技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物及其制备方法，属于中药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
肿瘤是目前严重威胁人类生命安全的重大疾病之一，不论国内外，每年都有大量的患者因患肿瘤而死亡。女性乳腺是由皮肤、纤维组织、乳腺腺体和脂肪组成的，乳腺癌是发生在乳腺腺上皮组织的恶性肿瘤。乳腺癌中99％发生在女性，男性仅占1％。
乳腺并不是维持人体生命活动的重要器官，原位乳腺癌并不致命；但由于乳腺癌细胞丧失了正常细胞的特性，细胞之间连接松散，容易脱落。癌细胞一旦脱落，游离的癌细胞可以随血液或淋巴液播散全身，形成转移，危及生命。目前乳腺癌已成为威胁女性身心健康的常见肿瘤。
全球乳腺癌发病率自20世纪70年代末开始一直呈上升趋势。美国8名妇女一生中就会有1人患乳腺癌。中国不是乳腺癌的高发国家，但不宜乐观，近年我国乳腺癌发病率的增长速度却高出高发国家1～2个百分点。据国家癌症中心和卫生部疾病预防控制局2012年公布的2009年乳腺癌发病数据显示：全国肿瘤登记地区乳腺癌发病率位居女性恶性肿瘤的第1位，女性乳腺癌发病率(粗率)全国合计为42.55/10万，城市为51.91/10万，农村为23.12/10万。乳腺癌已成为当前社会的重大公共卫生问题。
目前，药物治疗乳腺癌是一种重要的途径，但是现有的治疗乳腺癌的药物，大多数为化药，治疗效果不甚理想，且副作用大。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物及其制备方法。
技术方案：为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物，其主要由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子5-25份、白芷10-20份、乳香10-30份、赤芍5-25份、
黄芪10-20份、云苓10-30份、地骨皮15-25份、龙葵5-25份、川芎15-25份、
姜黄10-20份、三七15-35份、草河车10-30份、羟丙甲纤维素5-15份。
作为优选，所述的治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物主要是由如下重量份的原料药所制 成：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子10-20份、白芷12-18份、乳香15-25份、赤芍10-20份、
黄芪12-18份、云苓15-25份、地骨皮18-22份、龙葵10-20份、川芎18-22份、
姜黄12-18份、三七20-30份、草河车15-25份、羟丙甲纤维素8-12份。
作为另一种优选，所述的治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物主要是由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子15份、白芷15份、乳香20份、赤芍15份、
黄芪15份、云苓20份、地骨皮20份、龙葵15份、川芎20份、
姜黄15份、三七25份、草河车20份、羟丙甲纤维素10份。
本发明还提供了所述治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入6-10倍体的60-80％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8-12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
作为优选，所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成固体制剂。
作为另一种优选，所述固体制剂为颗粒剂、散剂、片剂、丸剂或胶囊。
有益效果：相对于现有技术，本发明所得的治疗乳腺癌的的复方中药组合物，成本低，工艺简单，不仅能够进一步提高疗乳腺癌疗效，还能显著降低化药治疗的副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1
处方：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子5份、白芷10份、乳香10份、赤芍5份、
黄芪10份、云苓10份、地骨皮15份、龙葵5份、川芎15份、
姜黄10份、三七15份、草河车10份、羟丙甲纤维素5份。
制备工艺：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入6倍体的80％乙醇回流提取2次，每次3小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成颗粒剂。
实施例2
处方：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子25份、白芷20份、乳香30份、赤芍25份、
黄芪20份、云苓30份、地骨皮25份、龙葵25份、川芎25份、
姜黄20份、三七35份、草河车30份、羟丙甲纤维素15份。
制备工艺：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入10倍体的60％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成散剂。

