本发明涉及一种具有UV‑blocking功能的树脂组合物,该树脂组合物包含,以有机固形物重量份计:(A)苯并噁嗪,10-90重量份;(B)聚环氧化合物,10-90重量份;(C)固化剂,1-50重量份;(D)固化促进剂,0.01-1重量份。(E)填料,10-100重量份。用所述UV‑blocking功能树脂组合物制成的预浸料、层压板,具有优良的高玻璃化转变温度、耐热性好、低吸水性,UV‑blocking功能,工艺操作简便。

一种具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物。
背景技术
随着电子工业的迅速发展,印制电路高精度、高密度化,在双面印制板和多层印制板的制造过程中,广泛采用液体光敏阻焊剂和两面同时暴光的新工艺。由于紫外光(UV)可以穿透基板,两面的线路图形相互干扰,出现重影(GHOST IMAGE),造成废品。为了避免出现重影,基体用的环氧树脂必须具有阻挡紫外光(UV blocking)的功能。
目前行业中一般的做法是,在环氧树脂体系中添加四官能基环氧树脂或UV吸收剂,利用其本身具备荧光发色团性质,吸收UV光,达到阻挡的效果。本专利提供一种具有新的UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物。本发明的另一目的在于提供一种具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物制成的层压板,其具有高玻璃化转变温度、耐热性好、低吸水性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种具有UV-blocking功能树脂组合物,包含:以有机固形物重量份计,
(A)苯并噁嗪树脂,10-90重量份;
(B)聚环氧化合物,10-90重量份;
(C)固化剂,1-50重量份;
(D)固化促进剂,0.01-1重量份。
(E)填料,10-100重量份。
本发明还提供一种用所述的无卤高频树脂组合物制成的预浸料,包括基料及通过含浸干燥之后附着在基料上的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物。
本发明还包括一种用所述的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物组合物制成的层压板,包括数个叠合的预浸料,每一预浸料包括基料及通过含浸干燥之后附着在基料上的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物。
本发明的树脂组合物由苯并噁嗪、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和/或胺类固化剂、固化促进剂、复合填料和溶剂组成,用电子级玻纤布浸入上述胶液中,经烘干、半固化,制成粘结片,用该粘结片与电解铜箔叠合然后热压制成覆铜板。
本发明涉及一种具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物,包含,以有机固形物重量份计:
(A)苯并噁嗪,10-90重量份;
(B)聚环氧化合物,10-90重量份;
(C)固化剂,1-50重量份;
(D)固化促进剂,0.01-1重量份;
(E)填料,10-100重量份
本发明的(A)组分中苯并噁嗪具有如下化学结构:
式中,R1为碳原子数3~20的脂环烃及其衍生物、碳原子数1~20的脂肪烃及其衍生物、碳原子数2~20的不饱和脂肪烃及其衍生物或碳原子数6~20的芳香烃及其衍生物。
苯并噁嗪树脂,结构中芳香环占有较大的比例,固化物耐热性高,阻燃性好;在树脂中,由于含有萘环结构,可以减小自由体积,可以提高韧性、降低吸水性。本发明人同时还发现含所述多苯环高对称苯并噁嗪制备的树脂组合物还具有抗紫外性能。所述的苯并噁嗪树脂可单独使用或混合使用,其使用量最好为10至90重量份,最佳为15至30重量份。
本发明中的(B)成分,即聚环氧化合物,使固化后树脂及其制成的基板获得所需的基本机械和热学性能。以缩水甘油醚系环氧树脂为好。聚环氧化合物包含:1、双官能环氧树脂,如双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、联苯环氧树脂等;2、酚醛环氧树脂,如苯酚酚醛型环氧树脂、邻甲酚醛型环氧树脂、双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂、双环戊二烯酚型环氧树脂等;3.含磷环氧树脂,如DOPO改性线性酚醛树脂,DOPO-HQ改性双酚A树脂等等;上述环氧树脂可根据用途单独使用或混合使用,该环氧树脂的用量最好为10至90重量份为宜,最佳为20至45重量份。
本发明的(C)复合固化剂可以为酚类固化剂、胺类固化剂、酸类或酸酐固化剂组成的。可以单独或者混合使用,使用量建议最好为1-50重量份为宜,最佳为5至25重量份。
上述固化促进剂为咪唑类固化促进剂,可以是2-甲基咪唑、1-甲基咪唑、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、2-十一烷基咪唑、2-苯基-4-甲基咪唑中的一种或几种,使用量建议最好为0.01-1重量份为宜,最佳为0.1至0.5重量份。
上述的填料为无机填料和有机填料,无机填料可为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、沸石、硅灰石、二氧化硅、氧化镁、硅酸钙、碳酸钙、粘土、滑石及云母等;有机填料是含氮的有机填料,如三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)等,使用其中的一种或几种的混合物,使用量建议最好为10-100重量份为宜,最佳为15至50重量份。
本发明的印制电路用粘结片是使用上述的树脂组合物加热干燥而制得,其使用织物或无纺织物为基料,例如天然纤维、有机合成纤维以及无机纤维均可供采用;本发明组合物为常规的制备方法,先行将固形物放入,然后加溶剂,所用溶剂可以是丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、乙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酯等中的一种或多种,搅拌直至完全溶解后,再加入液态树脂和促进剂,继续搅拌均匀平衡即可。将上述的组合物加入到一个容器中,将固体树脂联苯环氧树脂及复合固化剂先溶解在一定的丁酮溶剂中,用丁酮溶剂适当调整溶液的固体含量65%至75%而制成胶液,使用玻璃纤维布等织物或有机织物含浸该胶液,将含浸好的玻璃纤维布在170℃的烘箱中烘5-8分钟制成印制电路用粘结片。
本发明的印刷电路板用覆铜箔层压板包括通过加热和加压,使两片或两片以上的粘结片粘合在一起而制成的层压板、粘合在层压板的一面或两面以上的铜箔;所述的覆铜箔层压板是使用上述的粘结片8片和两片一盎司(35um厚)的铜箔叠合在一起,通过热压机中层压,从而压制成双面覆铜箔层压板;所述的覆铜箔层压需满足以下要求:1、层压的升温速率通常在料温80-160摄氏度时的升温速度应控制在1.0-3.0摄氏度/min;2、层压的压力设置,外层料温在80~100摄氏度时施加满压,满压压力为300psi左右;3、固化时,控制料温在185摄氏度,并保温90min;所覆盖的金属箔除铜箔外,还可以是镍箔、铝箔及SUS箔等,其材质不限。
具体实施方式
针对上述制成的印刷电路板用的覆铜箔层压板(8片粘结片)测其介电损耗因数、耐热性、吸水性、CTE、玻璃化转变温度、阻燃性及固化性,如下述实施例进一步给予详加说明与描述。
兹将本发明实施例详细说明如下,但本发明并非局限在实施例范围。下文中无特别说明,其份代表重量份,其%代表“重量%”。

