一种线棉混合滤芯,其过滤主体从内层、过渡层到外层为一次制作成型的一体结构,初始过滤层为线绕滤芯式结构,拦截大颗粒,末端过滤层为熔喷滤芯结构,过滤细小的颗粒,从初始过滤层到末端过滤层为过渡过滤层,过渡过滤层是熔喷层和线绕层相互覆盖交替叠压结构,主要拦截中间颗粒也拦截初始过滤漏掉的大颗粒。初始过滤层的线绕结构增大了滤芯的初始过滤表面积,初始过滤表面不易被污染物堵塞,使用寿命长,减少了浪费。

本发明涉及一种熔喷滤芯结构。
背景技术
目前公知的熔喷滤芯,因其初始过滤表面积小,内外结构差异小,初始过滤表面易被污染物堵塞,故滤芯使用寿命大幅缩短,造成很大浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有熔喷滤芯初始过滤表面易被污染物堵塞,使用寿命短的缺陷,本发明提供一种线棉混合滤芯,该滤芯结构的初始过滤层为纯线绕滤芯式结构,渐变过渡到末端为熔喷滤芯式结构,过渡过滤层为熔喷层和线绕层相互覆盖交替叠压的结构,初始过滤层的线绕结构增大了滤芯的初始过滤表面积,初始过滤表面不易被污染物堵塞,使用寿命长,减少了浪费。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
线棉混合滤芯形状为空心圆柱体,线棉混合滤芯的过滤主体从内层、过渡层到外层为一次制作成型的一体结构,初始过滤层为线绕滤芯式结构,末端过滤层为熔喷滤芯式结构,从初始过滤层到末端过滤层为过渡过滤层,过渡过滤层是熔喷层和线绕层相互覆盖交替叠压结构。
线棉混合滤芯内部与外部均有骨架支撑,或内部有骨架支撑而外部无骨架支撑,或外部有骨架支撑而内部无骨架支撑,或内外均无骨架支撑,骨架是带网孔的圆管,材质为金属或塑料或橡胶或陶瓷或木质材料。
线棉混合滤芯两端粘接有端盖或只有一端粘接有端盖或两端均无端盖。
线棉混合滤芯过滤时,液体从滤芯的外层流向内层,则外层为初始过滤层,内层为末端过滤层;液体从内层流向外层,则内层为初始过滤层,外层为末端过滤层,初始过滤层和末端过滤层之间为过渡过滤层。
普通熔喷滤芯的过滤面积是滤芯外圆的表面积,而线棉混合滤芯初始过滤层为线绕滤芯式结构,表面有许多菱形孔,菱形孔内的表面积也是滤芯的过滤表面积,因此线棉混合滤芯的过滤表面积远大于普通熔喷滤芯的过滤表面积,污染颗粒不会很快堵塞线棉混合滤芯表面,增加了滤芯的使用寿命。初始过滤层为线绕滤芯式结构,主要拦截大的颗粒;中间过滤层为过渡过滤层,主要拦截中间颗粒也拦截初始过滤漏掉的大颗粒;末端过滤层为熔喷滤芯式结构,过滤细小的颗粒物。
本发明的有益效果是:线棉混合滤芯的过滤主体从内层、过渡层到外层为一次制作成型的一体结构,且初始过滤层为线绕滤芯式结构,表面有许多菱形孔,菱形孔内的表面积也是滤芯的过滤表面积,因此线棉混合滤芯的过滤表面积远大于普通熔喷滤芯的过滤表面积,污染颗粒不会很快堵塞线棉混合滤芯表面,增加了滤芯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
图1和图2中,初始过滤层(1)为线绕滤芯式结构,末端过滤层(3)为熔喷滤芯式结构,从初始过滤层(1)到末端过滤层(3)为过渡过滤层(2),过渡过滤层(2)是熔喷层和线绕层相互覆盖交替叠压结构。在外力的作用下,液体从初始过滤层(1)流向过渡过滤层(2)拦截大的污染物颗粒,再由过渡过滤层(2)流向末端过滤层(3),过渡过滤层既拦截中间颗粒污染物也拦截初始过滤漏掉的大颗粒污染物,液体通过末端过滤层(3)后完成过滤,末端过滤层(3)为熔喷滤芯结构,过滤细小的污染颗粒物。

1.一种线棉混合滤芯,其特征是:线棉混合滤芯形状为空心圆柱体,线棉混合滤芯的过滤主体从内层、过渡层到外层为一次制作成型的一体结构,初始过滤层为线绕滤芯式结构,末端过滤层为熔喷滤芯式结构,从初始过滤层到末端过滤层为过渡过滤层,过渡过滤层是熔喷层和线绕层相互覆盖交替叠压结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线棉混合滤芯,其特征是:线棉混合滤芯内部与外部均有骨架支撑,或内部有骨架支撑而外部无骨架支撑,或外部有骨架支撑而内部无骨架支撑,或内外均无骨架支撑,骨架是带网孔的圆管,材质为金属或塑料或橡胶或陶瓷或木质材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线棉混合滤芯,其特征是:线棉混合滤芯两端粘接有端盖或只有一端粘接有端盖或两端均无端盖。