姜黄15份、三七25份、草河车20份、羟丙甲纤维素10份。
制备工艺：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入8倍体的70％乙醇回流提取2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入10倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成片剂。
实施例4
处方：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子10份、白芷12份、乳香15份、赤芍10份、
黄芪12份、云苓15份、地骨皮18份、龙葵10份、川芎18份、
姜黄12份、三七20份、草河车15份、羟丙甲纤维素8份。
制备工艺：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入7倍体的75％乙醇回流提取2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入9倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成颗丸剂。
实施例5
处方：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子20份、白芷18份、乳香25份、赤芍20份、
黄芪18份、云苓25份、地骨皮22份、龙葵20份、川芎22份、
姜黄18份、三七30份、草河车25份、羟丙甲纤维素12份。
制备工艺：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入9倍体的65％乙醇回流提取2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入11倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次2小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成胶囊。
实验例 本发明复方中药组合物治疗乳腺癌的试验
按现有技术制作小鼠乳腺癌模型，随机分为5组，每组30只，分别设为空白组、对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组和治疗3组；
空白组不进行任何药物治疗；对照组在饲料中加入来曲唑进行治疗；
治疗1组、治疗2组和治疗3组在饲料中使用本发明实施例3、4和5所得产品。
(每组中来曲唑的用量相同，按照人每天用量2.5mg换算成小鼠用量)
其他管理方法均相同，治疗2周后，记录各组死亡率，并解剖存活小鼠，考察各组肿瘤相对于空白组肿瘤的相对重量。
表1各组治疗结果
注：与空白组相比较，*P<0.05；与对照组相比较，#P<0.05。
由上表1结果可得，相比较空白组，对照组与治疗1组、2组和3组的存活小鼠肿瘤重量均显著降低，但是三个治疗组降低程度比对照组更加显著。
此外，与空白组相比较，对照组和治疗1组、2组、3组的死亡率均显著降低，但是三个治疗组降低程度比对照组更加显著。
综上所述，在现有技术基础上，本发明所得复方中药组合物可以显著降低小鼠肿瘤质量，进一步提高疗效；同时，在与对照组使用相同化药用量的基础上，还能显著降低死亡率，表明本发明产品可以显著降低共同使用的抗癌化药的副作用，效果显著。

Claims (6)

1.一种治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物，其特征在于，其主要由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子5-25份、白芷10-20份、乳香10-30份、赤芍5-25份、
黄芪10-20份、云苓10-30份、地骨皮15-25份、龙葵5-25份、川芎15-25份、
姜黄10-20份、三七15-35份、草河车10-30份、羟丙甲纤维素5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物，其特征在于，其主要是由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子10-20份、白芷12-18份、乳香15-25份、赤芍10-20份、
黄芪12-18份、云苓15-25份、地骨皮18-22份、龙葵10-20份、川芎18-22份、
姜黄12-18份、三七20-30份、草河车15-25份、羟丙甲纤维素8-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物，其特征在于，其主要是由如下重量份的原料药所制成：
来曲唑0.005份、栀子15份、白芷15份、乳香20份、赤芍15份、
黄芪15份、云苓20份、地骨皮20份、龙葵15份、川芎20份、
姜黄15份、三七25份、草河车20份、羟丙甲纤维素10份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)按比例称取栀子、白芷、乳香、赤芍、黄芪、云苓和地骨皮，加入6-10倍体的60-80％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，回收乙醇至无醇味，得提取液A；
(2)按比例称取龙葵、川芎、姜黄、三七和草河车，与步骤(1)所得的醇提后残渣合并，加入8-12倍体积的水回流提取2次，每次1-3小时，合并提取液，得提取液B；
(3)合并上述提取液A和提取液B，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，备用，得提取物干料；
(4)将羟丙甲纤维素和来曲唑混合，枸橼酸溶于乙醇中做润湿剂制成软材，制粒，干燥，整粒，得来曲唑干料；
(5)上述提取物干料和来曲唑干料，共同使用作为所述中药组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药组合物按照常规方法制成固体制剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述治疗乳腺癌的复方中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述固体制剂为颗粒剂、散剂、片剂、丸剂或胶囊。
