本发明公开了一种空气净化器滤芯,包括网状骨架和固定在其一侧的硅藻土滤芯,所述硅藻土滤芯由硅藻土滤纸折叠压制而成,所述硅藻土滤芯的横剖面为连续的M型,所述硅藻土滤纸由以下总量份数的组分原料组成:聚丙烯20‑30份,玻璃纤维10‑18份,硅藻土30‑40份,纳米银2‑5份,分散剂15‑20份,粘合剂5‑15份。本发明所提供的一种空气净化器滤芯,以硅藻土作为主要原材料,同时与烧结成型的硅藻土滤芯相比,气流接触面积大,过滤效率更高,质量更轻,便于安装使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器滤芯,属于空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
硅藻土是一种生物成因的硅质沉积岩,主要由古代硅藻遗体组成,其化学成份主要是SiO2, 硅藻土的颜色为白色、灰白色、灰色和浅灰褐色等,有细腻、松散、质轻、多孔、吸水性和渗透性强的物性。这一特性使其可用于过滤净化领域,但现有的硅藻土滤芯多是通过练泥烧结成型,其成品厚重,且滤芯的表面积往往受滤芯体积限制,而空气净化领域,需要滤芯与气流有较大的接触面,以达到较高的过滤效率,因此硅藻土滤芯在空气净化领域的应用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种空气净化器滤芯,与烧结成型的硅藻土滤芯相比,气流接触面积大,过滤效率更高,质量更轻。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种空气净化器滤芯,包括网状骨架和固定在其一侧的硅藻土滤芯,所述硅藻土滤芯由硅藻土滤纸折叠压制而成,所述硅藻土滤芯的横剖面为连续的M型,所述硅藻土滤纸由以下总量份数的组分原料组成:聚丙烯20-30份,玻璃纤维10-18份,硅藻土30-40份,纳米银2-5份,分散剂15-20份,粘合剂5-15份。
所述分散剂为氢氧化钠、水和植物油的一种或几种。
所述粘合剂为丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硼胶改性酚醛树脂的混合物。
还包括防水剂5-10份,所述防水剂为石蜡。
所述硅藻土滤纸的制备方法为:将聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、硅藻土、纳米银、分散剂、粘合剂混合后放入纸机抄造,再经真空压榨脱水,低温烘干,切纸,制得。
所述烘干温度不超过90℃。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明所用的硅藻土滤纸的原料包括聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、硅藻土、纳米银、分散剂、粘合剂,以硅藻土为主要原料,使其对空气中的颗粒物及污染物有较好的过滤吸附作用,同时硅藻土加入能使纸张平滑,重量轻,强度好,减少因湿度变化而引起伸缩,聚丙烯是空气过滤器滤芯的常用材料,易于塑形,玻璃纤维增强滤纸的强度,纳米银使滤纸具有杀菌功效;
由于硅藻土滤纸具有良好的强度和可塑性,因此可将硅藻土滤纸折叠压制成横截面为M型,这一形状使本发明与同体积的烧结成型的硅藻土滤芯相比,具有更大的表面积,即空气流体与滤纸表面的接触面积更大,从而过滤效率更高,且重量更轻;网状骨架便于硅藻土滤芯的固定和定型,使本发明更便于使用和安装。
因此,本发明所提供的一种空气净化器滤芯,以硅藻土作为主要原材料,同时与烧结成型的硅藻土滤芯相比,气流接触面积大,过滤效率更高,质量更轻,便于安装使用。

实施例一
如图1所示的一种空气净化器滤芯,包括网状骨架1和固定在其一侧的硅藻土滤芯2,所述硅藻土滤芯2由硅藻土滤纸折叠压制而成,所述硅藻土滤芯2的横剖面为连续的M型,所述硅藻土滤纸由以下总量份数的组分原料组成:聚丙烯30份,玻璃纤维18份,硅藻土40份,纳米银5份,分散剂20份,粘合剂15份。
所述分散剂为氢氧化钠、水和植物油的混合物。
所述粘合剂为丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硼胶改性酚醛树脂的混合物。
还包括防水剂5份,所述防水剂为石蜡。
所述硅藻土滤纸的制备方法为:将聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、硅藻土、纳米银、分散剂、粘合剂混合后放入纸机抄造,再经真空压榨脱水,低温烘干,切纸,制得。
所述烘干温度不超过90℃。
实施例二

1.一种空气净化器滤芯,其特征在于,包括网状骨架和固定在其一侧的硅藻土滤芯,所述硅藻土滤芯由硅藻土滤纸折叠压制而成,所述硅藻土滤芯的横剖面为连续的M型,所述硅藻土滤纸由以下总量份数的组分原料组成:聚丙烯20-30份,玻璃纤维10-18份,硅藻土30-40份,纳米银2-5份,分散剂15-20份,粘合剂5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器滤芯,其特征在于,所述分散剂为氢氧化钠、水和植物油的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器滤芯,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、硼胶改性酚醛树脂的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器滤芯,其特征在于,还包括防水剂5-10份,所述防水剂为石蜡。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器滤芯,其特征在于,所述硅藻土滤纸的制备方法为:将聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、硅藻土、纳米银、分散剂、粘合剂混合后放入纸机抄造,再经真空压榨脱水,低温烘干,切纸,制得。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种空气净化器滤芯,其特征在于,所述烘干温度不超过90℃。
