背景技术
例如有10套类似模架开发，一套模具的一开发成本是人民币50万元，那么10套模具就是500万元。模具结构主要是型腔和模架两部分。如果只做型腔部分而做一套共用模架，同样可以实现产品开发，节省大量费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种注塑模具共用互换模架，使用通用模架特点具备可通用性可互换性，互换的可靠结构，方便安装，节约成本，提高效率。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种注塑模具共用互换模架，包括有上模架、下模架，上模架、下模架上内分别配合有上模、下模，上模、下模内分别开设有相互配合的模腔，所述的上模、下模相邻的两个边呈斜坡面，另外的两个边呈竖直面，上模架、下模架分别与上模、下模通过螺钉紧固联接。
所述的上模架、下模架分别与上模、下模通过8个螺钉紧固联接。
本发明使用通用模架特点具备可通用性可互换性，互换的可靠结构，方便安装，节约成本，提高效率。50万的一套模具中模架成本占约25%，就是12.5万元。10套模具模架合计费用是125万元，那么只做一套通用模架给10套模具共用，就可以节约112.5万元，经济效益非常高。

1.一种注塑模具共用互换模架，包括有上模架、下模架，上模架、下模架上内分别配合有上模、下模，其特征在于，上模、下模内分别开设有相互配合的模腔，所述的上模、下模相邻的两个边呈斜坡面，另外的两个边呈竖直面，上模架、下模架分别与上模、下模通过螺钉紧固联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑模具共用互换模架，其特征在于，所述的上模架、下模架分别与上模、下模通过8个螺钉紧固联接。
