本发明公开了一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料,包括基布层和涂层,所述基布层的上下两面均涂有涂层,所述基布层上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱混纺而成的,所述基布层的经纱为磁性纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的混纺纱线,所述基布层的纬纱为竹纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的混纺纱线,本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果;本发明还通过采用竹纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此大大提高了现有弹力腰衬的吸汗排湿效果。

Description

一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料及生产工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及腰衬的技术领域,特别是一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料及生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
当前服装行业内大多数裤子和女裙的腰部部分都会使用腰衬,以起到定型的作用,弹力腰衬是腰衬中常见的一种,现有的弹力腰衬一般不设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,因此在使用过程中会在人的腰部勒出一道很深的勒痕,从而给人带来不适,现有的弹力腰衬一般不含有磁性纤维,因此不带有按摩腰椎的作用;现有的弹力腰衬一般的吸汗排湿一般很差,因此现有的弹力腰衬人体舒适度有待提高。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料及生产工艺,本发明通过在弹力腰衬上设置了菱形孔弹性腰衬缓冲区,从而在改变弹力腰衬透气性的同时,又减少了弹力腰衬给人体带来的束缚感,进而避免了弹力腰衬在使用过程中,给人的腰部带来的勒痕;本发明通过采用磁性纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此又给现有的弹力腰衬增加了按摩腰椎的效果;本发明还通过采用竹纤维制作弹力腰衬,因此大大提高了现有弹力腰衬的吸汗排湿效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料,包括基布层和涂层,所述基布层的上下两面均涂有涂层,所述基布层上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区,所述基布层是由经纱和纬纱混纺而成的,所述基布层的经纱为磁性纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的混纺纱线,所述基布层的纬纱为竹纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的混纺纱线。
作为优选,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区上孔的形状为菱形。
作为优选,所述基布层经纱的成分为20%-30%的磁性纤维和70%-80%的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维,所述基布层纬纱的成分为80%-90%的竹纤维和10%-20%的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维。
作为优选,所述一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)基布织造:将经纱和纬纱用喷气织布机织成基布;
b)点胶:对步骤a)机织好的基布做点胶涂层处理;
c)烘焙:将步骤b)做过点胶涂层处理后的基布,用烘干装置进行烘干处理;
d)冷却:将步骤c)烘干处理后的基布,用冷却装置进行冷却处理;
e)弹性腰衬缓冲区的加工:对步骤d)冷却后的基布进行菱形孔的加工,从而得到成品的织带粘合衬布;
f)卷绕:将步骤e)加工好的成品织带粘合衬布卷绕成卷。
作为优选,所述基布层每隔50mm-120mm就设有一个弹性腰衬缓冲区,且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区的距离相等。
作为优选,所述步骤b)采用的浆点涂层法,步骤c)烘焙温度为140℃-150℃,所述步骤e)采用的是激光冲切设备进行菱形孔加工的。

1.一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)和涂层(2),所述基布层(1)的上下两面均涂有涂层(2),所述基布层(1)上设有弹性腰衬缓冲区(11),所述基布层(1)是由经纱和纬纱混纺而成的,所述基布层(1)的经纱为磁性纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的混纺纱线,所述基布层(1)的纬纱为竹纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的混纺纱线。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料,其特征在于:所述弹性腰衬缓冲区(11)上整齐的排列着若干个孔,且相邻两个孔之间的间距相等,所述弹性腰衬缓冲区(11)上孔的形状为菱形。
3.如权利要求1所述一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)经纱的成分为20%-30%的磁性纤维和70%-80%的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维,所述基布层(1)纬纱的成分为80%-90%的竹纤维和10%-20%的聚氨基甲酸酯纤维。

e)弹性腰衬缓冲区的加工:对步骤d)冷却后的基布进行菱形孔的加工,从而得到成品的织带粘合衬布;
f)卷绕:将步骤e)加工好的成品织带粘合衬布卷绕成卷。
5.如权利要求1所述一种新型织带粘合衬布新材料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)每隔50mm-120mm就设有一个弹性腰衬缓冲区(11),且相邻的两个弹性腰衬缓冲区(11)的距离相等。
