本发明公开了一种环氧树脂固化配方,属于化工材料领域。由以下重量份原料制备而成:E‑44型液态双酚A环氧树脂100‑120份、二氨基二苯砜58‑67份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.6‑0.9份、无水乙醇30‑50份。本发明的环氧树脂固化配方,促进剂用量较少而效果明显,可在中温固化,固化物的强度及耐热性好。

背景技术
环氧树脂一般可用作粘合剂、浇铸料、玻璃钢和涂料等。其优良性能如粘合性、电绝缘性、耐化学药品性、高强度、高耐热能力及各类新产品的开发,使之在机械、宇航、电气、化工等领域中的应用越来越广泛。为进一步提高环氧树脂固化物的性能,可以从树脂结构入手来改性树脂基体或合成新型树脂;同时也可以从添加剂出发;或者对环氧树脂固化体系的用料搭配进行选择,从而达到其高性能化的目的。

针对上述,本发明提供一种环氧树脂固化配方
本发明采取的具体技术方案是:
一种环氧树脂固化配方,由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂100-120份、二氨基二苯砜58-67份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.6-0.9份、无水乙醇30-50份。
本发明的环氧树脂固化配方,促进剂用量较少而效果明显,可在中温固化,固化物的强度及耐热性好。

一种环氧树脂固化配方,由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂100份、二氨基二苯砜58份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.6份、无水乙醇30份。
实施例2
一种环氧树脂固化配方,由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂110份、二氨基二苯砜62.5份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.75份、无水乙醇40份。
实施例3
一种环氧树脂固化配方,由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂120份、二氨基二苯砜67份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.9份、无水乙醇50份。

1.一种环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂100-120份、二氨基二苯砜58-67份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.6-0.9份、无水乙醇30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂105-115份、二氨基二苯砜60-65份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.7-0.8份、无水乙醇35-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环氧树脂固化配方,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:E-44型液态双酚A环氧树脂110份、二氨基二苯砜62.5份、羟基乙酸改性咪唑0.75份、无水乙醇40份。