以上特性的测试方法如下:
(1)玻璃化转变温度(Tg):根据差示扫描量热法(DSC),按照IPC-TM-650 2.4.25所规定的DSC方法进行测定。
(2)剥离强度(PS)按照IPC-TM-650 2.4.8方法中的“热应力后”实验条件,测试金属盖层的剥离强度。
(3)燃烧性:依据UL 94垂直燃烧法测定。
(4)热分层时间T-300:按照IPC-TM-650 2.4.24.1方法进行测定。
(5)热膨胀系数Z轴CTE(TMA):按照IPC-TM-650 2.4.24.方法进行测定。
(6)热分解温度Td:按照IPC-TM-650 2.4.26方法进行测定。
(7)吸水性:按照IPC-TM-650 2.6.2.1方法进行测定。
(8)介质损耗角正切:根据使用条状线的共振法,按照IPC-TM-650 2.5.5.9测定1MHz下的介质损耗角正切。
(9)冲孔性:将1.60mm厚的基材放于一定图形的冲模上进行冲孔,以肉眼观察(h1)孔边无白圈,(h2)孔边有白圈,(h3)孔边裂开,表中的分别以符号○、△、×表示。
(10)UV透过率:按照IEC1189-2C11方法进行测定。
综上述结果可知,依据本发明可达到UV阻挡功能之功效,同时板材的耐热性、阻燃性、加工性佳;本发明充分利用特种苯并噁嗪树脂、环氧树脂、固化剂之协同特性,从而达到UVblocking之功效。且用本发明树脂基体试制的印刷电路板除具有与通用FR一4印刷电路板相当的机械性能、耐热性能。

(A)苯并噁嗪,10-90重量份;
(B)聚环氧化合物,10-90重量份;
(C)固化剂,1-50重量份;
(D)固化促进剂,0.01-1重量份。
(E)填料,10-100重量份。
其中,所述(A)苯并噁嗪至少含有结构式(1)的苯并噁嗪如下:

(1)双官能环氧,其包括双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、联苯环氧树脂;
(2)酚醛环氧,其包括苯酚型酚醛环氧树脂、双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂、邻甲酚酚醛环氧树脂、双环戊二烯酚型环氧树脂;
(3)含磷环氧树脂,包括DOPO及其衍生物合成的含磷环氧树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为酚类固化剂、胺类固化剂、酸类或酸酐固化剂中的一种或几种。

6.如权利要求1所述的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的填料为无机填料和有机填料,无机填料为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、沸石、硅灰石、二氧化硅、氧化镁、硅酸钙、碳酸钙、粘土、滑石及云母;有机填料是含氮的有机填料,三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA),使用其中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.一种用权利要求1所述的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物制成的预浸料,其特征在于,包括基料及通过含浸干燥之后附着在基料上的UV-blocking功能树脂组合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的预浸料,其特征在于,该基料为无纺织物或其它织物。
9.一种用权利要求1所述的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物制成的层压板,其特征在于,包括数个叠合的预浸料,每一预浸料包括基料及通过含浸干燥之后附着在基料上的具有UV-blocking功能的树脂组合物。
