本发明公开了一种隐形眼镜包装溶液及其制备方法,制备所述隐形眼镜包装溶液的原料为:缓冲溶液,非离子型表面活性剂,杀菌剂;制备方法包含:配制缓冲溶液;取缓冲溶液倒入杀菌干燥后的烧杯中,依次加入表面活性剂、杀菌剂,使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌,得到均匀溶液;将均匀溶液分装到包装袋中,加入1滴~2滴酸性溶液或碱性溶液调节pH值,密封包装,即得隐形眼镜包装溶液。本发明制备的隐形眼镜包装溶液的亲水性能佳、灭菌效果好,具有良好的生物舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及隐形眼镜领域,具体涉及一种隐形眼镜包装溶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在常见技术水平条件下,隐形眼镜镜片多以聚硅氧烷物质作为结构核心,在此基础上进行修饰改性和增容制造。聚硅氧烷高分子具有比较好的生物体相容性,但由于碳硅键结构而导致其亲水性能和抗氧化性能较差。因此一般情况下需要将隐形眼镜镜片存放于包装溶液中,从而延长其使用寿命。
目前使用的隐形眼镜包装溶液主要功效在于增强聚硅氧烷高分子隐形眼镜镜片的亲水性能,同时隔绝空气中氧分子的氧化作用,并且提高佩戴使用者的眼部舒适程度。
隐形眼镜包装溶液一般由水性基体、表面活性剂等主要成分构成,并辅以其他助剂综合调配而成。从实际使用过程和效果来看,增强隐形眼镜包装溶液的亲水性能不仅能够提高隐形眼镜镜片的亲水能力和氧透过能力,而且能够增进佩戴使用者的舒适感体验,已经成为目前相关技术领域研究的热点和重点。
中国专利CN201280072565.X公开了一种隐形眼镜用护理制剂及包装溶液,隐形眼镜用护理制剂由含有0.01~2重量/容积%的重均分子量为5,000~2,000,000的下述聚合物的溶液构成,所述聚合物以特定的比例含有特定的含有磷酸胆碱类似基团的单体单元、特定的(甲基)丙烯酰胺衍生物单元、特定的含有疏水基团的单体单元。但是该专利仅针对PC(聚碳酸酯)类隐形眼镜材料具有润滑性及针对阿米巴原虫具有杀菌性,缺乏广泛的应用性。
因此,需要发明一种亲水性能佳、灭菌效果好的隐形眼镜包装溶液,从而切实提高隐形眼镜镜片的亲水透过能力和生物舒适感,并全面有效的抑制各类病菌的代谢繁衍。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种隐形眼镜包装溶液及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种隐形眼镜包装溶液,制备所述隐形眼镜包装溶液的原料及其重量份为:缓冲溶液80份~100份,表面活性剂10份~20份,杀菌剂1份~10份;
其中缓冲溶液为醋酸钠/醋酸溶液、柠檬酸钠/柠檬酸、磷酸氢二钠/磷酸、碳酸氢钠/碳酸、硼酸钠/硼酸、氯化钠/乙二胺四乙酸钠、酒石酸氢钾中的任一种;
