技术领域
本发明涉及用于生产汽车零部件的厚板冲压成型工艺。
背景技术
有些汽车零部件需要由厚板冲压制成,而现有厚板冲压成型工艺需要板材开料加3次冲压,生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于生产汽车零部件的厚板冲压成型工艺,其生产效率高,且生产出的冲压件质量好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种用于生产汽车零部件的厚板冲压成型工艺,厚板卷料通过自动送料机整平送料,并采用冲压连续模,通过500T冲床连续冲压生产,制得用于生产汽车零部件的冲压件。
优选的,所述厚板的厚度为4~20mm。
优选的,对冲压件进行表面处理。
优选的,所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在23质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份4,4-亚甲基(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、1.3质量份硝酸镍、2.5质量份磷酸三乙酯、1.7质量份壳聚糖、0.9质量份聚天冬氨酸钠、1.2份质量六偏磷酸钠、3.5质量份对叔丁基苯甲酸、5.5质量份丙二醇、0.5质量份正丁基萘磺酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至45℃;
3)将冲压件置入表面处理工作液中浸渍20分钟,取出后烘干。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种用于生产汽车零部件的厚板冲压成型工艺,其生产效率高,且生产出的冲压件质量好。
本发明结合汽车零部件产品的特点,优化汽车零部件产品生产工艺,由原来的至少三工序单独冲压改成在500T冲床上一次性连续冲压生产,由原来的板材开料+3次冲压改成卷料通过自动送料机整平送料直接连续冲压,操作工只需检查控制该流水线的自动工作情况,不再需要手工模内操作,降低工人的劳动强度和提升了操作安全性,同时操作者可由原来的4人减少到1人,而日产能由原来的6000PCS提高到现在的16000PCS,并且产品质量稳定,特别适用于大批量订单产品的生产制造。
冲压件经过表面处理,具有优良的耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、抗氧化、耐候性能。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种用于生产汽车零部件的厚板冲压成型工艺,厚板卷料通过自动送料机整平送料,并采用冲压连续模,通过500T冲床连续冲压生产,制得用于生产汽车零部件的冲压件,并对冲压件进行表面处理。
所述厚板的厚度为4~20mm。
所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在23质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份4,4-亚甲基(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、1.3质量份硝酸镍、2.5质量份磷酸三乙酯、1.7质量份壳聚糖、0.9质量份聚天冬氨酸钠、1.2份质量六偏磷酸钠、3.5质量份对叔丁基苯甲酸、5.5质量份丙二醇、0.5质量份正丁基萘磺酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
2)将表面处理工作液升温至45℃;
3)将冲压件置入表面处理工作液中浸渍20分钟,取出后烘干。

1.用于生产汽车零部件的厚板冲压成型工艺,其特征在于,厚板卷料通过自动送料机整平送料,并采用冲压连续模,通过500T冲床连续冲压生产,制得用于生产汽车零部件的冲压件;还对冲压件进行表面处理;所述厚板的厚度为4~20mm;
所述表面处理包括如下步骤:
1)在23质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份4,4-亚甲基(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、1.3质量份硝酸镍、2.5质量份磷酸三乙酯、1.7质量份壳聚糖、0.9质量份聚天冬氨酸钠、1.2份质量六偏磷酸钠、3.5质量份对叔丁基苯甲酸、5.5质量份丙二醇、0.5质量份正丁基萘磺酸钠,搅拌混合均匀,制得表面处理工作液;
