Abstract

本发明公开的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,由有机盐、非离子表面活性剂、石油系溶剂在常温常压下混溶而成。本发明节能抗磨助剂是油溶性液状透明有机物,能与所有石油系润滑剂相融。不含磷硫氯元素,不含水溶性酸碱,也不含金属微颗粒。使用TRT能获得优良的节能抗磨效果,还能降低HC、CO约20‑40%。具有良好的安全性、环保性。

一种节能抗磨助剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及机械润滑剂技术领域,特别涉及一种节能抗磨助剂。
背景技术:
机械运动无法避免摩擦磨损。使用润滑剂是减少摩擦磨损的必要手段。润滑的机理就是将摩擦副间用润滑剂支撑开,尽量减少摩擦副的直接接触,达到减少摩擦磨损目的。
润滑剂包括液态、固态、气态等形态。其中使用量最大的是液态的润滑油。润滑油在摩擦副间形成油膜,起支撑润滑保护摩擦面作用,同时还具有降温、清洗、防腐、密封等功能。
由于润滑油的油膜受温度、氧化、剪切等因素影响常常会破裂而失去润滑保护功能,造成严重磨损甚至发生严重事故,这就是极压现象。为了防止极压的发生,必须提高润滑油油膜的强度,也就是应用含硫含磷有机物以及金属微颗粒等润滑油添加剂来提高油膜的粘度、提高抗氧化能力和抗剪切能力。
传统润滑油添加剂核心机理是处理润滑油本身,以提高润滑油油膜强度为目的。然而,提高油膜强度是有限度的,适量注入添加剂会有一时的功效,但是难以应对、满足现代工业中高速、低速、高温、低温、重载、潮湿等等复杂工况对润滑剂的高要求。
现代润滑理论认为:单纯处理润滑油提高油膜强度,不足以解决恶劣工况下润滑油迅速失效造成极压状况的难题。应当扩大处理对象即同时对摩擦副表面进行处理,变一层油膜保护为多层保护,以形成更优良的润滑环境,将有效解决极压难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有润滑油添加剂所存在的上述技术问题而提供一种节能抗磨助剂TRT,以润滑油为载体将TRT送入摩擦副间,当摩擦副相对运动时局部产生高压高温,利用该条件TRT即发生摩擦化学反应,在摩擦副两个表面各生成一层金属保护膜,此时摩擦副间具有二层金属膜和一层油膜组成的保护体系。一旦油膜破裂发生极压,二层金属膜将有效地保护摩擦副机体不受损伤,不发生严重磨损,避免严重事故风险。
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种节能抗磨助剂,由有机盐、油溶性表面活性剂、石油系溶剂在常温常压下混溶而成。
在本发明的一种优选实施例中,所述有机盐为异辛酸金属盐、环烷酸金属盐、甲基磺酸金属盐、脂肪酸金属盐中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一种优选实施例中,所述油溶性表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
在本发明的一种优选实施例中,所述石油系溶剂为煤油、溶剂油、润滑油中的一种或其任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一种优选实施例中,所述节能抗磨助剂由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸金属盐30-80份,非离子型表面活性剂0.5-3份;石油系溶剂75-130份。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述异辛酸金属盐为异辛酸锌、异辛酸锡、异辛酸铜中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,非离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明以润滑油5%量(体积比)添加即可获得节能3%-8%;抗极压;降噪;降温;提高冷启动保护能力等优良性能。达到节能环保、降低生产成本、延长设备寿命目的。
本发明不是以润滑油为调整对象,而是对摩擦副进行处理,主要描述为:当以润滑油为载体将TRT送至摩擦副间,由摩擦高温、高压引发摩擦化学反应,在摩擦副表面深层渗透进金属晶格间使TRT因子转化为润滑晶体,成倍增强抗磨能力,使原来一层油膜润滑变为三层润滑保护,极大地改善润滑环境,抗磨减摩效果成倍提高,延长设备寿命,节能降本。
本发明有以下功能特点:
1.节约动力,增大输出功率,节省能源3-10%。
2.减轻零件磨损80%以上,延长设备寿命3-5倍;延长大修期、提高设备正常运行可靠性,节省维修保养费用。
3.在保持润滑油基本的润滑、清洗、降温等性能基础上,提高润滑油的低温适应性、粘温特性,消除设备启动磨损,具有优良的低温启动保护、高温润滑保护性能。
4.降低润滑油工作平均油温5-10℃,延长润滑油寿命1倍以上。
5.不产生烧结、沉淀、淤积、胶质和酸性物质;防腐、防锈、不侵蚀金属、油封及防油胶圈;有一定的清洗功能,能清除设备内沉渣、胶质、积炭、油垢等污物。
5.对磨损较为严重的老旧设备(烧机油冒蓝烟等)具有一定的修复功能。
本发明节能抗磨助剂是油溶性液状透明有机物,能与所有石油系润滑剂相融。不含磷硫氯元素,不含水溶性酸碱,也不含金属微颗粒。使用TRT能降低HC、CO约20-40%。具有良好的安全性、环保性。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅是对本发明的说明,并不构成对本发明权利要求保护范围的限制。
实施例1
节能抗磨助剂(车辆磨合型)由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸锌35份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份;航空煤油85份。
该节能抗磨助剂以发动机润滑油5-8%量(体积比)添加即可获得节能3%-8%;抗极压;降噪;降温;提高冷启动保护能力等优良性能。达到节能环保、降低生产成本、延长设备寿命目的。
实施例2
节能抗磨助剂(车辆保养型)由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸锡48份、环烷酸钒8份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.6份;航空煤油110份、润滑油25份。
该节能抗磨助剂以发动机润滑油5-8%量(体积比)添加即可获得节能3%-8%;抗极压;降噪;降温;提高冷启动保护能力等优良性能。达到节能环保、降低生产成本、延长设备寿命目的。
实施例3
节能抗磨助剂(车辆修复型)由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸铜25份、异辛酸锌45份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份;200溶剂油70份。
该节能抗磨助剂以发动机润滑油6-8%量(体积比)添加即可获得节能3%-8%;抗极压;降噪;降温;提高冷启动保护能力等优良性能。达到节能环保、降低生产成本、延长设备寿命目的。
实施例4
节能抗磨助剂(船舶型)由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸锌50份、环烷酸钒10份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.8份;航空煤油80份。
该实施例的节能抗磨助剂(船舶型)经长江船舶测试中心进行柴油机的发动机节油率对比测试,按推进特性运行时,燃油平均节油率为4.356%,具体如下:

