剂、遮光剂、着色剂(颜料、染料等)、防氧化剂、增塑剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、防带电剂、耐湿剂、热射线反射剂、热射线吸收剂等。
对于除了紫外线吸收剂(B)以外的紫外线吸收剂,例如可以列举苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、水杨酸酯类紫外线吸收剂等。
添加剂(E)可以是一种,也可以是两种以上。
在本发明的树脂膜包含添加剂(E)的情况下,本发明的树脂膜(100质量%)中的添加剂(E)的含量优选为0.1~10质量%,更优选为0.2~5质量%,进一步更优选为0.3~2.0质量%。
本发明的树脂膜的厚度优选为0.1~3.0mm,更优选为0.4~1.0mm。如果树脂膜的厚度位于下限值以上,则紫外线遮蔽性优异。如果树脂膜的厚度位于上限值以下,则加工时的操作性优异。
[制造方法]
本发明的树脂膜的制造方法不特别进行限定,例如,可以列举下述方法等:在将共聚物(A)、紫外线吸收剂(B)、硅烷偶联剂(C)、根据需要使用的聚合物(D)以及添加剂(E)混炼而得到树脂组成物后,将所述树脂组成物片材化。
对于混炼方法,例如可以列举使用挤出机、塑性形变记录仪、捏合机、密闭式混炼器、压延机滚筒等的方法。
对于片材化方法,例如可以列举使用T字模的押压成形法、压制成形法等。另外,在树脂组成物为溶液的情况下,可以在脱模片材上涂覆树脂组成物,通过干燥而进行片材化。
[用途]
对于本发明的树脂膜的用途,不特别限定,优选为夹层玻璃用中间膜或太阳能电池模块用密封材料。
在将本发明的树脂膜作为夹层玻璃用中间膜而使用的夹层玻璃中,除了采用本发明的树脂膜以外,可以使用已知的结构。例如,可以列举下述夹层玻璃:具有玻璃板/第一中间膜/PET薄膜/第二中间膜/玻璃板的层叠结构,所述第一中间膜和所述第二中间膜中的任一或两者使用本发明的树脂膜。在该情况下,优选第一中间膜和第二中间膜均使用本发明的树脂膜。另外,也可以是具有玻璃板/中间膜/玻璃板的层叠结构的夹层玻璃,其中所述中间膜使用本发明的树脂膜。
在将本发明的树脂膜作为太阳能电池模块用密封材料而使用的太阳能电池模块中,除了采用本发明的树脂膜以外,可以使用已知的结构。例如,可以列举下述的太阳能电池模块:具有玻璃板/内包有电池的密封材料层/背板等的层叠结构,作为形成所述密封材料层的密封材料而使用本发明的树脂膜。
以上说明的本发明的树脂膜包含共聚物(A)、紫外线吸收剂(B)以及硅烷偶联剂(C),因此,与玻璃板的粘合性优异,另外,透明性、紫外线遮蔽性也优异。另外,由于将紫外线吸收剂(B)与硅烷偶联剂(C)组合,因此,在制造初期不会着色为黄色,之后也可以抑制变黄。
通过本发明的树脂膜能够抑制着色的只要原因如下所述。
例如,在树脂膜中同时使用紫外线吸收剂(B)和具有氨基的硅烷偶联剂的情况下,着色为黄色的原因在于,所述紫外线吸收剂(B)与所述硅烷偶联剂发生反应。对此,在本发明中,紫外线吸收剂(B)难以与硅烷偶联剂(C)发生反应,因此,可以抑制着色。
实施例
以下,通过实施例详细说明本发明,但本发明不限于以下的记载内容。
[着色抑制的评估]
将树脂膜夹在一对1mm厚的玻璃板中而制作出层叠体。通过使用太阳能电池模块制造用层压机,在135℃排气3分钟后,加压30分钟来压缩该层叠体。
使用色度计(柯尼卡美能达公司制CM3600A),以基于ASTM D 1925的标准白板为基准而求出试验片的黄色度YI。通过以下基准评估树脂膜的着色抑制效果。
○:YI位于10以下。
Δ:YI超过10并位于20以下。
×:YI超过20。
[与玻璃板的粘合性]
在3mm厚的白板玻璃中铺叠1mm厚的树脂膜、PET片材而制作出层叠体。使用太阳能电池模块制造用层压机,在135℃排气3分钟后,加压30分钟来压缩该层叠体。以日本工业规格JIS R 3205夹层玻璃的耐热性试验为标准,将得到的试验片在温水中浸渍两小时。进行180°剥离,求出该试验片的剥离强度,通过以下基准来评估树脂膜的与玻璃板的粘合性。
○:剥离强度位于50N/1英寸以上。
Δ:剥离强度位于20N/1英寸以上、小于50N/英寸。
×:剥离强度小于20N/1英寸。
[透明性]
将树脂膜夹在一对1mm厚的玻璃板中而制作出层叠体。通过使用太阳能电池模块制造用层压机,在135℃排气3分钟后,加压30分钟来压缩该层叠体。
使用HAZE表(NDH2000、日本电色工业株式会社制),以日本工业规格JIS K 7136为基准,测量得到的试验片的HAZE值。树脂膜的透明性的评估通过以下基准进行。
