Abstract

本发明涉及使用连接件(2)的装置(1),所述连接件通过在弹簧力的作用下可移动的活塞实现成对部件之间的可拆卸连接,活塞能以其尾端容纳在连接套筒(8)的空腔内,并且活塞能通过与活塞的倾斜拉伸表面相互作用的锁合螺纹件而锁定在连接位置,活塞在其连接端有伸出上述空腔的卡紧装置,连接端自前述成对部件的第一部件的空腔朝向外面。在前述套筒和活塞之间有锁合件以限制活塞从前述套筒的空腔中伸出。

Description

连接装置
本发明涉及一种连接装置,该连接装置通过一在弹簧力作用下可移动的活塞实现成对部件之间的可拆卸连接,活塞能以其尾端装在连接套筒的空腔内,并且通过能与活塞的倾斜拉伸面相作用的锁合螺纹件将活塞锁定在连接位置,活塞在其连接端上有伸出上述空腔的卡紧装置,活塞的连接端自前述成对部件的第一部件朝向外面。
从US,A,5,209,598中得知的装置公开了一种活塞和多个通过一个轴固定在所述活塞上的转动支承的保持片。所述片与带轮廓部分啮合。由于所述片并没有形成一个将活塞锁定在机壳内部位置的锁定机构,所以所述片并不将活塞保持在机壳内的一锁定位置。
从US,A,4,787,769中得知的装置公开一种保持部件,用于将活塞保持在机壳内。所述方案在制造和安装时似乎很难实施。
从US,A,4,893,056中得知的装置公开了一种连接件,包括在外壳内部的一个构件,用于保持一固定构件,但该连接件也没有形成一个将活塞锁定在机壳内部一位置的锁定机构。如果螺钉未与活塞接触活塞就会从机壳中脱落。如果螺钉松弛螺栓也会移动。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种连接装置,该连接装置能装配而后使用,并且不会有该装置的组成件在工作过程中彼此脱离连接关系的危险。
上述目的是通过根据本发明的连接装置来实现的,其特征主要在于:在前述套筒和活塞之间有锁合件以限制活塞从前述套筒的内空腔中伸出,锁合件安装在距连接件中套筒上的锁合螺纹件的容纳部分一定距离处,该距离应当这样选择,使其与拉伸表面和活塞上锁合件的卡紧和相互作用停止面之间的距离一致。
下面参照附图来描述本发明,其中:

使用连接件2的装置1包括用于活塞6的锁合件15,其中连接件2通过一在弹簧5的弹簧力作用下可移动的活塞6实现成对部件3、4(例如组合元件)之间的可拆卸连接,该活塞能以其固定端9装在连接套筒8的细长空腔7内,并通过能与活塞6内的倾斜拉伸表面11相互作用的锁合螺纹件10而锁定在连接位置K,活塞6在其连接端14具有卡紧装置12伸出上述空腔7,活塞的连接端14自前述成对部件的第一部件的空腔13朝向外面。更确切地讲,前述锁合件15在前述套筒8和活塞6之间与在其安装位置处的连接装置一起来限制活塞沿方向16从上述套筒的内腔17中伸出。前述锁合件15安置在距连接装置的套筒8上锁合螺纹件的容纳部分17一定距离A处。此距离应当这样选择,使其与活塞6的拉伸表面11和活塞6上的锁合件15的卡紧和相互配合停止面18之间的距离B基本上相一致。
锁合件最好为在连接装置的套筒8上的回转榫头15的形式。
在回转榫头的自由旋转端部19有一个向着套筒中央20的向内方向变厚的锁合部分21。
前述锁合部分21最好这样设计,使其能被容纳在前述锁合位置的活塞6上的锥形部分22或其它凹槽内。
为使连接件2的制造简单并使锁合榫头15有些弹性效果,套筒8由塑性材料制成。
为使部件3、4以所需的角度位置按要求连接,采用成对的活塞6、6′,其中卡紧装置12、12′相互成一角度设置,并且装在对置部件4的入口/开口23内。
活塞6恰当地装在套筒8内沿套筒中心轴线20延伸的孔7内,并且在其底部24装有压力弹簧5,使弹簧5能在套筒端壁25和活塞的尾端9之间起作用。
上述作用于活塞6和套筒8之间的螺纹件10能旋入套筒8上的可拆卸接受体17内,套筒8有一穿过螺纹件的接受空间27上的内螺纹26延伸的通道28。
前述接受体17和横向穿过套筒8并垂直于其纵向孔7的接受孔29是叠合形式。为实现连接件2的简单而可靠的安装,前述接受体17和孔29的周边形状是非对称的,最好是矩形。
锁合件15以这样一种方式将活塞限定在套筒8内,即连接件2经装配和安装之后不分离。
在其它方面连接件2以与已经公开的类似连接装置同样的方式作用,例如分别在SE.B.465 279和457454中公开的,其中使用能配合在螺纹件的六角形插口30中的六角形扳手将螺纹件10旋入部件3上的横向开口31内,这样螺纹件10以其斜面尖端32压向拉伸表面11,使活塞6沿箭头33的方向向套筒底面移动,与此同时,为使部件3、4相互压紧迫使卡紧装置12压向具有孔23的第二个部件4的壁34,连接件12隐藏在部件4内。
本发明不应限制于附图中示出的上述说明性实施例中,而可以在不脱离本发明的主题思想的前提下在权利要求书的范围内变动。

Claims (10)

1.一种使用连接件(2)的装置(1),其中连接件(2)通过一在弹簧力的作用下可移动的活塞(6)实现成对元件(3、4)之间的可拆卸连接,活塞以其固定端(9)容纳在连接套筒(8)的空腔(7)内,活塞能以与活塞(6)上的倾斜拉伸面(11)相互作用的锁合螺纹件(10)锁定在连接位置(K),活塞在其连接端(14)有伸出上述空腔(7)的卡紧装置(12),活塞连接端自前述成对元件的第一元件的空腔(13)朝向外面,其特征在于,在前述套筒(8)和活塞(6)之间有锁合件(15)以限制活塞从前述套筒的内腔(7)伸出,锁合件设置在距连接件的套筒(8)上锁合螺纹件的容纳部位(17)一定距离(A)处,该距离(A)应以这样一种方式选择,使其基本与拉伸表面(11)和活塞(6)上锁合件(15)的卡紧和相互配合停止面(18)之间的距离(B)一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,锁合件是采用在连接件的套筒(8)上的转动榫头(15)的形式。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,特征在于,在榫头的自由回转端(19)有一沿朝向套筒中心(20)方向变厚的锁合部分(21)。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,锁合部分(21)是这样设计的,使其能容纳于在前述锁合位置处的活塞(6)的锥形部分(22)中。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,套筒(8)由塑性材料制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,成对的活塞(6、6′)有彼此成一角度安置的卡紧装置(12、12′)。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,活塞(6)装在通过套筒(8)延伸的孔(7)中,在套筒底部(24)装有压力弹簧(5),使弹簧(5)能相应地作用于套筒端壁(25)和活塞端部(9)之间。
8.如前述权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,锁合螺纹件(10)能旋入套筒(8)内的可拆卸接受体(17)中,在套筒(8)中有穿过螺纹件的预期接受空间(27)延伸的通道(28)。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,接受体(17)和预期接受孔(29)是叠合形式的。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,接受体(17)和孔(29)的周边形状是非对称的,并且最好是矩形。
