一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及发泡剂领域,具体涉及一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物。背景技术
聚氨酯发泡剂全称单组分聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂俗称发泡剂、发泡胶、PU填缝剂,英文PUFOAM是气雾技术和聚氨酯泡沫技术交叉结合的产物。它是一种将聚氨酯预聚物﹑发泡剂﹑催化剂等组分装填于耐压气雾罐中的特殊聚氨酯产品。当物料从气雾罐中喷出时,沫状的聚氨酯物料会迅速膨胀并与空气或接触到的基体中的水分发生固化反应形成泡沫。固化后的泡沫具有填缝﹑粘结﹑密封﹑隔热﹑吸音等多种效果,是一种环保节能﹑使用方便的建筑材料,可适用于密封堵漏﹑填空补缝﹑固定粘结,保温隔音,尤其适用于塑钢或铝合金门窗和墙体间的密封堵漏及防水。
CN102300896A提供了泡沫形成组合物,所述组合物包含顺式-1,1,1,4,4,4-六氟-2-丁烯与1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷的混合物。还公开了由有效量的泡沫形成组合物与适宜的多异氰酸酯反应制备的闭孔聚氨酯或聚异氰脲酸酯聚合物泡沫。还公开了通过使有效量的泡沫形成组合物与适宜的多异氰酸酯反应来制备闭孔聚氨酯或聚异氰脲酸酯聚合物泡沫的方法。
CN0104066779A提供了一种组合物,其包含HFC-245fa,异戊烷,以及第三溶剂组分,其中所述组合物在低于组合物的沸点温度的温度下呈均匀的单相溶液状态,以及其包括作为发泡剂的用途。
现有的聚氨酯发泡剂使用时,聚氨酯泡沫导热系数较高,聚氨酯泡沫密度较高,影响到其作为发泡剂的长期使用前景。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,按重量份数,其组成为:

N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐 0.01-0.1份
全氟环丁烷 100份
1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷 0.5-1份
2,3-二氢呋喃 10-30份
四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze 0.05-0.5份
2、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,其特征在于该组合物制备包括以下步骤:
按配比(重量份数)将0.1-1份N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,100份全氟环丁烷,0.5-1份1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,10-30份2,3-二氢呋喃,0.05-0.5份四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze,在温度-40~-10℃以液体状态预混合10-35h,得到最终产品。
本发明中所述的N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,可市售取得,如可采用中科院兰州化学物理研究所生产的产品;1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,2,3-二氢呋喃,四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze ,均可市售取得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的发泡剂中,N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,2,3-二氢呋喃,四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze,混合均匀,体系有良好的溶解度和扩散率,使聚氨酯泡沫导热系数更低。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明,但本发明并不局限于所述的实施例。
实施例1
1、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,按每份1Kg计,配方如下:
N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐 0.01份
全氟环丁烷 100份
1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷 0.5份
2,3-二氢呋喃 10份
四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze 0.05份
2、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,其特征在于该组合物制备包括以下步骤:
按配比(重量份数)将0.01份N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,100份全氟环丁烷,0.5份1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,10份2,3-二氢呋喃,0.05份四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze,在温度-30℃以液体状态预混合10h,得到最终产品。编号为M-1。
实施例2
1、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,按每份1Kg计,配方如下:
N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐 0.03份
全氟环丁烷 100份
1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷 0.6份
2,3-二氢呋喃 20份
四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze 0.3份
2、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,其特征在于该组合物制备包括以下步骤:
按配比(重量份数)将0.03份N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,100份全氟环丁烷,0.6份1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,20份2,3-二氢呋喃,0.3份四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze,在温度-40℃以液体状态预混合20h,得到最终产品。编号为M-2。
实施例3
1、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,按每份1Kg计,配方如下:
N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐 0.1份
全氟环丁烷 100份
1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷 1份
2,3-二氢呋喃 30份
四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze 0.5份
2、一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,其特征在于该组合物制备包括以下步骤:
按配比(重量份数)将0.1份N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,100份全氟环丁烷,1份1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,30份2,3-二氢呋喃,0.5份四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze,在温度-10℃以液体状态预混合35h,得到最终产品。编号为M-3。
对比例1
不加入1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,其它同实施例1,得产品编号为M-4。
对比例2
不加入N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,其它同实施例1,得产品编号为M-5。
实施例4
将实施例1-3对比例1-2所得产品,加入到HFC245fa型喷涂用聚氨酯泡沫配方中,等量替代HFC245fa,在贮料罐内装入按表1所配组合料及异氰酸酯,按比例调节计量仪,控制好组合料与异氰酸酯的料温,在指定喷涂区进行喷涂发泡,待泡沫熟化后取样测定并评估泡沫性能。见表2。

可知,本专利实施例1-3对比例1-2所得聚氨酯泡沫产品,比单独使用HFC-245fa,具有相近的泡沫密度,压缩强度,更低的导热系数。

1.一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,其特征在于组合物制备包括以下步骤:
按配比(重量份数)将0.1-1份N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐,100份全氟环丁烷,0.5-1份1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷,10-30份2,3-二氢呋喃,0.05-0.5份四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze,在温度-40~-10℃以液体状态预混合10-35h,得到最终产品。
2.一种用作聚氨酯发泡剂的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数,其组成为:
N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰)亚胺盐 0.01-0.1份
全氟环丁烷 100份
1-乙氧基-1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-九氟丁烷 0.5-1份
2,3-二氢呋喃 10-30份
四氟丙烯HFO-1234ze 0.05-0.5份。