4-3柴油机热工参数监测。
四、测试评定方法
根据原机及对比测试数据分贝计算对应工况下的平均燃油消耗率,然后按GB/T27878-2011船舶节能产品使用技术条件和GB/T27874-2011船舶节能产品评定方法的要求,对上述数据进行分析评定,确定台架柴油机使用该实施例的节能抗磨助剂(船舶型)的节油率。

3.测试步骤
首先进行柴油机使用CF40润滑油时的燃油消耗率原机测试。原机测试完毕后,将该实施例的节能抗磨助剂(船舶型)与原机内放出的润滑油按为6∶100(重量比)进行份混合,总量不变,配制成加剂润滑油(以下简称加剂润滑油),然后重新加入柴油机内进行柴油机使用“加剂润滑油”后的对比测试。在对比测试过程中,柴油机相关热工参数应同时监测。
4.测试工况
柴油机推进特性测试,测试16个状态点。

节能抗磨助剂(工业)由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸锡55份、异辛酸锌15份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份;航空煤油115份。
该节能抗磨助剂以工业润滑油6-8%量(体积比)添加即可获得节能3%-8%;抗极压;降噪;降温等优良性能。达到节能环保、降低生产成本、延长设备寿命目的。

1.一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,由有机盐、非离子表面活性剂、石油系溶剂在常温常压下混溶而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,所述有机盐为异辛酸金属盐、环烷酸金属盐、甲基磺酸金属盐、脂肪酸金属盐中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,所述石油系溶剂为煤油、溶剂油、润滑油中的一种或其任意两种以上的混合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,所述节能抗磨助剂由以下重量份的原料在常温常压下混溶而成:异辛酸金属盐30-80份,非离子型表面活性剂0.5-3份;石油系溶剂75-130份。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,所述异辛酸金属盐为异辛酸锌、异辛酸锡、异辛酸铜中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种节能抗磨助剂,其特征在于,非离子型表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
