本发明涉及一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,属于蔬菜农残检测配套设备领域。包括箱体和箱盖,箱体内壁设有保温层;箱体内腔分为调节室和储物腔室,调节室内设有制氮系统和空压机以及电源系统;空压机并联装有氮气和空气两条气路管路;储物腔室内部设有放置槽,放置槽上设有稳固托盘,稳固托盘底部有双层腔体结构的储冷室。本发明黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱设有制氮系统和能制冷控温的稳固托盘,有效降低黄瓜样品本身活性和易挥发农残的挥发,保证试材取样前后一致性。提高了黄瓜远距离取样检测和大田取样的保鲜效果,给黄瓜农残检测的准确性提供了保障。产品结构简单、操作方便,提高了黄瓜农残检测取样速度。

一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱
技术领域
本发明涉及蔬菜农残检测配套设备领域,尤其涉及一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱。
背景技术
黄瓜为葫芦科黄瓜属一年蔓生草本植物,在我国已有2000多年的栽培历史。黄瓜食用方便,富含维生素A、C以及多种有益矿物质,是我国的主栽蔬菜作物之一。近年来,随着我国农业产业结构调整及经济的快速发展,我国黄瓜的栽培状况也发生了很大的变化,面积迅速扩大,品种更加丰富,栽培茬口划分更加细致,并实现了周年生产。
由于黄瓜种植的利润较高,价格相对稳定,农民的生产积极性较高。另外黄瓜的需求量也逐年上升,因此黄瓜的栽培面积,尤其是保护地黄瓜的栽培面正逐渐增加。现在,我国露地黄瓜抗病性较强,农药使用量较少,但保护地黄瓜抗病能力较差,保护地条件又容易滋生病菌,因此保护地黄瓜病害(尤其是叶部病害)发生严重,用药量较大。
为了保障人民食品安全和监测食品质量,需要对黄瓜在市场流通和各种生产环节进行农残检测等理化指标分析测试。在实验中对试材进行处理分析时,取样环节需要对合理取样,保证样品采取前后一致性。为保证分析结果准确无误,首先就要正确的采样。如果采取的样品不足以代表全部物料的组成成份,则其检验结果也将毫无价值,所以采用正确的取样试材尤为重要。
因此用于取样试材的保鲜箱在取样中显得尤为重要,传统方式用于取样试材的保鲜箱包括箱体和箱盖,多为层状结构,一般都包括内外层和保温层,保温层位于内外层之间,不能够长时间保鲜。所取样试材如需要长时间运输保存容易变质,不能够保证试材采取前后一致。
现有技术为延长食品安全食用时间而对食品或农产品进行的储藏基本依靠真空包装或者冷藏储存,依靠控制食品或农产品的呼吸的温度条件来延缓食品或农产品的衰败。如专利号为200420062144.1,专利名称为一种气调保鲜箱的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种保鲜箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱盖密封连接于箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体的壁面上设置有充气口和抽气口。本实用新型充保鲜气体方便、快捷,适用范围更广,不仅适用于一般食品,还适用于果蔬等需新陈代谢的食品,适合与气调比例混合装置配合使用。这类气体调保鲜箱只能粗略的进行气体控制,不能达到良好的保鲜效果。尤其是长距离田间取样或果园田间进行大样本取样时,使用现有的取样箱经过长时间运输或温度较高时,取样试材很容易褐化变质,不能用于后续实验分析。
发明内容
为了克服现有取样箱取样试材经过长时间运输保存容易变质,不能够保证试材采取前后一致的缺点,本发明提供一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,不仅能够保证取样黄瓜经过长时间运输后的保湿保鲜和试材的一致性,为试验数据的准确性提供保证,而且结构简单、生产使用简便。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体的内壁设有保温层;所述箱体内腔分为调节室和储物腔室,所述调节室在箱体一侧外壳中,所述调节室内设有制氮系统和空压机以及电源系统;所述空压机上设有补气阀,所述的补气阀为单向阀;所述空压机并联装有氮气管路和空气管路两条气路管路,所述氮气管路依次将制氮系统与空压机连接,末端与带开关的氮气出口连接;所述的空气管路将空压机和末端与带开关的空气出口连接;所述的末端带开关的氮气出口和空气出口设置在储物腔室内壁一侧;连接制氮系统和空压机之间的氮气管路上设有氮气开关,所述的氮气开关设置于储物腔室内壁一侧;所述储物腔室内部设有放置槽,放置槽上设有至少一层的稳固托盘;所述的稳固托盘包括长方形结构的边框和承接面,所述的承接面上设有两端为半圆形且向下凹的黄瓜放置凹槽;所述的稳固托盘底部为双层腔体结构,底层为内装储冷剂的储冷室,中间为缓冲室。
优选的,所述的稳固托盘的黄瓜放置凹槽的承接面装有缓冲层。
优选的,所述的箱体上对称地设有两个提手,提手呈方框形,在提手的两个外侧边上设有滑槽,相应于每个提手,在箱体上设有两个固定座,固定座上设有固定销,固定销间隙地插接在滑槽内。
优选的,所述储物腔室内部设的放置槽插接在箱体上,不用时可以取下。
优选的,在所述箱体与箱盖之间设有用于扣合两者的搭扣,搭扣铰接在连接板上,连接板铰接在箱体上。
优选的,所述制氮系统为氮气储罐。
优选的,所述制氮系统和空压机的底部通过减震装置和箱体连接。
优选的,所述减震装置为减震弹簧或减震胶垫。
优选的,所述电源系统为动力蓄电池。
本发明的一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱取样使用时,可以将采集取样的黄瓜样品放入经过预先冷冻的稳固托盘,关闭空气出口的开关,打开氮气出口向储物腔室内充入一定量氮气后关闭箱盖。也可以根据实际情况通过空气出口或氮气出口向黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜袋内吹入空气或氮气从而起到保鲜作用,进行空气吹入操作时需要关闭氮气开关。充气完成检查是否漏气,然后将完成充气的装有黄瓜样品的黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜袋放入稳固托盘,密闭箱盖完成取样操作。
本发明的有益技术效果:
1、本发明的便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,设有保温层和制氮系统,可以有效降低黄瓜样品本身的活性和易挥发农残的挥发,从而保证试材取样前后一致性。
2、本发明的便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,设有能进行温控的稳固托盘,不但能有效控制黄瓜样品储运的稳定,而且克服远距离运输的挤压问题,提高了黄瓜远距离取样检测和大田取样的保鲜效果,给黄瓜农残检测的准确性提供了保障。
3、本发明的便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,结构简单、操作方便,提高了黄瓜农残检测取样速度。