○:HAZE值位于5以下。
Δ:HAZE值超过5并位于10以下。
×:HAZE值超过10。
[使用原料]
用于本实施例的原料如下所述。
(共聚物(A))
A-1:乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(结构单元(α1):68质量%、结构单元(α2):24质量%、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯结构单元(α3):8质量%(产品名“LOTADERGMA AX8900”,ARKEMA公司制)。
(紫外线吸收剂(B))
B-1:2,2’-二羟基-4,4’-二甲氧基二苯甲酮(产品名“UVINIL3049”,BASF公司制)。
(硅烷偶联剂(C))
C-1:3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(产品名“KBM-403”,信越化学公司制)。
(聚合物(D))
D-1:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(乙酸乙烯的结构单元:28质量%、产品名“SEETECVE700”,湖南石油化学公司制。)。
(其他硅烷偶联剂(比较对照))
F-1:N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(产品名“KBM-603”,信越化学公司制)。
F-2:乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(产品名“KBM-1003”,信越化学公司制)。
[实施例1]
将共聚物(A-1)的100质量份、紫外线吸收剂(B-1)的0.5质量份、硅烷偶联剂(C-1)的0.3质量份通过螺条混合机混炼,使用具有T字模的单轴挤出机挤压成形,得到厚度为0.5mm的树脂膜。
[实施例2]
除了将紫外线吸收剂(B-1)的量变更为0.3质量份以外,与实施例1同样地得到树脂膜。
[实施例3]
除了将硅烷偶联剂(C-1)的量变更为0.1质量份以外,与实施例1同样地得到树脂膜。
[实施例4]
除了将紫外线吸收剂(B-1)的量变更为0.7质量份、硅烷偶联剂(C-1)的量变更为0.5质量份以外,与实施例1同样地得到树脂膜。
[实施例5]
除了将共聚物(A-1)设为90质量份、混合聚合物(D-1)10质量份以外,与实施例1同样地得到树脂膜。
[实施例6]
除了将共聚物(A-1)设为70质量份、混合聚合物(D-1)30质量份以外,与实施例1同样地得到树脂膜。
[实施例7]
除了将共聚物(A-1)设为50质量份、混合聚合物(D-1)50质量份以外,与实施例1同样地得到树脂膜。

实施例以及比较例的评估结果如表1所示。

如表1所示,在树脂膜包含共聚物(A-1)、紫外线吸收剂(B-1)、硅烷偶联剂(C-1)的实施例1~4以及进一步包含聚合物(D-1)的实施例5~7中,与玻璃板的粘合性以及透明性优异,也未发现发生着色。
另一方面,在将紫外线吸收剂(B-1)与具有氨基的硅烷偶联剂(F-1)组合的比较例1、2中,虽然能够得到充足的与玻璃板的粘合性,但是发生着色,透明性变差。
在将紫外线吸收剂(B-1)与具有乙烯基的硅烷偶联剂(F-2)组合的比较例3、4中,未发现发生着色,透明性良好,但与玻璃板的粘合性变差。
工业实用性
根据本发明,能够提供一种能够用于夹层玻璃的中间膜、太阳能电池模块用密封材料等的树脂膜,所述树脂膜与玻璃板的粘合性、紫外线遮蔽性优异,在制造初期不会着色为黄色,并可以抑制变黄。
Claims (3)
1.一种树脂膜,其特征在于,
所述树脂膜包含共聚物(A)、二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂(B)和具有环氧基的硅烷偶联剂(C),所述共聚物(A)具有基于乙烯的结构单元、基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯的结构单元以及基于具有缩水甘油基的单体的结构单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂膜,其特征在于,
所述树脂膜是夹层玻璃用中间膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的树脂膜,其特征在于,
所述树脂膜是太阳能电池模块用密封材料。
