技术领域
本发明涉及自动电梯领域，特别是涉及一种货物电梯。
背景技术
货物电梯是用于货物运送的电梯，一种货物电梯为轿厢式电梯，此类电梯只能承载固定重量及数量的货物，运送效率低；另一种扶梯式货物电梯，只能单方向的送货或卸货，功能单一，不利于货物运送效率，因此存在着缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种切换式自动装卸货物电梯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该切换式自动装卸货物电梯，它包括链条拉动装置、内链条、外链条、承重板及支撑杆；所述链条拉动装置通过导线与电机连接；所述内链条及所述外链条使用电梯导链，所述内链条及所述外链条安装在所述链条拉动装置内，所述内链条上设计有支撑杆固定孔，所述外链条上设计有承重板固定孔；所述承重板一端与所述外链条的承重板固定孔铰接，另一端与所述支撑杆上端铰接；所述支撑杆下端与所述内链条的支撑杆固定孔铰接。
所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯设计有移动外壳，所述移动外壳包括支架、万向轮及移动电源；所述支架上端与所述链条拉动装置固定连接，下端与所述万向轮固定连接；所述移动电源通过导线与所述链条拉动装置连接。
本发明的工作原理：由于所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯设计有移动外壳，所述移动外壳包括支架、万向轮及移动电源；所述支架上端与所述链条拉动装置固定连接，下端与所述万向轮固定连接；所述移动电源通过导线与所述链条拉动装置连接，所以使用者能够将所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯移动至需要进行装卸货的位置；当使用者需要进行向上装货时，打开所述链条拉动装置，使得所述外链条及所述内链条同一方向同意速度拉动，所述承重板在所述支撑杆的支撑下水平撑起，使用者将货物放置在所述承重板上，进行持续装货，达到自动装货的目的；当使用者需要进行向下卸货时，关闭所述链条拉动装置，使得所述外链条停止转动，此时所述内链条反向移动一定距离，使得所述支撑杆倾斜，所述承重板随之倾斜，此时所述承重板前后互相连接成直线斜面，使用者将货物放置在所述承重板上，货物在重力的作用下向下滑动，达到快速自动卸货的目的。
本发明的优点：控制货梯承重板的倾斜角度进行装卸货，效率高，结构简单。

如图1、图2所示，一种切换式自动装卸货物电梯，它包括链条拉动装置1、内链条2、外链条3、承重板4及支撑杆5；所述链条拉动装置1通过导线与电机连接；所述内链条2及所述外链条3使用电梯导链，所述内链条2及所述外链条3安装在所述链条拉动装置1内，所述内链条2上设计有支撑杆固定孔，所述外链条3上设计有承重板固定孔；所述承重板4一端与所述外链条3的承重板固定孔铰接，另一端与所述支撑杆5上端铰接；所述支撑杆5下端与所述内链条2的支撑杆固定孔铰接。
所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯设计有移动外壳6，所述移动外壳6包括支架61、万向轮62及移动电源63；所述支架61上端与所述链条拉动装置1固定连接，下端与所述万向轮62固定连接；所述移动电源63通过导线与所述链条拉动装置1连接。
本实施例的工作原理：由于所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯设计有移动外壳6，所述移动外壳6包括支架61、万向轮62及移动电源63；所述支架61上端与所述链条拉动装置1固定连接，下端与所述万向轮62固定连接；所述移动电源63通过导线与所述链条拉动装置1连接，所以使用者能够将所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯移动至需要进行装卸货的位置；当使用者需要进行向上装货时，打开所述链条拉动装置1，使得所述外链条3及所述内链条2同一方向同意速度拉动，所述承重板4在所述支撑杆5的支撑下水平撑起，使用者将货物放置在所述承重板4上，进行持续装货，达到自动装货的目的；当使用者需要进行向下卸货时，关闭所述链条拉动装置1，使得所述外链条3停止转动，此时所述内链条2反向移动一定距离，使得所述支撑杆5倾斜，所述承重板4随之倾斜，此时所述承重板4前后互相连接成直线斜面，使用者将货物放置在所述承重板4上，货物在重力的作用下向下滑动，达到快速自动卸货的目的。

1.一种切换式自动装卸货物电梯，它包括链条拉动装置(1)、内链条(2)、外链条(3)、承重板(4)及支撑杆(5)；所述链条拉动装置(1)通过导线与电机连接；所述内链条(2)及所述外链条(3)安装在所述链条拉动装置(1)内，所述内链条(2)上设计有支撑杆固定孔，所述外链条(3)上设计有承重板固定孔；所述承重板(4)一端与所述外链条(3)的承重板固定孔铰接，另一端与所述支撑杆(5)上端铰接；所述支撑杆(5)下端与所述内链条(2)的支撑杆固定孔铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切换式自动装卸货物电梯，其特征在于：所述切换式自动装卸货物电梯设计有移动外壳(6)，所述移动外壳(6)包括支架(61)、万向轮(62)及移动电源(63)；所述支架(61)上端与所述链条拉动装置(1)固定连接，下端与所述万向轮(62)固定连接；所述移动电源(63)通过导线与所述链条拉动装置(1)连接。