其中表面活性剂为聚脂肪醇氧乙烯醚、聚醇醚硫酸盐、聚醇醚磷酸盐、聚脂肪醇酰胺、山梨醇酸酯中的任一种;
其中杀菌剂为苯扎氯铵、甲基异噻唑啉酮、乙醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、戊二醛、过氧化氢、对氨基水杨酸的任一种或几种。
进一步地,缓冲溶液的pH值为6~8。
进一步地,表面活性剂的相对分子质量为1000~5000。
进一步地,聚脂肪醇氧乙烯醚、聚醇醚硫酸盐、聚醇醚磷酸盐、聚脂肪醇酰胺中脂肪醇或脂肪酸为正十一至正十九醇或酸。
根据本发明的另一发明目的,在于提供一种上述隐形眼镜包装溶液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
步骤S01,配制缓冲溶液:准确称取所述缓冲溶液中各组分的质量,转入烧杯中,向烧杯中加入去离子水,在15℃~25℃的温度条件下使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌均匀,然后移入投入到容量瓶中,加去离子水,定容至1L,得到缓冲溶液,备用;
步骤S02,配制包装溶液:使用医用灭菌剂对烧杯进行杀菌处理,放入真空电加热烘箱中,加热至80℃~100℃干燥处理40min~60min,冷却至室温,取步骤S01配制的缓冲溶液倒入杀菌干燥后的烧杯中,依次加入所述重量份的表面活性剂、杀菌剂,使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌,得到均匀溶液,备用;
步骤S03,包装溶液分装密封:将步骤S02得到的均匀溶液分装到包装袋中,加入1滴~2滴酸性溶液或碱性溶液调节pH值,密封包装,即得隐形眼镜包装溶液。
进一步地,步骤S02中,医用灭菌剂为环氧乙烷。
进一步地,步骤S02中,搅拌的转速为250r/min~400r/min。
进一步地,步骤S03中,所述酸性溶液为质量分数为0.1%的稀盐酸溶液。
进一步地,步骤S03中,碱性溶液为质量分数为0.1%的稀氢氧化钠溶液。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明使用缓冲溶液作为基体溶液,能够削弱大规模引入酸碱溶液而导致的pH剧烈变化,使溶液pH长时间保持稳定,有利于保持隐形眼镜结构完整性和功能有效性;
2.本发明在包装溶液中添加了各种非离子型表面活性剂,能够明显改善隐形眼镜镜片的表面性质,显著增加隐形眼镜的亲水性能,增加了使用者的舒适性,同时能够避免离子型表面活性剂导致的眼部干涩、刺痛、灼烧、紧绷等不良反应;
3.本发明添加了杀菌剂,能够有效抑制各类微生物、细菌、病毒的繁衍滋生,突出提高了隐形眼镜镜片的卫生清洁程度,并且使用的医用级杀菌剂能够改善使用者的接触安全性和生物环保性。

