本发明公开了一种毛巾的染色方法,包括如下步骤:A、前处理;包括翻缝、退浆、烧毛、定型、漂白、丝光、磨毛;漂白使用的液体用双氧水加发酵液按4.5~5:5的重量百分比配置;B、活性染色;用植物色素进行染色,之后用总植物色素二分之一重量的发酵液进行固色,再清洗;C、后整理;将清洗后布料加入水和发酵液进行柔软布料,再进行脱水、烘干、拉幅定形;所述发酵液按以下步骤制成:将鲜的纤维素和水和红糖按2.8~3.2:10:1重量比混合,密封发酵10~11个月,过滤后取液体。本发明可以解决用现有染色工艺处理的棉质毛巾对皮肤伤害大,且不易固色的问题。

毛巾的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及毛巾加工技术领域,尤其是一种棉质毛巾的染色方法。
背景技术
现有的棉质毛巾染色方法一般需要进行前处理、染色处理和后整理过程,前处理过程包括翻缝、退浆、烧毛、定型、漂白、丝光、磨毛,后整理包括脱水、烘干、拉幅定形;有一种染色处理是活性,用化工色素进行染色,用盐和纯碱固色,化工色素不但对皮肤有害,而且较难固色,同样用对皮肤有害的盐和纯碱进行固色,效果也不佳;另外前处理的漂白用工业双氧水漂白之后的,棉质纤维受到一定程度地破坏,不但使棉质变硬,而且更难固色,极大地影响了成品的质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种毛巾的染色方法,以解决用现有染色工艺处理的棉质毛巾对皮肤伤害大,且不易固色的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本毛巾的染色方法包括如下步骤:A、前处理;包括翻缝、退浆、烧毛、定型、漂白、丝光、磨毛;所述漂白使用的液体用双氧水加发酵液按4.5~5:5的重量百分比配置,在用至少大于所述液体50倍的水稀释所述液体,将毛巾进行浸泡55分钟~60分钟;B、活性染色;用植物色素进行染色,之后用总植物色素二分之一重量的发酵液进行固色,再用清水清洗;所述固色时间为95分钟~110分钟;C、后整理;将清洗后布料加入水和发酵液进行柔软布料,再进行脱水、烘干、拉幅定形;所述水和所述发酵液的重量百分比为220~200:1,所述柔软布料的时间为80分钟~90分钟;所述发酵液按以下步骤制成:将鲜的纤维素和水和红糖按2.8~3.2:10:1重量比混合,密封发酵10~11个月,前一个月每天放气一次,过滤后取液体。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本毛巾的染色方法在前处理的漂白的工序中增加发酵液对布料进行浸泡,可以让布料在漂白中减少纤维硬化,并为容易固色奠定了基础;在活性染色的过程中,使用植物色素,既减轻对皮肤的伤害,又减少了固色难度,用发酵液代替了传统的盐和烧碱,既可以平衡PH值,又可以帮助棉质布料固色;在后整理的柔软布料的工序中用发酵液代替传统的柔软剂,既减少了柔软剂对皮肤的伤害,又分解掉了布料纤维中的硬块;本方法适用于颜色较浅的棉质毛巾的染色加工。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
实施例一:
本毛巾的染色方法包括如下步骤:
A、前处理;包括翻缝、退浆、烧毛、定型、漂白、丝光、磨毛;所述漂白使用的液体用双氧水加发酵液按4.5:5的重量百分比配置,在用至少大于所述液体50倍的水稀释所述液体,将毛巾进行浸泡60分钟;所述发酵液按以下步骤制成:将鲜的纤维素和水和红糖按3:10:1重量比混合,密封发酵10个月,前一个月每天放气一次,过滤后取液体。
B、活性染色;用植物色素进行染色,之后用总植物色素二分之一重量的发酵液进行固色,再用清水清洗;所述固色时间为95分钟;所述发酵液按以下步骤制成:将鲜的纤维素和水和红糖按3.2:10:1重量比混合,密封发酵11个月,前一个月每天放气一次,过滤后取液体。
C、后整理;将清洗后布料加入水和发酵液进行柔软布料,再进行脱水、烘干、拉幅定形;所述水和所述发酵液的重量百分比为220:1,所述柔软布料的时间为80分钟;所述发酵液按以下步骤制成:将鲜的纤维素和水和红糖按2.8:10:1重量比混合,密封发酵11个月,前一个月每天放气一次,过滤后取液体。
实施例二:

C、后整理;将清洗后布料加入水和发酵液进行柔软布料,再进行脱水、烘干、拉幅定形;所述水和所述发酵液的重量百分比为200:1,所述柔软布料的时间为90分钟;所述发酵液按以下步骤制成:将鲜的纤维素和水和红糖按3:10:1重量比混合,密封发酵10个月,前一个月每天放气一次,过滤后取液体。

1.一种毛巾的染色方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A、前处理;包括翻缝、退浆、烧毛、定型、漂白、丝光、磨毛;所述漂白使用的液体用双氧水加发酵液按4.5~5:5的重量百分比配置,在用至少大于所述液体50倍的水稀释所述液体,将毛巾进行浸泡55分钟~60分钟;
B、活性染色;用植物色素进行染色,之后用总植物色素二分之一重量的发酵液进行固色,再用清水清洗;所述固色时间为95分钟~110分钟;
C、后整理;将清洗后布料加入水和发酵液进行柔软布料,再进行脱水、烘干、拉幅定形;所述水和所述发酵液的重量百分比为220~200:1,所述柔软布料的时间为80分钟~90分钟;
