本发明公开了一种滚动式同步器滑块,包括滑块体、钢珠、空气弹簧和衬套;所述滑块体上设置有孔洞;所述空气弹簧安装在所述孔洞内,所述空气弹簧的底面固定在所述孔洞的底部;所述衬套安装在所述空气弹簧的顶部,固定在所述空气弹簧上;所述衬套是半球体的,所述衬套的直径大于所述钢珠的直径;所述钢珠安装在所述衬套内。本发明提供的滚动式同步器滑块,设置有衬套,固定钢珠的同时方便钢珠的移动,将钢珠与接合套之间的摩擦变成股东摩擦,减小摩擦阻力,同时减少的磨损;所述衬套内设置有海绵层,所述海绵层内吸有润滑油,可以用于润滑钢珠,减小摩擦力,延长钢珠使用寿命;设置有膜式空气弹簧,灵敏度好,减震效果好,可以吸收噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种同步器滑块。
背景技术
同步器不仅具有换挡轻便、避免冲击、消除噪声、延长齿轮寿命等优点,而且还能使换挡迅速,提高汽车的动力性、安全性和经济性;因此,现代汽车特别是轿车的换挡机构几乎都采用这种装置。同步器主要由齿套、齿毂和同步锁环等组成,它的特点是依靠摩擦作用实现同步。现有技术的一二档同步器,它的滑块为条形滑块,条形滑块的顶部设有凸起部分,在同步器设有的撑开弹簧的撑开作用下,条形滑块的凸起部分正好嵌在齿套内齿圈中部的凹槽内,起到空挡定位作用。但是采用条形滑块容易出现挂挡卡滞或者不轻便的现象,影响联动性能;现有的钢珠滑块直接采用弹簧,在滑块移动过程中也切法润滑作用,长时间使用会影响性能。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本发明提供一种滚动式同步器滑块,包括滑块体、钢珠、空气弹簧和衬套;所述滑块体上设置有孔洞;所述空气弹簧安装在所述孔洞内,所述空气弹簧的底面固定在所述孔洞的底部;所述衬套安装在所述空气弹簧的顶部,固定在所述空气弹簧上;所述衬套是半球体的,所述衬套的直径大于所述钢珠的直径;所述钢珠安装在所述衬套内。
更进一步的,所述衬套还包括海绵层;所述海绵层铺设在所述衬套的内部;所述海绵层内储藏有润滑油。
更进一步的,还包括阀门,所述阀门安装在所述滑块体的顶部;所述阀门是可拆卸的;所述阀门是软性材料制成的。
更进一步的,所述空气弹簧是膜式空气弹簧。
更进一步的,所述滑块体的高度等于所述空气弹簧的高度加上所述衬套的半径
本发明提供的滚动式同步器滑块,设置有衬套,固定钢珠的同时方便钢珠的移动,将钢珠与接合套之间的摩擦变成股东摩擦,减小摩擦阻力,同时减少的磨损;所述衬套内设置有海绵层,所述海绵层内吸有润滑油,可以用于润滑钢珠,减小摩擦力,延长钢珠使用寿命;设置有膜式空气弹簧,灵敏度好,减震效果好,还可以吸收一定的噪音。

如图1所示,本发明提供是滚动式同步器滑块,包括滑块体10、钢珠20、空气弹簧30和衬套40;所述滑块体10上设置有孔洞;所述空气弹簧30安装在所述孔洞内,所述空气弹簧30的底面固定在所述孔洞的底部;所述衬套40安装在所述空气弹簧30的顶部,固定在所述空气弹簧30上;所述衬套40是半球体的,所述衬套40的直径大于所述钢珠20的直径;所述钢珠20安装在所述衬套40内。
具体的,所述衬套40还包括海绵层41;所述海绵层41铺设在所述衬套40的内部;所述海绵层41内存储有润滑油。
具体的,还包括阀门,所述阀门11安装在所述滑块体10的顶部;所述阀门11是可拆卸的;所述阀门11是软性材料制成的。
具体的,所述滑块体10的高度等于所述空气弹簧30的高度加上所述衬套40的半径。
在使用时,将滑块安装在同步器花键毂上的凹槽内,在进行空挡定位是,在所述空气弹簧30的作用下将所述衬套40顶起,同时所述钢珠20将所述阀门11顶开,所述阀门11上的叶片将所述钢珠20包裹住,防止其因为跳动而弹出。所述衬套40内的海绵层41内吸有润滑油,可以减小所述钢珠20与所述接合套内表面的摩擦,减小钢珠的磨损。当不进行空挡定位时,所述钢珠20被压缩回所述滑块体10内,所述阀门11关闭。

1.一种滚动式同步器滑块,其特征在于:包括滑块体、钢珠、空气弹簧和衬套;所述滑块体上设置有孔洞;所述空气弹簧安装在所述孔洞内,所述空气弹簧的底面固定在所述孔洞的底部;所述衬套安装在所述空气弹簧的顶部,固定在所述空气弹簧上;所述衬套是半球体的,所述衬套的直径大于所述钢珠的直径;所述钢珠安装在所述衬套内。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚动式同步器滑块,其特征在于:所述衬套还包括海绵层;所述海绵层铺设在所述衬套的内部;所述海绵层内储藏有润滑油。
3.如权利要求2所述的滚动式同步器滑块,其特征在于:还包括阀门,所述阀门安装在所述滑块体的顶部;所述阀门是可拆卸的;所述阀门是软性材料制成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的滚动式同步器滑块,其特征在于:所述空气弹簧是膜式空气弹簧。
