本发明涉及一种光纤油漆工艺,在被漆物体上涂抹有油漆层;被漆物体与油漆层之间设置有透明微型管道;透明微型管道一侧设置有光纤接口;光纤接口另一侧连接有激光发射管,激光发射管另一端上连接有激光器;在油漆涂抹过程中,利用激光器发出激光,激光通过激光发射管从光纤接口进入到透明微型管道中,使得被漆物体上的油漆层获得不同的颜色涂层;在油漆层较厚的情况下,激光从油漆层显示不同的颜色,改善了使用状态和展示效果。该光纤油漆工艺与方法,充分利用激光实现油漆层的控制,便于利用激光显示出不同的颜色,实现激光的综合利用,更好地美观也便于油漆更好地涂抹,使用效果好。

本发明涉及一种光纤油漆工艺,属于油漆技术领域。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物。现有油漆不会发射出光。夜晚不能清晰看到。而光纤可发出光,但是没有粘性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光纤油漆工艺,以便更好地改善光纤使用效果,方便根据需要使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下。
一种光纤油漆工艺,在被漆物体上涂抹有油漆层;被漆物体与油漆层之间设置有透明微型管道;透明微型管道一侧设置有光纤接口;光纤接口另一侧连接有激光发射管,激光发射管另一端上连接有激光器;在油漆涂抹过程中,利用激光器发出激光,激光通过激光发射管从光纤接口进入到透明微型管道中,使得被漆物体上的油漆层获得不同的颜色涂层;在油漆层较厚的情况下,激光从油漆层显示不同的颜色,改善了使用状态和展示效果;同时针对较厚油漆方便调节厚度,改善油漆的均匀度,增加了油漆涂抹的方便和快捷性。
该发明的有益效果在于:该光纤油漆工艺与方法,充分利用激光实现油漆层的控制,便于利用激光显示出不同的颜色,实现激光的综合利用,更好地美观也便于油漆更好地涂抹,使用效果好。

如图1所示,一种光纤油漆工艺,在被漆物体5上涂抹有油漆层6;被漆物体5与油漆层6之间设置有透明微型管道4;透明微型管道4一侧设置有光纤接口3;光纤接口3另一侧连接有激光发射管2,激光发射管2另一端上连接有激光器1;在油漆涂抹过程中,利用激光器1发出激光,激光通过激光发射管2从光纤接口3进入到透明微型管道4中,使得被漆物体5上的油漆层6获得不同的颜色涂层;在油漆层6较厚的情况下,激光从油漆层6显示不同的颜色,改善了使用状态和展示效果;同时针对较厚油漆方便调节厚度,改善油漆的均匀度,增加了油漆涂抹的方便和快捷性。

1.一种光纤油漆工艺,其特征在于:在被漆物体上涂抹有油漆层;被漆物体与油漆层之间设置有透明微型管道;透明微型管道一侧设置有光纤接口;光纤接口另一侧连接有激光发射管,激光发射管另一端上连接有激光器;在油漆涂抹过程中,利用激光器发出激光,激光通过激光发射管从光纤接口进入到透明微型管道中,使得被漆物体上的油漆层获得不同的颜色涂层;在油漆层较厚的情况下,激光从油漆层显示不同的颜色,改善了使用状态和展示效果;同时针对较厚油漆方便调节厚度,改善油漆的均匀度,增加了油漆涂抹的方便和快捷性;充分利用激光实现油漆层的控制,便于利用激光显示出不同的颜色,实现激光的综合利用,更好地美观也便于油漆更好地涂抹,使用效果好。
