Abstract

(1)連続高速プレス成形等の過酷なしごき加工を施した後の耐黒ずみ性に優れ、(2)連続高速プレス成形等の過酷なしごき加工を施した後の耐フレーク状めっき剥離性に優れ、(3)耐黒変性の付着量依存性を抑制することが可能な表面処理皮膜付き亜鉛系めっき鋼板を提供する。 本発明の表面処理皮膜付き亜鉛系めっき鋼板は、亜鉛系めっき鋼板と、該亜鉛系めっき鋼板上の第1皮膜と、該第1皮膜上の第2皮膜とを含む表面処理皮膜と、を有する。前記第1および第2皮膜は、炭酸ジルコニウム化合物(A)と、リン酸化合物(B)と、テトラアルコキシシラン(C)と、エポキシ基を有するシランカップリング剤(D)とを含有する表面処理液を塗布し、加熱乾燥して得たものである。前記第1皮膜はリン酸化合物(B)を多く含有し、前記第2皮膜はリン酸化合物(B)を少なく含有することを特徴とする。