相对分子质量为1000的聚正十一醇氧乙烯醚表面活性剂10份;
扎氯铵杀菌剂1份。

一种隐形眼镜包装溶液,制备隐形眼镜包装溶液的原料及其重量份为:
pH值为8的氯化钠/乙二胺四乙酸钠缓冲溶液100份;
相对分子质量为5000的聚正十九醇醚硫酸盐表面活性剂20份;
甲基异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂10份。
实施例3
一种隐形眼镜包装溶液,制备隐形眼镜包装溶液的原料及其重量份为:
pH值为7的磷酸氢二钠/磷酸缓冲溶液90份;
相对分子质量为3000的聚正十六醇醚磷酸盐表面活性剂15份;
乙醇杀菌剂3份,戊二醛杀菌剂2.5份。

步骤S02,配制包装溶液:使用环氧乙烷医用灭菌剂对烧杯进行杀菌处理,放入真空电加热烘箱中,加热至100℃干燥处理60min,冷却至室温,取步骤S01配制的缓冲溶液倒入杀菌干燥后的烧杯中,依次加入所述重量份的表面活性剂、杀菌剂,使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌,搅拌的转速为400r/min,得到均匀溶液,备用;
步骤S03,包装溶液分装密封:将步骤S02得到的均匀溶液分装到包装袋中,加入2滴质量分数为0.1%的稀盐酸溶液或质量分数为0.1%的稀氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值,密封包装,即得隐形眼镜包装溶液。
实施例8
一种隐形眼镜包装溶液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
步骤S01,配制缓冲溶液:准确称取所述缓冲溶液中各组分的质量,转入烧杯中,向烧杯中加入去离子水,在20℃的温度条件下使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌均匀,然后移入投入到容量瓶中,加去离子水,定容至1L,得到缓冲溶液,备用;
步骤S02,配制包装溶液:使用环氧乙烷医用灭菌剂对烧杯进行杀菌处理,放入真空电加热烘箱中,加热至90℃干燥处理50min,冷却至室温,取步骤S01配制的缓冲溶液倒入杀菌干燥后的烧杯中,依次加入所述重量份的表面活性剂、杀菌剂,使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌,搅拌的转速为325r/min,得到均匀溶液,备用;
步骤S03,包装溶液分装密封:将步骤S02得到的均匀溶液分装到包装袋中,加入1滴质量分数为0.1%的稀盐酸溶液或质量分数为0.1%的稀氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值,密封包装,即得隐形眼镜包装溶液。
实验例
对实施例1~8所制的隐形眼镜包装溶液的杀菌性能进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。
杀菌性能测试过程:将隐形眼镜片凸面向上置于无菌平皿中,于室温下放置5min~10min,分别在镜片上滴染大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌悬液20μL,继续于室温下放置5min~10min。操作者以70%酒精棉球擦拭手指待酒精挥干后,向镜片上滴3滴包装溶液,以拇指和食指轻轻搓揉20s,再以包装溶液冲洗后,将镜片置入含包装溶液的平皿中(5mL/片)浸泡6h,以无菌操作取出镜片转移至含5mL中和剂的试管中,洗脱后,以倾注法进行活菌计数,于37℃培养48h;同时以未经处理的染菌镜片为阳性对照作活菌计数培养。

Claims (9)

1.一种隐形眼镜包装溶液,其特征在于,制备所述隐形眼镜包装溶液的原料及其重量份为:缓冲溶液80份~100份,表面活性剂10份~20份,杀菌剂1份~10份;
其中所述缓冲溶液为醋酸钠/醋酸溶液、柠檬酸钠/柠檬酸、磷酸氢二钠/磷酸、碳酸氢钠/碳酸、硼酸钠/硼酸、氯化钠/乙二胺四乙酸钠、酒石酸氢钾中的任一种;
其中所述表面活性剂为聚脂肪醇氧乙烯醚、聚醇醚硫酸盐、聚醇醚磷酸盐、聚脂肪醇酰胺、山梨醇酸酯中的任一种;
其中所述杀菌剂为苯扎氯铵、甲基异噻唑啉酮、乙醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、戊二醛、过氧化氢、对氨基水杨酸的任一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜包装溶液,其特征在于,所述缓冲溶液的pH值为6~8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜包装溶液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂的相对分子质量为1000~5000。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隐形眼镜包装溶液,其特征在于,所述聚脂肪醇氧乙烯醚、聚醇醚硫酸盐、聚醇醚磷酸盐、聚脂肪醇酰胺中脂肪醇或脂肪酸为正十一至正十九醇或酸。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的隐形眼镜包装溶液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
步骤S01,配制缓冲溶液:准确称取所述缓冲溶液中各组分的质量,转入烧杯中,向烧杯中加入去离子水,在15℃~25℃的温度条件下使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌均匀,然后移入投入到容量瓶中,加去离子水,定容至1L,得到缓冲溶液,备用;
步骤S02,配制包装溶液:使用医用灭菌剂对烧杯进行杀菌处理,放入真空电加热烘箱中,加热至80℃~100℃干燥处理40min~60min,冷却至室温,取步骤S01配制的缓冲溶液倒入杀菌干燥后的烧杯中,依次加入所述重量份的表面活性剂、杀菌剂,使用磁力搅拌装置搅拌,得到均匀溶液,备用;
步骤S03,包装溶液分装密封:将步骤S02得到的均匀溶液分装到包装袋中,加入1滴~2滴酸性溶液或碱性溶液调节pH值,密封包装,即得隐形眼镜包装溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S02中,所述医用灭菌剂为环氧乙烷。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S02中,所述搅拌的转速为250r/min~400r/min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S03中,所述酸性溶液为质量分数为0.1%的稀盐酸溶液。
9.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S03中,所述碱性溶液为质量分数为0.1%的稀氢氧化钠溶液。