一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,包括箱体1和箱盖2,所述箱体的内壁设有保温层;所述箱体内腔分为调节室3和储物腔室4,所述调节室3在箱体一侧外壳中,所述调节室3内设有制氮系统5和空压机6以及电源系统7;所述空压机6上设有补气阀15,所述的补气阀15为单向阀;所述空压机6并联装有氮气管路8和空气管路8两条气路管路,所述氮气管8路依次将制氮系统5与空压机6连接,末端与带开关的氮气出口10连接;所述的空气管9路将空压机6和末端与带开关的空气出口11连接;所述的末端带开关的氮气出口10和空气出口11设置在储物腔室4内壁一侧;连接制氮系统5和空压机6之间的氮气管路8上设有氮气开关16,所述的氮气开关16设置于储物腔室4内壁一侧;所述储物腔室4内部设有放置槽17,放置槽17上设有至少一层的稳固托盘18;所述的稳固托盘18包括长方形结构的边框20和承接面,所述的承接面上设有两端为半圆形且向下凹的黄瓜放置凹槽19;所述的稳固托盘18底部为双层腔体结构,底层为内装储冷剂的储冷室21,中间为缓冲室。
所述的稳固托盘18的黄瓜放置凹槽19的承接面装有缓冲层,箱体上对称地设有两个提手12,提手12呈方框形,在提手12的两个外侧边上设有滑槽,相应于每个提手,在箱体上设有两个固定座,固定座上设有固定销13,固定销13间隙地插接在滑槽内;在所述箱体与箱盖之间设有用于扣合两者的搭扣14,搭扣铰接在连接板上,连接板铰接在箱体1上;所述制氮系统5为氮气储罐,制氮系统5和空压机6的底部通过减震弹簧和箱体连接,所述电源系统7为动力蓄电池。储物腔室4内部设的放置槽17插接在箱体1上,不用时可以取下。
本发明的一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱取样使用时,可以将采集取样的黄瓜样品放入经过预先冷冻的稳固托盘18,关闭空气出口11的开关,打开氮气出口10向储物腔室4内充入一定量氮气后关闭箱盖。也可以根据实际情况通过空气出口11或氮气出口10向黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜袋内吹入空气或氮气从而起到保鲜作用,进行空气吹入操作时需要关闭氮气开关16。充气完成检查是否漏气,然后将完成充气的装有黄瓜样品的黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜袋放入稳固托盘18,密闭箱盖完成取样操作。

1.一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体内壁设有保温层,其特征在于:所述箱体内腔分为调节室和储物腔室,所述调节室在箱体一侧外壳中,所述调节室内设有制氮系统和空压机以及电源系统;所述空压机上设有补气阀,所述的补气阀为单向阀;所述空压机并联装有氮气管路和空气管路两条气路管路,所述氮气管路依次将制氮系统与空压机连接,末端与带开关的氮气出口连接;所述的空气管路将空压机和末端与带开关的空气出口连接;所述的末端带开关的氮气出口和空气出口设置在储物腔室内壁一侧;连接制氮系统和空压机之间的氮气管路上设有氮气开关,所述的氮气开关设置于储物腔室内壁一侧;所述储物腔室内部设有放置槽,放置槽上设有至少一层的稳固托盘;所述的稳固托盘包括长方形结构的边框和承接面,所述的承接面上设有两端为半圆形且向下凹的黄瓜放置凹槽;所述的稳固托盘底部为双层腔体结构,底层为内装储冷剂的储冷室,中间为缓冲室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式黄瓜农残检测取样保鲜箱,其特征在于:所述的箱体上对称地设有两个提手,提手呈方框形,在提手的两个外侧边上设有滑槽,相应于每个提手,在箱体上设有两个固定座,固定座上设有固定销,固定销间隙地插接在滑槽内。
